Amazing experience! Collin and his team at Allstar made a scary combination plumbing/septic system/flood issue so much better. They were calm, confident, organized and clearly explained what they found, potential causes, potential solutions and why they believed that the solution would fix our issues. Very hard workers, definitely know their craft and take pride in their work.Hopefully, Ill never have to call them again, but, as a home owner I know I will...and will feel very comfortable doing so!

I needed an emergency hot water heater replacement and for quotes from other companies, including Home Depot, for $3k. I found these guys on Google, saw that they had a much less expensive deal for a much better product and they came and finished everything within 2 hours of my call. I got the pleasure of having the field supervisor Nick, who is an awesome guy. Since I need help with two other plumbing issues, I already scheduled him to come back in a few days and the quote he gave me for both is cheaper than what Ive seen to fix just one problem.

Had my ducts replaced by Frank who did a poor job by not using optimal duct sizing, reducers, proper taping of exposed metal, leaving portion of asbestos on ducting & failing to take pictures of all connections points as I requested. Dennis was polite & sent a supervisor over to hear my concerns about workmanship but he wanted to deflect this as a warranty issue & did not seem receptive or understanding since 90 day warranty past. Am waiting to hear back from company but nothing yet, will post again on status of any fixes (or not). Always Best to inspect installers work (if you can go in attic) but if you cant, request pictures of all work performed including connection points.

We have used this company for our apartment communities for years. Now all of a sudden they dont pick up their phones. We had to find another plumbing company to work with us. This is a huge loss for the company.

I needed a same day appointment to fix my ho water heater. I got a convenient time easily and Nick showed up according to schedule. All he needed to do was relight the pilot light because nothing was broken. He did that for me for no charge which I thought was extremely generous and showed good business sense, since I will now use Allstar next time without hesitation.

Brennan from AllStar Plumbing and Rooter came to our house to fix the water pressure. He provided excellent customer service. He was super friendly, patient, very competent in what he was doing, and came on time. The water flow to our house was very low where you can never have two showers going at the same time. So I showed Brennan our shower issue and then he quickly knew what the problem was. He replaced our valve and the regulator and it worked! The water flow was even better than when I first moved into the house. He was kind and patient to explain why it happened, what he replaced and how to shut off the water to the house. Overall, I highly recommend Brennan and AllStar Plumbing to my family and friends.

When the leak seemed to clear itself out, he was willing to be honest about that and leave without any payment at all except that I had him go ahead and do the work because I figured it would clog again. When certain parts of the job were out of their scope, repairing the drywall following plumbing repairs, AllStar went beyond to arrange a drywall installer to complete the job the same day. Allstar Home Services was incredible! I needed a plumber and they sent one that same day. Nick showed up perfectly on time, clean, was very friendly, and very professional. He got straight to work diagnosing the problem and as soon as he did, he showed me exactly what was wrong and talked me through how something like that happens and what to watch out for in the future. He was extremely thorough and now my shower is fixed! I couldn’t be happier with my service. I recommend using them for any of your needs and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a minor clog in my plumbing system. Aldo came out and snaked the problem and we found my pipes had some roots in them. He then decided to go further down the pipes a second time to make sure there were no more roots. He was very informative and let me know of future options to solve this reoccurring problem. He also offered a discounted price. His service was great and he was very easy to talk to. Out of of five stars no doubt 5 out of 5! Aldo responded to our business office to check out a possible sewer blockage for we were experiencing slow draining of our toilets. Aldo removed one of the toilets and scoped our drain lines to check for possible blockages. He snaked out our main line and replaced the toilet. After Aldo had completed his work he cleaned the area and left no evidence that a repair had even been done. Aldo was very courteous and professional during his visit to our business.

We have issues with our washing machine backing up into the kitchen sink. Branden showed up on time and attempted to snake the washing machine drain and could not get the snake to go past the trap. He then went up on our very steep roof and attempted to snake the line through the vents. Again, he was not able to get the snake to go far enough.Ultimately, he suggested that since we do not have a direct cleanout to the main sewage line (1926 home) that the only way to snake the line properly would be to add one. He suggested how I could do that myself or pay to have it done.Bottom line is he was not successful in helping us resolve our problem, but made every effort to do so. Since he could not resolve our issue, he did not charge us for his time...which I found very honest. I offered to pay him, but he refused.Rarely do you find this honest workmanship and service. Although my issue was not resolved, I would highly recommend Branden due to his work ethic.

I called at 6pm they showed up at 7pm, which in my experiences thats great. Branden was very helpful and walked me thru every step in the process. He didnt try to up sell me and put me in contact w his supervisor for a question i had regarding tankless water heaters. He explained to me that in my situation out wouldnt benefit me, he couldve sold me a unit i didnt need to make money but he didnt. They were very up front and HONEST with me. At the end of the day they didnt even charge me for the visit. If i ever need any kind of plumbing work done ill be using them for sure.

It was Friday night, 8 pm and I was sure I’d have a hard time getting a plumber to come out to my rental property to snake a mainline. I was right, I called several “24hr” companies and all went to voicemail. I then called Allstar Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga, spoke to a live person and had someone at my property in about 45 minutes. The serviceman, Jason Caroll, even called me when he was on the road to give me an eta. Great customer service and they are now the company I will call again!

I called Allstar today because after I installed my new water heater myself, I wasnt positive that my water pressure was the same or I had possibly done something. Branden come out (arrived ON TIME) and inspected my work. Said it looked like I knew what I was doing. After checking for any mistakes I may have made, he removed the faucet head off the kitchen sink and found that some sediment had accumulated. He flushed it out, soaked it in some CLR that I had, checked my incoming water pressure (which he found to be almost 25 lbs in excess (100 lbs instead of 75). Found a galvanized ell in the copper line (causes piping issues). There was no charge by Branden or AllStar! I will receive a quote to replace the incoming regulator and repair the copper lines.Very punctual, well mannered and didnt goof around or try to fill me full of BS. That is respectful. That is how I ran my company! Great job Branden! ( and his helper) THANK YOU!

What a great experience with a plumber! Collin Gagliardi could not not have done a better job on my plumbing needs. I had to have a gas line moved on the roof of my home. Joe Z. From AllStar Home Services provided professional and friendly service while clearing a clogged main sewer drain. The drain was clogged with roots from a city tree that is approximately 75 feet in front of our house. I was pleased that he was able to quickly clear the roots from the drain, but what impressed me most was his explanations as to what options I had in the future if/when the roots grow back. He explained several options and the approximate cost of each option without doing a heavy handed sales job. He understood and responded to various concerns I had with some of the options by providing other less intrusive alternatives on how to get the job done and at less overall expense. I also appreciated the fact that their call center kept me updated when traffic was delaying the arrival of the technician. This was my first experience with this company and I highly recommend them for their professional service performed at a reasonable rate.

He worked quickly, fixed my clogged sinks, cleaned up the mess from the water that spilled all over the floor, and was finished by 12:30pm. The cost was very reasonable.
