Overall great job!!Barry explained everything before they did it.They did everything they said they would, all the workers were very professional. Barry kept me posted with the time line. This was an insurance claim with AAA, Barry was a good liaison between my adjuster and myself.I would definitely use them again.

Alex and his team were friendly, courteous and professional. He arrived to my property to inspect my home which was badly smoke damaged- he assured me that everything was going to be ok and he would take care of everything. Alex didn’t disappoint, he was there the next day with his team and several trucks, they packed me out carefully and efficiently and had my stuff back to me cleaned and ready in no time!Alex is a kind and reliable person, he took a really devastating and unfortunate situation and turned it into a pleasant one, I wouldn’t use anyone else if something like this happened again.

I had a leak in my home. I thought I would have to get all new wood and change the flooring since there was so much water but they came out right away and cleaned it up and dried everything. It was amazing service and worth every penny! Thank you thank you thank you!

ServPro was excellent. I called on a Saturday morning and they were so responsive. That very day a gentleman by the name of Alex Sharifi came out to assess the damage. I was surprised how patient, thorough and knowledgeable he was.He took the necessary actions to ensure his team was dispatched quickly to address the water damage at hand. Servpro came over after minutes from we contacted them and helped us right away, Alex was an older gentleman that came over and gave us an estimate which it was fairly low compare to other quotes we got. They worked fast and very efficient, we couldve lost our home if it wasnt because of these guys. would use this company over and over and over. LOVE THEM. Thank you

Horrible experience. The owner Barry Sonboli will lie to his teeth to get your business.Barry is a great salesman, but his service questionable. He didnt stick to his word. My house did not look the same like he promised. Some of my properties got damaged (lamp and TVs) and he inferred I was making stuff up so I stopped asking for compensation.It is obvious I did not give him a good review, which was part of the final paperwork where I was 100% satisfied when all my properties were still boxed. To make it worse, he did not dry the wall behind the dishwasher and assured me it happened after the fact (there is a stain) so I asked for objective evidence and havent got it yet.There is a potential for mold since a similar wall damage on a more accessible area was cut out and replaced. I will try to attach the picture I have from my stained wall. At the end he charged over $20K for drying my house (setting dryers overnight run by my power) and moving my properties out and back in/storage included) .... which is fine, what I dont get is the extra $1.5K charge, which my insurance negotiated down, due to unnecessary drying equipment (dehumidifiers to dry out back boards from my kitchen and bathroom cabinets which needed to get pulled out! Meaning he should have pulled out the backboards and use regular dryers); well he did what he did and now I am getting a $1.5K invoice from Servpro and when talked to Barry he said I was responsible and he had a contract..., which he does.When he sold me his services, he assured me everything was between him and the insurance company. With a big smile on his face and assuring again I will not pay a cent. Do not trust him or his company.

The team at SERVPRO of Northwest Ontario are absolute professionals. We had an emergency flood at our rental property and called them right away. They showed up within an hour and a few days later is was as if nothing had even happened. These guys really helped us through a stressful situation.
