Alex, Barry & their team SAVED US! The night of my birthday (10/7) our home flooded with sewer water. When everyone else was telling us we’d be out for 6 months for repair, these guys made it a point to get our family back in by Christmas & THEY DID! We had our kids back in what feels like a brand new home for Christmas morning! We will forever be grateful for the efforts they put in to getting our family back home! They are hard working, professional & actually care about their clients and how things like this effect daily living. Steve Busby -- We came home at 10 p.m. to find half our house flooded. I called ServPro and they were there in 20 minutes! They handled almost all the dealings with the insurance company. We are very pleased with the restoration, which was quite extensive -- flooring, walls, ceilings. They were patient and answered all our questions. They were friendly and respectful. We recommend these people wholeheartedly.

Servpro of South Rancho Cucamonga was amazing! They came out immediately after we called and were so professional! Barry explained the entire process of what was going to happen, especially since we were so nervous about all the water damage. They completed the demolition fully and even quarantined off the rest of our house to keep all the dirt and dust away from our other stuff. They even have a great contractor/construction team that put our house back together better than ever! The entire team was great, Medi, Ali, and Bijan also came by multiple times to check up on the house and progress to make sure everything was going smoothly. The team truly guided us thru the entire process and made sure we were comfortable with everything being done.
