Both had great customer service and informative.Billy was our plumber and he was great. Was very knowledgeable, he was fast, no bs, and he let us watch what he was doing. We appreciated his professionalism and quality work. He was also great in communicating when he was available and in his way.Highly recommended! 👍

I called in the morning to unclog main line. Was given a window of noon to 2. At two Carson called explaining his last job took longer but he was on his way. When he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me multiple options. He unclogged the drain in less thank an hour. Very thorough, very professional. Next time an earlier call would be appreciated, but I definitely recommend these plumbers.

After I found water coming from my garage water heater, I asked my neighbor for a plumber referral. She gave me a raving review for Scott McLeod Plumbing and added more raves from her friends. I called them in the late afternoon and James came the next morning to assess the problem and give me a free estimate. I initially balked at the price but it was actually $200 more than I was quoted 4yrs ago, by the excellent company who replaced my HVAC then. So I agreed.Im very happy with the result. James was very professional and reliable. He answered all of my questions and to ease my mind, he requested Superior Restoration to evaluate the platform for water damage before replacing the heater on the platform. Instead of just telling me, Its fine., which can happen. I appreciate his patience with my concerns regarding damage, mold, etc.,by calling in an expert. We gave it a couple of days to completely dry and he returned to complete the install. No extra charge.Im very satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and willingness to make the customer happy. In this case, I got more than I paid for. which was No worries!I have a problem with an upstairs bathroom and I will definitely be calling Scott McLeod Plumbing for the job.

Rick arrived on time and had us a quote within minutes for our leak. He quickly made the repair and helped answer a few questions I had about other minor plumbing issues we are having at our house. Wow! It’s nice to have dealt with a professional business that is not into taking advantage of their customers. Called another plumber in the area with strong Yelp reviews. ACP came out the next day and quoted me $1500 for a simple sink and toilet repair. Luckily I knew I was being ripped off and said no to their estimate. Used my neighborhood app, and Scott McLeod Plumbing came highly recommended. Plumber came out today. Rick was such a nice man. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, ran to Home Depot to get the parts and fixed both issues very quickly and for a reasonable cost. Scott McLeod Plumbing will now be my go to plumber.

While attempting to stop a leak on an aged faucet we broke both angle stops at our bathroom sink. We were forced to turn off the water to our entire house. When our regular plumber wasnt able to see us they recommended Scott McLeod. The office told us up front that they would be able to see us as an after-hours appointment. They kept us updated during the afternoon and the tech arrived when they estimated. He took care of the problem promptly, was very polite and obviously skilled. We are very impressed and happy with the service!

They flushed and serviced my tankless water heater. The employee was nice and arrived on time. The charge was $295, which I felt might be high. Sure enough, afterwards I found out my neighbors had used a different company that charged about $50 less with the same results and have a yearly program that charges less than 1/3 of this price after the initial service. I really like that program and will look into the other companys credentials.

Everything about their service was outstanding! Oh he was professional, knowledgeable, on time and the price was unbeatable . I am relieved to finally have found a trustworthy plumber!!!

Called first place that popped up on google search. They made appmt quickly and came out same day. He gave me a quote of $2400. Given massive leak, told him to go ahead. Fixed it and all is good. We found a secondary leak in backyard w even bigger leak. Told me he would be back next day to detect leak. 2 days go by and crickets. So i called next guy on google, VK plumbing. They also came out same day, fixed larger leak for $500. Showed him the front repair and asked how much that would have been: $750. So i got robbed $1650.....

We had a complete re-pipe and main line done. Great customer service. Especially from Brian Valadez and Melvin went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied.

My kitchen sink clogged over the weekend. I put in requests for service with three different companies including McLeod. McLeods website allowed me to pick a date and time for service. Monday morning I got a phone call that their technician was on their way. Long story short, they responded quickly, were unbelievably professional and easy to deal with, and my sink is working fine now. And the other two companies I tried contacting never even responded.

Just one bathroom drain was blocked, they charged $165 to clear the pipe. They used the snake machine to clean the max 2 ft pipe. charged a lot of money. Outside its just costs below $60 . My suggestion doesnt go with these people. worst service.

I had a pipe piece burst off on Sunday. I called 10 different plumbers in the area and McLeod was the only one to answer. Carson McLeod came out to assess the pipe and was able to quote the price for me in a matter of minutes, with different price options for a close off vs. a faucet. He was very professional and practiced all covid guidelines. I felt very safe having him in my backyard/home. Jeff showed up on time as promised. He was friendly and positive. He assessed the problem immediately. He gave me two options with a recommendation of what would be the most beneficial. I had a smelly kitchen drain and a sewer smelling shower drain. He knew exactly what to do and was in and out in less than one hour. I called Scott McLeod Plumbing because I had an unknown water leak in my slab under the house. My scheduled appointment was a couple hours late due to an emergency with the scheduled plumber, however, customer service was great and they quickly found someone else available and sent them right over, and they were still able to finish the job that same day as promised (thats why, even though my schedule appointment was late I still marked the on time box). The guys were friendly, courteous, and professional the whole time, and answered all our questions and concerns. I hope I dont have anymore plumbing issues, but I would definitely call them again if I do.

Our water heater went out on a Thursday evening called Scott McLeod plumbing Friday morning within a few hours they came out and replace the water heater. Great work we are very happy that we called Scott McLeod plumbing.

It was a pleasure working with Scott McLeod Plumbing, their tech Jeffrey was very professional, came on time and very knowledgeable. One of the drain was not draining the water out to the pipeline in our front yard, so we started looking for plumber and found Scott McLeod on yelp, it only took less then 3 rings for them to answer my all and within 10 min I was able to schedule someone to come out for a quote. Jeff came and check out the drain almost immediately he was able to find out the problem. The drain was never installed to the main pipe line and that why it was flooded, we wanted it to be fixed right the way and he was able to schedule to come back next day with his Co-worker (which I forgot his name, I am sorry 😅) and solved the problem for us. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much again for helping us resolve the issue.

Used Scott McLeoad Plumbing for a main line replacement. All aspects from quote to install went great. They used a trenchless technique so they didnt have to tear up my whole yard. Just a great bunch of guys. James confirmed everything was working well and even fixed a small drip in my shower while performing his walk through. I have used them for years, and will continue to do so. Stop shopping around and just call these guys and they will fix your problems!

Jeffry is an excellent professional, very knowledgable and customer friendly. He performed a clean and sharp job. He responded to all my questions and phone calls. The only thing was that I did not get a clear cost amount of the work prior to be performed. I had the sink cabinet installed by someone else before Jeffry could work on the faucet. Just installing the faucet, it took him three hours of labor, plus installing the faucet, that was a separate charge. That elevated the total pay out very high. Partly my fault for not understanding the process.
