If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. They claimed they would have a tow truck over in 40 minutes and they never came. Called after an hour they said another 40 minutes. Gave it another 45 minutes called again and they kept ignoring my calls after multiple attempts they answered and said another 20 minutes they’re stuck in traffic. After another 30 minutes they sent a text saying they didn’t have any available drivers, and they wouldn’t be able to do the job. Waste of time, if you value your time don’t use them.

My car battery was dead. I called these guys and they were there 20 min later, jumped it in 30 sec, charged me only $59. Excellent service. Im putting them in my phone book.

Not positive this is same AM PM towing that helped me or not...but the company that helped me was great! Driver was extremely fast and friendly. I lost my key, and he had the car door open and the car ready for tow in less than 5 minutes. He let me ride along and even charge my nearly dead phone. He even shared his dates with me. I thought i needed to be towed to the dealer for a new key to be made, but the driver (charles) suggested a locksmith ( Lock and Roll ...also great!). He towed me to the locksmith (who i later found out would have come to me). The lock smith shop was closer than the dealer so i saved money on the tow. Great experience!
