Plenty of washers and dryers to use, 3 different sizes. They have a drink and laundry supply machine inside. The attendant there was very helpful.

Poor customer service was telling us that it would take too long for a full load of laundry to dry it, and had us keep some of the items we wanted to dry out while the rest dried, also the sign online as well as inside the building say they promptly close at 8 p.m. and it was only 6:30 when we showed up and they were saying they close at 7 p.m. on top of that we only had one load, would not tell anyone to go to this location to do any laundry. Not at all worth the time or hassle

Place was clean, most importantly all of the machines appeared to be in good working order which isnt often at some laundromats Ive had to frequent in the past, and its much appreciated. Could use a bit more clearer parking but I was able to park in the back of the building with no issues.

Machines get the job done and the facility its big enough to get the job done without feeling too crowded, even though it does get busy. The laundry lady that works there is a bit high strung, but helpful and knowledgeable. Be forewarned she might end up touching your laundry at one point, but all in the spirit of being helpful. And if youre not starting laundry before 5:30, be aware that doors lock at 7 even though they close at 8.

Costs me 10 dollars all together to wash and dry 4 loads (one big over stuffed laundry basket, with a family of 4s week worth of dirty clothes)...The machines take quartersWouldnt suggest coming here after 530... Place gets locked at 7 apparently...

We loved it, it was amazing, clean, quiet, functional, and big dryers for good price. We only used the dryers so not sure about the washers other then they looked good and had some big ones not just normal size. We were able to dry two loads of laundry in one dryer for $1.75 and only took 39 minutes.

No one loves laundry more than me!!! I had bags and bags of laundry from my husband and kids who have been living with my two sister-in-laws, who have a much higher tolerance to filth and dog hair than I do....so I washed everything in the huge, clean washing machines and dryers! So easy! So perfect!

Clean laundry with well maintained machines. Closes pretty early; not convenient for night-owls.

Very good machines. I have done laundry 2 times here. No residue was put on my clothes from dryer. They came out smelling clean. Not like someone elses stuff. Ya know what I mean about the dryer smells they can stick to your belongings and it usually isnt to good of a smell. Was happy to have dryer fresh. Not to busy. Big loader is about 5.25. Fits almost 2 loadsThe big daddy washer fits almost 3 loads for 6.25. Dryer dry clothes in first 15 to 18 mins.. I will be going back here.

Clean well lit laundromat. Extra large load washers and dryers available. Never crowded.

Very nice, quiet place. Clean and all of the workers are very nice. Good prices. We use this place instead of our apartments laundry. The washers take less than 25 mins for $2.25. The dryers are 50¢ per 10 minute cycle.

It was not big enough. Cheney needs another laundromat, bigger than that one.

Over all I love this washer! But the lady who walks around has a BAD habit with hassling people of color. She doesnt bother others of her race any time were there. Ive been using this washer for 10 yrs now. I have a video of her from the last incident because it was that bad smh. One minute shes trying to tell you to stuff a washer the next shes over your shoulder telling you how much laundry liquid to use. She had the audacity to tell me that had I not came before the washer stopped then she had the right to remove my clothes. Of course I laughed and strongly told her had she touched my clothes, there wouldve been an issue because when we initially walked in, one of the big washers were sitting with clothes and we were told that ones done oh shell be back in a few. Let it be known that the clothes sitting belonged to her friend whom shes always chatting with but she didnt remove her clothes. That few turned to a whole 8minutes. This lady is a joke and seriously need to learn to mind her business and treat EVERYONE the same!

Ive come here a few times in the last 6 years. Its kinda small and Ive never seen an attendant, but I have no complaints. I feel like its fairly priced. The machines have never not worked.

The best place for me 5star

They say theyre open till 8pm but lock their doors at seven. So if like me you have a busted dryer and work in the morning arriving at 7:05pm you cannot dry your clothes. What a waste.

Big Wash Laundromat is great! We took in a quilt and some blankets and had good help and even chatted it up a bit. The price to wash such big items was under $20.00 and it took about 1 1/2 hours to wash and dry. Thank You Big Wash Laundromat!

Ms. Nina was a joy to spend time with at the laundromat. The machines are clean and there is a welcoming atmosphere and the service excellent. There is plenty of seating and there is a book table for leave or take! Thank you Ms. Nina for the great conversation!

They raised the washer price for$1.75 to $2.25 and one machine was 30 minutes, the other 2, 28 minutes. The clothes were awful wet. The dryers suck! $1.25 is only 27 minutes and there is a cool down, so the clothes dont get dry! Greedy owners. Wont be back!!!

I really like coming here, the dryers are 50 cents to start and every quarter you put in is about 7 minutes dry time. You have different size washer and dryers depending on your load size. The biggest washer is about 6 dollars, medium is about 4 dollars, and the small washer is about 2-3 dollars to use. Hope that helps. The lady who takes care of the laundromat is really sweet and will help you if you never been at a laundromat and the owner is really nice too. They do lock the door at 8:30pm though so keep in mind when you want to go there. But its well kept and its a good place to get your clothes done

First time using their facility and I went in to wash my comforter in the largest machine they had and it came out covered in YELLOW STAINS. The lady then walked over to me and wouldn’t stop talking about how it was my comforter was cheap and that’s why it happened- I didn’t appreciate that. I don’t know what was wrong with their machine but I won’t be returning and wouldn’t advise anyone else to go.

Quarter machine frequently broken, washers and dryers filthy and frequently broken, manager is constantly hovering and asking you dumb questions and there’s no credit/debit option which is ridiculous. Grossest laundromat I’ve ever been to.

Clean and set up with couches so you can relax. Dryers not great but they never are any where.

Just had to send out a BIG HAPOT BURTHDAY to Nina at bug wash. She is the custodian at BIG WASH & if it wasnt for her being there I prob. wouldnt go there. Not that its a bad place just thst she makes doin my laundry well...almost FUN. LOVE YA NINA
