The following day, after I purchased all brand new tires and had them installed, my tire was flat, and I brought it to their attention. The refused to even look into my problem. After taking it to another store I discovered that the manager installed my wheels and never checked or notified me that my rim was cracked..(wasnt cracked before, but anyway).. Obviously they didnt fully check if my wheels were good to go.. You know.. Like a leak check or something. They installed them and I drove off like that... and refused to look into the issue more than once... They negligently installed my tires... Now I have to get a replacement tire... If they would have done their job right and notified me of my damaged wheel in the first place, I could have made a better decision and not have potentially risked my life, my toddlers life or the life of another driving down the road.... Mistakes can be forgiven, but to blatantly not look into my issue is sheer negligence... I wish I could leave no stars or negative ones....

I’v been a costumer with pep boys since 2016, they are good, until this morning.They wasted 2 hrs from my time for quick re-setting took less than 5 minutes!!! And it’s their mistake they did not do it correct in first time.Am so disappointed with pepboys 😢

I have been going to this Pep Boys location for over 10 years. I bring all 4 of our cars for maintenance, repairs and other auto service requirements. They have never disappointed me once, which is rare given the number of years I have been going there. Guierrmo, the manager, is totally honest and reasonable with repairs. He provides me with cost, parts, options, and time frame of the repairs and most 95% of the time, he is been on the money. Thank you for the great service over the years. I appreciate you guys. Keep up the great work.

This place is by far the best service I have ever had at a car repair shop. The customer service is amazing. They do not lie about what needs to be repaired and they always offer a discount or the best deal. They just fixed my car and gave me a part and labor for free on something that they didnt realize was broken. Without the extra repair, the original repair was worthless. They saved me a lot of money and were so kind!! I will only take my car here in the future!!

Made an online appointment for tire installation/rotation. My appointment was re-scheduled for this Wednesday 7/1/20 at 8am. I was okay with that. I was the first one here when the store opened. No one greeted me. I waited until the guy got his paperwork ready and then told me, How can help you”? I let him know I had an appointment. They took my car in, around 8:45am I was curious to see what was going on. I walked outside my car is just sitting their jacked up and no one working on it. After 5 mins of standing outside they decide its time to work on my car, it’s now 8:50 and I had an 8am appointment and I was the first one to check in. Now 9am and my car only has 2 tires taken off. They don’t value customers time.

Went to get a brake check just this morning, because I heard squeaking. Theyre incredibly honest people. They let me know that my brakes werent thin enough to recommend replacing just yet. Ill definitely be back when I need my replacement!

Very unorganized. I had an appointment at 8 am to mount my tires that I bought on tire rack. I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am and was told that it would be done around 10:30 am or 11:00 am. I came in at 11:30 am and my car has not been touched yet. The person behind the counter could not find my paperwork and had to mount my tires himself as no one was working on my tires. Again, it was very unorganized. I guess that having a messy shop does translate to a messy service. I’m going to try Firestone behind them next time.

Did an excellent job! Just went in for an oil change with no appointment. Had it done within an hour an a half on a busy Saturday. Carolyn was very professional and had wonderful customer service. Even went out of her way to get a lyft for me while I left my car there. Even searched for a coupon for my service. Went above and beyond. Prices were reasonable at best. Will need some more maintenance in a few months and will be returning without a doubt. World class customer service in my opinion. Continue the great work! Wasnt pushy at all either when it came to trying to sell other services that I didnt need. Amazing experience.

Technician was very nice and explained to me why it took him so long on my truck. David the cashier gave me a discount to help with making up for the time I had to wait. I just think communication could be a little bit better between the technician and the cashier.

I hate to write this review but I want the owners know about it. Everything is good about this place, Ive been here twice at least. Staff is helpful, good service and offers. But here I write for once I had a brake job on my Ford SUV and the guy (Luis I guess) received it on the counter, showed me the new parts he wanted to use then got me a ride to my work, which was nice. Upon follow ups he said its ready and got me ride back there. I got the car and left but in next days I realized there a clunking noise when pushing and leaving the brake I took it there and he confirmed and kept the car again. After a whole day he informed me its done so I went there and checked the noise was gone. I asked the reason he said it was a minor lubrication issue. On weekend I got curious and opened front wheel and noticed those new brake parts he first used arent there, there are old brake parts with half thickness of the new ones!! I dont know the parts he showed me was wrong one so second time he couldnt charge for the right parts in system or he just decided to screw my work for the extra labor work I gave him. Its real sad all that franchisee efforts and services go waste with one individual personal decision or lack of skill :(

Staff is nice however, I’ve taken my car there for several things already for the reasons why I went there none of the problems were fixed in my car. For example I knew something was up with my steering column but they kept insisting it was my tires. I changed the tires problem still existed and told me to go to Lexus dealer services. 2nd time I went and they said it was the spark plugs and fuel system being dirty. I had a few more miles for the plugs to go bad I told them that, but they said that was the problem. So they changed it the plugs. As soon as I was leaving the shop the problem again came back. Went back and told me to go to Lexus dealer services. They charged me plants of times for the wrong issues and made me spend even more money at the dealer after. I am not going back unless something falls under warranty now.

Dropped off veh at 10am in the morning as walk-in for oil change and change filter. Person said would call me when my car was done. Its 4:30pm, havent heard from them, tried to call shop, was told by the automated machine that shop was closed at 4pm. 😡😠 I did not sign up for an overnight service, no one told me it would be closed earlier than what the official website stated. Im driving over right now, I hope theyre not closed for real. Its Sunday, tomorrow is work day!!!!!! 😠 Cant go to work without a car!**** Got my car. Right after 6pm which was fine, wished the phone line wasnt dead by 4pm which made me get a ride to go there just to find out it wasnt worked on yet. Couldve done that over the phone. Service on vehicle was good, wish the communication wouldve been better, to cut down the stress.

If i can give it no stars i would. Had a appointment at 11 am got there at 10:35 hoping that me getting there half hour before would be a good idea its now 12:03 pm car not even n automotive bay.. very unacceptable.. u schedule appointments making it convenient for customers but dont stick with it unhappy and unprofessional

Guillermo, Michael, and the tech that worked on my brakes were great! Could have taken my money but instead pointed out the last jobs shoddy workmanship and recommended I go back to them to confront them prior to fixing it. Ill def be back guys and I highly recommend this place.

Michael the manager at the location on Foothill very friendly and honest.They have always got me in and out on time as promised. During one of my visits I thought I needed to have my brakes replaced but after Michael had his technicians look at it my car there was plenty of brake pads left the noise was coming from something else that was a quick fix and he took care of me without the need of spend all that extra money on a great job.The facility is a little small and this one does not have a retail store for items to be purchased.

Amazing I went in there to fix my a/c fan and Michel was very helpful!! This place has great customer service also I dont remember her name (Im sorry lol) but she works with Michel she was really nice too! She got me a loft ride home they fixed the problem in my car now my a/c is going to work great for the summer I highly recommend this place !!!

They charged me labor for a battery installation that they promised would be free to install, did everything they could do to convince me that my car had a problem when it turned out they were trying to sell me an old, dead battery, and then nearly threw out my battery/fuse box cover when they tossed it to the side during the battery install. Theres a good reason why I never go to any Pep Boys for anything and this just reinforces that. Pep Boys will never get any business from me and my family again.

I’m not the one to write reviews or to get angry with bad service normally I would brush it off but I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service than I have here. I went in last night around 6:30 to get an oil change. The lady who helped me was super nice and told me they were closing soon and to come back the next day as she sets an appointment for me. I gave her my info and asked her about pricing etc. She tells me it will need synthetic, I told her I just needed the conventional and she said that’ll be fine with the car I have and told me pricing was going to be 29.99 but with the coupon it will be 19.99. I come in the next day and was helped by an employee and he told me I wouldn’t be able to get 19.99 conventional oil and told me I needed to get synthetic which was 75 bucks!!! I couldn’t believe it and told him what the employee the previous night had told me and they didn’t care. I even spoke to a manager and he was EVEN WORSE! NEVER AGAIN will they receive my service there. I set my appointment and was told one price and come the next day to be told I couldn’t get my oil changed at the price I was told. My family is a regular here and for them to try and sell me something I didn’t want was not fair. Especially for the price to jump up so significantly. I don’t know if they thought I didn’t know any better, but they were rude to me. Being in the customer service field myself, I would never treat a customer the way they did to me. Especially as a manager. He told me I had to come back when the employee the previous night works again which wasn’t until the next day. I told him he is the manager he should help me out! Please get new management. This is horrible!

So I walk in without a car and I said I need service done on the car I will buy in 2 years and I need quotes on things that might go bad and the guy David looks at me extremely weird but he begins to give me all the quotes and so two years into the future I walk in with an oil change for the car him and I talked about and he said bro remember I told you you would need our buy 3 tires get the 4th free deal and so I took his car and the rest was history thank you for giving me an excellent solution.

They do good work, and their prices are reasonable. But they never seem to give a straight answer on how long it will take to finish the job. Ive been told 1 hour, then end up waiting over 2. Very frustrating. That aside, theyll do a good job with your car.

Didnt allow me to use oil change coupon because according to them my car must use full synthetic, never seen that anywhere, no other shop has ever tried forcing me to use full synthetic. Yeah, everyone suggests using the synthetic, but nobody ever refused to service my car if I didnt. First and last time I ever attempt to use pep boys for car service.

I came in due to an Axel problem after getting a recently purchased vehicle. All I did was drive to vegas and a third of the way there...was able to go there and back Saftey the whole time waiting for my tire to fly off!!!! So I bring it in and they find the problem, call it in to see what the warranty will cover and I hear them basically in the most professional way, fighting for me because it is covered under warranty. Went in for an oil change and break light issues and they took it for 2 days. When I came to pick it up the break fluid was still empty. The tire pressure was still low. Waste of time. They only topped off the fluids after I mentioned it to them.

This store is fabulous. Ive been too at least 7 pep boys, and plenty of other stores. I usually sit in broken chairs and beat up stores.This store has free kuerig machine for coffee. Couch store faux leather seats. A TV, WITH a remote that you can actually not be forced to watch their channels. Charging stations with USB and AC plugs.And the workers are great. This will be the only place I take my car.

I came in to get my rear brakes fixed && have now been sitting here for a total 4 hours && my brakes are STILL not done. Meanwhile the workers are lolligagging, sitting back, texting && talking. Trained professionals with the proper tools && skills are taking longer than if i were to figure it out myself.this is also not the first time ive come here && waited for hours for a simple procedure. I will not be coming back

Went to get an oil change and made an appointment over the phone. Interestingly, Marecio was rude, brazen and unpleasant over the phone and changed his tune as soon as he saw I wasnt a punk kid that will put up with being disrespected. His attitude was highly inappropriate and and I will certainly never return or recommend this place!
