I had stainmasters come out to clean my sectional couch. My dogs had rubbed up against it and left dirty spots all around the couch. The dogs were never allowed on the couch. Ever since I had it I always had a blanket on the couch. There was only one pillow that was dirty on the sofa. They cleaned all of the pillowed and left a yellow stain on most of them. I called them to tell them and they asked me to send them picture and I did. They got back to me 2 days later and told me that they werent responsible for that because the stains were already there. The technician took some pictures of the pillows but he had to have taken them after he clean it. Even if the stains were there which they werent why didnt they clean it. I asked then if they would come out and look at it and they said no. On the receipt that I was given has no address and a phone number that isnt connected. I had to go online and look for the phone number I originally had for them.

I had my carpets cleaned which was fine until I started smelling a dirty smell a few days after.I opened the windows hoping it would go away but it didnt.I called and spoke to a manager and I was basically told its not their problem that I didnt leave the windows open which was not correct.Wouldnt a company want to make sure their customers are satisfied with the job?I will not be returning as a customer with their terrible customer service..

I will give them 0 star if I could.I had made an appoinment for cleaning my couch and carpet.The next day they called and said they cant make it and if it is ok to reschedule,I did reschedule for the next day between 10am-12pm.I was waiting on them so I can have my guests come over after they are done cleaning,But now these people called after 12pm and told me they have to cancel and they gave me some lame excuse.I am highly disappointed and will never ever recommend them to anyone.Also they lost 2 customers coz my parents are their customer and I will make sure she doesnt give any business to this company.

Called them. came to my house and up the price.. told them I wanted the price given by phone. they did water treatment left the carpet soaked and still got in a verbal argument with my wife when she questioned them. They damaged my dining room table on there way out. My wife called the company and she could here them laugh in the back round.. She kept asking for manager was put on hold and then they hung up on her. Worst experience ever. wouldnt recommend them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They cleaned my carpet and it was so wet I could not walk on it for 2 days. There were ripples in my carpet all throughout the house. They will not fix it. BAD customer service and BAD management!!!!!!!!
