I made an appointment to deatil two vehicles on 091220. My first appointment was set at 230 pm and the 2nd appointment was at 4pm. At approximately 2:50 I make a phone call to the Kc because nobody has arrived yet to wash my car. Nobody answers and I leave a voicemail.At approximately 3:35 PM I get a call from KC stating he never received the emails and that server makes mistakes. I Totally understood and planned on rescheduling. He mentioned he could come by the following day on 091320 to wash and detail my cars. Either in the morning time or evening.I texted him at 0830 pm to confirm and didnt receive a response. I texted him again about 1 hour later with no response. I texted him at 8:24 am on 091220 and he finally responded. He said he is unavailable all day.KC lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I would not recommend him.
