Havent had my carpets cleaned in quite some time. Gerald did a great job! No rippling (this was a problem with previous cleanings). My carpets look and smell wonderful! I called after my dog had an accident all over my carpet. He informed me that they were completely booked into next week, but gave me some good tips on how to try and get my issue resolved as quickly as possible. He let me know that if he had a last minute cancellation he would call me. Much to my surprise he actually called me around 3pm and said he had a small opening in his calendar!He fit us in right away and was at our house within 45 minutes. He did an AMAZING job, and was very professional and friendly. He did all of our rooms and the price was very fair. My wife and I were very pleased with Doug, and the service he provided!!
