Initially walking in the place it seems cold and I felt a little uncomfortable but MIA was awesome.. She let’s you know exactly what she is about to do, so there aren’t any surprises. She was very personable... I will return, as long as she’s there.. highly recommend her services.

Quality of wax they use here is great. I’ll never go to European Wax Center again. I go to Brenda C and she gets everything done without causing as much pain as other people I’ve gone to.

Summary: bad experience with receptionist, excellent experience with manager Paige.INITIAL REVIEW:Very poor customer service. I was sent to the wrong location rushed to the correct one after calling and realizing there was a mistake. I got there literally 1 minute late, exactly 1 minute, and the lady was very rude and demeaning saying the wax would be too hot to use now since I was late. Essentially making excuses because they wanted to go home since it was the end of the day. I was super disappointed since I drove 45 minutes to get there and I just felt she wanted me to leave immediately. I understand wanting to get home at the end of the day and that there was a miscommunication, but at least put the correct location on the confirmation if there are 2 locations. It was more about the poor personal interaction than not getting the service.EDIT: This was a bad initial experience however management was amazing. I got a call from the manager of both locations, Paige, and she was very apologetic for this incident. She was so professional, accommodating, and assured me that my problem was being addressed. I did end up getting my service at the first location “haus of nails” and it was clean and well done. I honestly don’t think the initial receptionist should be working there but I am confident that there is great management!

I have had my male Brazilian-Wax done here many times by April, so professional it was amazing. Very high knowledge about what her work. And explains well on how to keep pain low after your done. This plane not only does male Brazilian waxing, but the prices are sooo cheap. Highly recommended!!

Can’t say more good things about this place. Girls are all great! Waxing does not hurt as much with the hard wax they use. Always feel very comfortable while there because they talk to you the whole time. Victoria is amazing! The place is very clean. Always quick service too. Have to make an appointment ahead of time but they are always on time with appointments. Brenda is amazing too!! Highly recommend this place and these girls.

Um, amazing service and brilliant staff. Im so pleased! Taylor is super professional and really lovely.They use hard wax which is a much better result (imo) and less painful too. I signed up for a Groupon voucher and I will be going back :)

I’m writing this after my second appointment. My first experience was great which makes me come back again. When I called to schedule my new appointment my name and my information was not in the system. I’ve arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment which was 7:15 but I got in about 7:25. So 20 minutes of waiting + the service wasn’t that good I believe because it was at the end of the day! People here are amazing and these small issues shouldn’t be there.

My first time here, and I must say this was the best waxing experience I’ve had. Jacquelyn was very sweet and helped coach me through my Brazilian. We talked about everything from kids to home remedies for my sensitive skin; which really helped me feel less awkward about being exposed. I used to be go to European Wax Center; however, I will never go back. Haus of Wax has a new, loyal customer. Thank you so much, Jacquelyn!

Very bad customer service. I never seen anywhereThere was a black lady on reception she did let me wait for 45 minutes, she said that the wax is hot, it seems like she was lying to me. I scheduled an appointment as well. In front of me most of the customer of my service coming and after service they leaving and when i asked for groupon she said nothing is written on previous service as pervious receptionist said when next time you will coming we will br able to see that you are in groupon.

I started going here last year, and i will never go anywhere else. Ive had my service done by both Andreas. Theyre both amazing.

I went for the first time and had a Brazilian wax with Andrea T. and it was an amazing experience. I was a previous customer at Ziba and a friend recommended me to the Haus of Wax and I wont ever go back to another technician besides Andrea. She was super friendly and talked to me during the entire process and before I knew it we were done. Andrea recommended the Ten Skin and an exfoliating scrub that smells amazing and I purchased both. Thank you Andrea for making my waxing experience pain free and pleasant!!!

I get the Brazilian wax done here and I think they do a really good job. The service technicians are very friendly, their prices are a little high but if you have a groupon its absolutely worth it! I would not recommend getting a lower leg wax it was very painful smthe Brazilian was a breeze compared to getting my calves waxed. Lol. Other than that I recommend this place.

Andrea made me feel so comfortable. Ive never done anything like this and she made it seem so effortless. I will definitely get a package and come back because this experience was not as awkward and horrible as I thought it would be.
