I was stranded and in need of a tow, and AAA sent Chico’s towing Inc. Grateful they did because they sent Joaquin S and he was the best! I was quoted an hour but he came quicker and I was thankful because it was 100 degrees out & I was being harassed by a man who kept walking by knocking on my window asking to join me. Anyways, once Joaquin arrived he asked if I was ok, told me to get in the truck & he’d take care of everything. I appreciated his professionalism & kindness & made an annoying situation not so annoying. 😁

Joaquin towed my truck to my home. This guy had Above and Beyond Customer Service. I had been in a traffic accident and he was so kind. I cant say enough about this guys Professionalism. Thank you and I hope Chicos appreciates how you represent their company.

The tow truck driver was very inexperienced. He told me that he could not put my vehicle in the driveway. Other tow truck drivers have been able to load my vehicle and put it in the driveway with no problem at all. He refused to do it and said it was against AAA policy to do so. I am very disappointed with this company and the driver for being incompetent.

This agency has taken advantage of me charging 450$ because i made the mistake of parking rental car in my old neighbors driveway because they moved a few days ago..was not aware that new neighbors had moved in..i rented the car because my son and family do not take me any where are at any time..They dont care about my abuse suffer from family..they dont that i only have this one check in three years.. they are al about the same thing most californias do money not real people..exceptions can be made i am sure.

They are amazing, they go above and beyond. When AAA fail they really came through Im very happy with their service.

Fast service by Frank... I had called my roadside from State Farm they showed up 2 hours later and didn’t help me... I called Chico towing and right away Frank got there and it took him less than 15 minutes to change my tire. I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk last Saturday. It was already 10pm, and I called triple A and they sent me Mario from Chico’s Towing. We had to open the car doors first, but we couldn’t find a way to open the trunk, and we ended up using a selfie stick to open the emergency hatch. He was really nice and patient and stayed with us until the trunk was open. Awesome service!

My battery had died while I was trying to leave work for the day. Frank from Chicos Towing immediately came to my rescue and jump started my car so I may go home to my family. Out of all the towing companies I have worked with, Chicos is the most reliable of them all. I have had hundreds of cars towed with them and never had a problem.Their price is reasonable, and they arrive within a timely manner and are curious and professional. I have recommended them to all my clients and I would highly recommend this company to any one that needs it.

My SUV stalled on me and I needed a tow. I didnt know what actually happened but it literally would not change gears. I called triple AAA and they sent Hardleys Towing to me....the tow truck driver informed me that all 4 wheels were locked and he needed a wheel lifter and his truck wasnt equipped with one and therefore wouldnt be able to help me. So, I called Triple AAA back to informed them that I was still stranded and needed another tow truck sent with a wheel lifter as explained by Hardleys. They sent me Ernesto from Chicos Towing...and Thank GOD they did!! I was thinking that it was probably going to be my transmission since the gear shift would not move. As soon as Ernesto arrive, he inspected my truck and said he may be able to fix the problem and went under the truck to inspect and sure enough he saw what had happened. The shift linkage had broken off which prevented me from being able to shift into gears....he quickly did a quick repair with his own tools which allowed me to drive home as he followed closely behind to make sure I got there safely. Once there he explained the quick fix that I could do myself once I got the $10 part in lieu of having a mechanic do it ....3 days later and I did exactly what he told me to do and my truck is up and running. Thank GOD for this professional and knowledgeable hard worker. Ernesto saved me hundreds and potentially thousands from a mechanic. God Bless you Ernesto.

Worst experience ever!! Called Triple A for flat the tow guy came and didnt even bother to try and swap the tires.. but not only did they send one tow guy but they send two tow guys a d neither of them tried to do anything. They looked like they were high or drunk or something... We called Triple A again they send a second towing company ALONE TOWING and JERRY from alone towing with out hesitation said dont worry Im here to help you and he was able to swap the tires with no issues.

They were accompanied with Triple A and this was my first bad towing experience through them. Triple A told me to communicate with the driver for ideas on where to go since I had no idea about the city that I was stranded in. When I called the tow truck driver, he told me he doesnt know any place and kept pressuring me on where to go after explaining to him I was lost and the Triple A representative said to ask him for help. While he was no help and I was rushing myself to find a reliable mechanic shop nearby, he hung up on me. Didnt answer any of my calls soon after that. Once he arrived, he wasnt very friendly or welcoming during the ride either. Despite all this I tried my best to remain calm and keep a friendly face after essentially freaking out for being stranded on the freeway, but he just seemed like a grumpy person in general.

My review is for a AAA contracted battery jump. I was in town for a music festival and killed my battery overnight after I left my headlights on.Drew came out to give me a jump. He let me know that it might not start up again, since a car needs 2-4 hrs if juice so to guarantee it doesnt die again. Overall, I was pleased with the service considering that he offered his number for a jump incase it happened again.I ended up driving for about 45 mins on the highway, with minimal electricity on, and my battery was great afterwards!

I got a flat tire and didnt have a spare they arrived fast and technician Joaquin was professional.. Also the truck was able to accommodate the fact that i had two car seats and they got me to my destination smoothly.

I live in Rancho Cucamonga and needed to use Chico’s towing. It was definitely an easy process with amazing service. Would definitely use this place again and would recommend to anyone looking for a towing company.

If I could give a negative star I would! They ruined my car by jumping the battery wrong and then lied to try to cover it up! Hope you lose your contract with AAA! Worst company ever. Dont call them or do business with these frauds. Claimed my cars damage was a preexisting condition which melted the entire electrical system when original call was a dead battery. I drove to work in the morning with no problems, battery died and called AAA which sent this shaddy company out! Tech opened hood and did not perform any diagnostic test to see if it was battery, altenator, starters or anything. Went straight to jumping battery. Hooked up battery and a spark flew. I jumped back and the douche bag tech guy laughed. Ended up replacing my battery as soon as I left every warning light in car came on, barely was able drive car 1ile up the street to mechanic shop. He suspected that the battery cable was reversed since it melted main harness and all electrical system. When called this fraudulent company, they had some go down to shop to look at damage. They were there for less than 3 minutes and ran 0 tests! So, how can they say that they did nothing wrong? Where is the proof? I drive a Acura MDX and it has had all maintenance, so how does a car like that spontaneously melt all electrical components after being jumped by this company? Shady, dont do business with these crooks!
