I love Ziba and this location didnt disappoint. (I normally go to the Artesia location)They were efficient and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Constantly get asked where I get my eyebrows done and I’m always happy to answer Ziba! I never choose a specific artist and they all do an amazing job. Can’t imagine going anywhere else, thank you ziba!

I absolutely loved it here. I needed an emergency threading and the staff was so kind and helpful. The prices are really reasonable so make sure to tip well. I highly recommend!

In my personal opinion, the wax used in Ziba its good quality.The cabin is very clean.The price is great compres to other places near by.Excellent service and friendly staff.The location is good right at the Victoria Gardens mall.

My daughter and I went here tonight to get our brows cleaned up. Lovely staff and beautiful decor. Relaxed atmosphere. Very clean!! 9-15 bucks.

Girls dont listen when you tell them how you want your brows shaped. They look at you like if theyre listening but theyre not! I have tried 3 different girls...theyre all the same. They either do the shapes they want or dont shape both brows the same. Dont go here. Too expensive to end up with messed up brows

I have been going to Ziba for YEARS. Pinky legit saved my eyebrows. I dont know what I would do without her. She is the best! Also, Kristen works the desk/reception everytime I go... She is very kind, so down to Earth, and always had such wonderful customer service. 😍

My sisters and I have been Ziba customers for years. Once the nail bar opened we were excited and automatically fell in love with it. Daniel has been doing an EXCELLENT job on our nails! We go consistently every two weeks and without any notice the nail bar was closed. This is terrible customer service, we had no idea the bar was closing. There was no regard for the customers at all and we are considering not even getting our eyebrows done there anymore. I even reached out to management at a 562 #to complain twice and was told I would get a call back and never did. The nail bar needs to be opened back. Im very disappointed that customers are treated like this!

This was my first time back to Ziba since they reopened. The new store looks great and the new staff is so friendly. I got my gel nails done for only 25.

Terrible customer service. First I was waiting in line to check in and they assisted the person behind me first. Then while I was sitting in the waiting area, my 8 year old son was playing my phone sitting in a chair and we were asked to get his shoes off the chair. Not customer or kid friendly. Couldnt they have just wiped the chair off after we left. Guess thats too much trouble for their staff.

Daniel has been doing an amazing job on my nails. Mind you, I have been a Ziba customer for over 20 years(Artesia pack into a small space). Fast forward ..today I had a 2pm mani pedi just received a call, they will no longer have a nail bar in Rancho Cucamonga. Instead of closing the nail bar maybe they should take down that ridiculous price list and rethink the Rancho market. No one wants to pay exorbitant prices for a basic nail bar, no matter how good the technicians are.

Good at first, but horrible. I got a gel manicure, but the nails started falling off and cracking about 3 days after I got them done...not going back.

Pinky is the best eyebrow artist!

They thread my brows just perfect; lt ls overpriced lf you dont go during happy hour, which they inconveniently changed to appointment only. lf you call and make an appointment for happy hour, the $12 brow and upper lip ls worth lt even though lts still a bit more expensive than other places. Pinky threads exactly as l want and ls not as painful as other girls there.
