Girl named Randi very unprofessional was her client since last April/June till this year on March 11 she decided to play me and make my hair look amazin ashy blonde! Next thing you know after two washes into my hair toner falls off and it turned yellow blonde orange. I messaged her to resolve the issue and she got upset because of it and decided to not fix it and leave it as it is! And gave me a 100 dollars for a shampoo she never recommended lol so yea please ladies go to any other place in there but hers!!!Btw she very rude don’t even offer something to drink or bathroom breaks!
