My mom and I get our hair done at this location. We always have a great experience. Great service, stylists are super experienced and knowledgeable, clean facility and great music. Fabian, Alyssa and Edith are really great and friendly.

My first time here. Kim was so kind to all my questions. It was my first time getting my hair dyed. Im 63 and was a bit nervous. I sent pics to friends and family. They were pleased. Well, they said that, lol. I like it and so does my husband. Thanks Kim. Ur the best! 😎

I had to schedule an appointment ahead of time as to give the stylist time to sanitize her work station before I arrived. When I was in the parking lot, I called again to see if she was ready for me. She wasnt quite ready, but they did have me come inside out of the heat of the day. The stylists seemed very nice. I liked that the stylist cutting my hair triple checked w/me before snipping of most of my hair before washing it. I went from having long hair halfway down my back to a pixie cut. The only issue I had was the hair washing. I dont know if its because Im tall, but lowering down on to the sink & having to stay that way during the wash was extremely uncomfortable. My butt was barely on the edge of the chair. Other than that, everything else was good.

Kimberly did an amazing job in processing my hair without causing damage for a lighter bayalage. Way better pricing than other salons that quoted me $400+ Thanks Kim!!

The new stylist Lisa did a wonderful job on my haircut and color i am so happy with the results. My usual stylist no longer there so i was nervous but she knew exactly what i wanted and calmed my fears. Very friendly and great conversationalist, ill continue to come for her thank you

I got a very good cut from a stylist that is no longer there so I thought Id take my chances with someone else. I went in for a cut and there was one employee and me. She rushed through the cut, didnt check to see if the sides were even and paid very little attention to the picture I brought in. The cut is horrible ! It will take weeks to look half way decent. I felt as though she just wanted to get me out as quickly as possible. One other customer walked in as I was leaving so they certainly werent busy. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was surprised when I walked in and saw how nice it was. Very pleasant just walking in. The young lady who cut my hair did a great job! I was very pleased with the entire experience and extremely happy with my new haircut. I will definitely be a return customer and happy to recommend it o family and friends.

If you are looking for a new hair style, dont go there...if you are looking for a better look, DO NOT go there....these people are literally not a hair stylists, they just do what ever you asked hem,, and they just do it.... what i mean i asked the lady to do layers for my hair at the back, 5 mn she was done, and then i asked her how about my bangs... then she did what i asked.....well, when you go to hair stylist you expect them to give you ideas, to react with you...to give you advice, it was like i am teaching her what to do....never ever again...save your money and time

Dont come here! Unless you want your hair butchered! I came in here to get bangs and the girl butchered my hair. It took me more than 4 months to grow them out to get them fixed.

Do NOT go there, awful Manager.He doesnt care for his associates. I came in for a root touch up. Well he gave hot roots and was never ever able to fix them. In the process of trying to fix it, he covered my highlights. I was so upset, I cried. He got so mad when I explaining ( well he kept manterupting me and would not listen to me) the issue. The final straw was when I was about to pay still for the service anyways, when he yelled out just get out of here! Ive never been treated so disrespected.

I guess I had the new stylist. She did a pretty rough job on my hair, and its a pretty basic guy cut. Ah well. It grows back.

Its 8:20 pm on 4/10/19. I got there at 7:30. I left with no haircut. One person in front of me who was an online checkin. They came in for a little boy cut. Then after 8 pm a guy comes in and they take him before me. It was awful and I didnt want to make a scene. But what was the point of a checkin list when they dont always use it. Rethink your policy.

They do a fantastic job on haircuts and styles but they need to calculate a time frame for customers that have to wait for a long time for something so simply like a hairstyle.

I went for haircut yesterday. Not busy. But the girl who cut the hair didn’t do a good job. Left side hair is little long and the right side is ok.
