Dont waste your money you could do a better job yourself!!

I got their basic wash and I left happy. They are super affordable and were friendly. They missed one of my backseats with the vacuum, but other than that they did great. The car was in pretty rough shape as my boyfriend was using it for work, and they did a great job of getting most of the dirt out. The wash itself wasn’t perfect but they did a good job. They also wiped down the inside and it looked good. I would say they got like roughly 90% of it cleaned. For the price and condition it was in I am happy.

This place is going to continue to have bad reviews because the person who was assigned to drive my car through the car wash broke my mirror on the driver side and its been almost a month and no one has got back to me in regards to the repair i feel avoided and i need my mirror replaced i am trying to work with them and be understanding but the actions are not being reciprocated i understand that accidents happen but its more so how there handling the situation that’s disturbing. This is not how you should treat customers.

This place is just alright.. Some of the staff here are Jankey. I only go here for the convenience. There are better car washes in the area.

Bad customer service, they left my window open and soaked my car inside. Manager was absent and workers could not help me they only said sorry, I am really disappointed in the service.

Sad.I ended up grabbing a cloth to clean spots on the outside of my car, and streaks!Seemed she was 🤔oblivious as to what needed to get done or HOW to do it properly. 🤔Cashier, great service, customer care.👍

I’m not sure why this business has gotten some bad reviews. In the times I have had my car cleaned, I’ve had no problems with the quality of service nor bad attitudes as some people have stated. I wish people would give them another chance. I plan to go back again. It appears full service car washing is becoming a thing of the past, so for those of us who don’t want to do it ourselves, it’s sad.

I have been sitting for 45 minutes waiting for my car to be wiped down. The kids that dry and wipe off the vehicles work in tandem and just talk the whole time. Very inefficient and a waste of everyone’s time.

Good customer service and my car was very clean. Also if there were some spots that needed attention again, the washers showed no attitude with going over it again.

My family had been going there for years, even though quality has diminished since the new owners bought it.This week while my 2015 F350 Super Duty was receiving a wash and hand wax for $55, they damaged the whole left side of the truck pulling into a vehicle bay. The owner wasnt there that day, but an incident report was filled out with the manager who said call the next day to talk to the owner, Mr. Kim. I called and was told by the receptonist that he would review the report and call me back. He never called.I decided to walk in today, several days after the incident to discuss the claim, and was told by Mr. Kim that the manager from the day of the incident has been off work and he needs to talk to him before doing anything. I said What about the incident report and the camera system that captured the event? All he did was acknowledge they both exist.When I demanded a refund for the $55 to start things off on the right foot and show he cares about the quality of their services I was dismissed from his office without any refund. This establishment has lost a customer for life, and I hope youll think twice yourself before patronizing them.This whole post wouldnt be necessary if this business just took care of things the right way from the start, but instead, they want to try push around the little guy.***Update 6/28/2019***I’ve filed a claim with my insurance company, State Farm, who are amazing and say this will not affect my rates since it wasn’t my fault. For the insurance claim I wanted to have a police report so I parked in front of the wash today to meet the deputies there. The owner came out and said he talked with the manager that was on duty this morning and they are going to pay. I asked if he was ready to refund my car wash and he offered free washes! Are you kidding me? You think I’ll ever be back there?After returning with my truck properly lettered so people can see my message, and standing on the sidewalk in front of the business to warn all the cars of this awful place (many turned around) I was finally refunded my $55 for the car wash so I would go away. The damage will be covered by my insurance, who will then recover the costs from the business or the business insurance, if they choose to file a claim.

Used to be the best place in town to get your car wash.. All of the workers now just do the bare minimum and once theyre done youre still pointing out multiple issues. Ive just stopped going.

I signed up for the membership that allows 2 carwashes a week. This is the second time I go there this week to get my car washed and they are closed. On Sunday they stop letting people in right before 5pm. And today they are closed for no apparent reason. Two weeks ago they were closed during business hours as well. I called the number and never received a call back. There are other car washes that open longer hours and have unlimited washes for a few dollars more. Do not waste your money here.

I just left here and got my Mercedes washed. I did the express wash. When I drive over to the vacuum station, I noticed my car was still dripping wet. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees named Edward. This guy did an awesome job. He was super respectful and very accommodating. The door says “no mask no service” but the clerk wasn’t wearing one. 🤨 The music is wildly inappropriate and the staff looks like they hate it here. They need some training on professionalism. Yikes! There’s another one on Hermosa and Arrow that does a better job and are way more friendly and professional. This used to be a great car wash but now I would avoid it and head somewhere a lot nicer.

I paid for the Executive Wash 27.99. Add $20 to clean my chrome rims?? And when they were done I asked them to put a little shine by my lift gate, and the answer was straight, No, we cant do that, sorry. Not an option to pay extra or nothing, just No.

Had given my car (Tesla) for wash and after 1 hour waiting, when I went to ask why so much time, they had not washed my car and had lost the key card. The owner Mr Kim was clueless what’s going on and he was more concerned about the other cars waiting behind me to finish and keep the new customers behind me going.They did not even come and tell this happened and it’s just when I asked, if I had not asked I dint know what would be next??So I asked may be the guy accidentally vacuumed the card, and the owner had no idea how to retrieve it nor did he try to do that.Worst and unprofessional service ever amongst all other places in area nearby

Paid for diamond express wash, and had to run through it twice since they didnt give me the diamond wash the first time, so ran it through second time, car was still dirty with yellow speckles, which I easily wiped off. Would give no star if I can. Wont go there anymore.

I love coming to this carwash since it’s so close to home. I drive a lot about 150-200 miles a day so I wash my car 3 times a week. I like the express wash. I pay monthly and the funds get taken out of my checking account each month. There is a covered area where I can dry and vacuum my car myself, which is awesome. The only reason I gave them 2 stars ⭐️ is because I always have to wait for one of the lazy guys to come turn on the wash for me, while there are 3 employees standing around talking and not caring about there customers who are waiting. Sometimes I tip them in hopes that I will get better service. These employees do not value there customers.

Dont waste your time here. Ive tried this car wash 4 or 5 times and the final straw was before a trip, I paid for the high end wash and detail work. When I got my car it looked like they vacuumed an extra 30 seconds and wiped down with a paper towel and water. And they skipped the trunk even thigh I paid extra for it.

I came for the first time to get an oil change next door that provides free car wash from this place supposedly? But of course I try it out and not only are they understaffed they start your car then leave it wet to dry it self and continue after 20 minutes I asked for the supervisor who just waved at me and went inside didn’t even care! Will never see me here again. Even the oil change .

Not one single person could be bothered with a “hello” “welcome” or “thank you” - this was the last place they clearly wanted to be and will be my last visit after some 10 years, good luck.

Have unlimited washes for 19 bucks a month so go about twice a week.2.50 a wash, cant beat that.

Not the best option but close to were I live, and never let an employee drives your car, they always hit car tires with metal track when entering wash bay, they need some training here!

Great service. Not too long of a wait. Guys checking you in are always really nice and helpful. Inside desk girls are very sweet and helpful.

Way to slow, no motivation or go here to get car cleaned and on to next. Longer waits. Rather do it myself then seeing car just sit there in heat.

I go here maybe once in a while, this time a girl was helping her mother and my bad, she didnt clean or dry well the passenger side of my car. My window was not completely finished. Ididnt do the once over like i shouldve. What I did like was you are now given the little paper air fresheners to place them in your car on your own. I may go back soon to get my car vacuumed or even for the detailing service...I guess this was just the luck of the draw.

Long wait and when they offer a FREE WASH it isn’t upheld.For a place that claims to BE IN THE CLEANING BUSINESS, the cashier was chewing her digesting food and picking her teeth while handling money and talking to customer. The manager is totally unprofessional I waited forever for them to wash my car and they were not busy then they stole my change and AirPods out of my car while it was being dried I told the manager he said there is nothing he can do about so don’t leave any valuable things in your car they don’t get fired or questioned about stealing out of your car all those guys are the managers buddy’s. They did a terrible job didn’t dry my car all the way and didn’t whip the inside dash board off not worth the money you can get a better car wash at the gas station don’t waste your money you won’t be happy needs better management that doesn’t tolerate stealing from its customers.

Super friendly cashier named Martha. Car wash was pretty clean for the most part. Loved the large amount of seating available outside in the shade while you watch your car. Loved the idea of their express wash! Great prices too

This place did an excellent job on her car! We have traveled all the way from Tennessee to Rancho Cucamonga, needless to say our car was in desperate need of a wash and vacuum and a good cleaning. The girl who detail their car after it was wash did an excellent job and was very friendly. The waiting area is nice and Shady uncomfortable oh, I would recommend this car wash to anyone passing through

Poorly done. Windows still smeared. Door bottoms still wet. I re-did it myself afterwards.It took far too long. More running around than drying and cleaning. It was like the keystones cops.

This place just saved my car and my life! I was trying to bring dinner home and unbeknownst to me it spilled in my car. Deer Creek Car wash was able to shampoo my interior and get the outside clean. Now I have a nice new interior that will not be haunted by the smell of Pho... not, that there is anything wrong with that ^_^ This place is always great and gets my car clean. They are fast and offer a range of services. I respect that the manager always asks me about other services I may need.

The worst car wash I have ever done is here. the short guy that greets you before the carpet vacuum is done is a nice guy. otherwise its downhill from there. I was disappointed with how the inside of my car today was not cleaned well. the guys cleaning the inside distracted me about my license plate being loose. then when me and my son got to the car my 6 year old son told me our car is still not clean. since we have family plans I got no time to complain. I wanted to support this car cash since I have been going here for many years. but today was the last straw. I will now just go somewhere else.

Place is amazing ! my car was so nice when i left like it was brand new from the lot. staff was friendly. I belive his name was Pat he made sure i was happy before i left and he was super friendly cracking jokes. the rest of the boys were pleasant to. will be coming back for sure ! Thanks everyone

They will take your money and when you have a problem are told there is no manager here today to correct this problem. There never seems to be a manager there to help. Go elsewhere this place is the worst.

The detail was a great value. They cleaned up or minivan with tons of crumbs everywhere from the kids. Afterwards our Sienna almost look new. And it was much cheaper than I thought it was going to be.Also, the cell phone repair, etc, etc... They have everything!

I read through the reviews and think theyre a bit harsh. The workers were very nice and it was a quick in and out. The best part was that they fully refreshed my car with scented lemon! Car washes are not different but Deer Creek is consiisent for me!

Employees inside were nice, but the employees outside were slow as molasses and did more chit-chatting than working. My car was still totally dirty on the outside. By the time they got to it, it had already air-dried and it was actually worse than before.

Have the monthly unlimited quick wash pass, with free vaccum easy way to keep my car clean.

You get what you pay for. Its not the best, but definitely not the worst. Staff can do a better job at wiping down the exterior but like I said, you get what you pay for. I always have to go back over my vehicles with detail spray and a rag after they finish up.

Its conveniently located; easy to get to. I dont go there as often as I used to. Sometimes, the Wheel Deal which includes tire dressing (maybe Armorall) is hastily applied or forgotten to apply until I have to show my receipt to verify my purchase. Overall, hit n miss quality of service.

Those guys are thieves ... I advise you don’t leave anything personal in the car I left change because I keep in my car they took all the quarters and I also had a stiizy and they stole that as well.. I mean it’s not good for business

I used to go here all the time, especially because they gave me a military discount. Every time I took my cars their they would come out with scratches. When I asked them about cleaning my mirrors better they did a worst job than they did at first. I dont go here any more I dont advise it. Its a shame because it was a good car wash.

Paid for a wheel deal so they would clean my rims and shine my tires good. The didn’t do it. Left my car sitting in the sun and it needs to be washed again for the job to be done right. I have been coming here for many years but never again.

Did an okay job on the outside for 22 bucks it looks like they just wiped down the dash and doors. Carpet doesnt look vaccumed. The big guy outside acted like he didnt want to help. Lady inside was nice will not be going back

You guys all have way to high expectations for a car wash. Come by get your car washed and read a book in peace check your Facebook while you wait, call your side chick or simply meditate. Let these individuals work and do their job. If they remodeled then the prices would go up. If you wanted a Starbucks inside then the prices would go up. If you wanted a bidet in the restroom then the prices would go up. I’m please with the service I’ve gotten I don’t expect more and don’t get disappointed. Have a nice day people :)

Pretty good, kind of slow

For the past three months I have been a part of there car wash club. I pay $32 a month for unlimited car wash, great deal right. Every time I go the attendant who takes down my info is constantly rude. This Saturday was the worst I was waiting for him to get my info and I forgot to leave my keys in the car. He saw them in my hand and snap at me. The guy who vacuum my car said I should complain. So I did however in a nice way the cashier just defended him. So over him!

Not only did did they do a terrible job but theres no doubt in my mind that someone stole 3 dollars I had just put in my ashtray right before I got there. Pretty shady place to have to steal 3 dollars...

Ive never had any issues with this car wash. The employees are always nice and efficient. It tends to get busy in the afternoons, especially closer to the weekend, so expect a bit of a wait. You can always walk across the street and browse the craft beer selection at Liquor Paradise while you wait! My favorite way to pass the time! Lol

There is an independent cell phone repair shop within the car wash building that replaces cracked iPhone screens. Great prices and they can replace the screen in a short amount of time.

They are lucky you have to select one star because I would have selected negative 5!!! After a 30 minute hand wash, because their machine wash in inactive due to updates from the new management, my car receive a nice new scratch on the front bumper. The paint was still flaking off the bumper indicating it was FRESH from the person drying the car off. After I pointed it out to the manager (who is very rude and is the little person) told me that I should be happy that I received a quality hand wash, and sorry about the scratch. A quality hand wash that left dirt marks on the leather seats, water spots all over the car, and finger prints on the windows. WOW real quality work from the management team.Lucky the NEW Owners were their and I brought the problem to their attention, because their staff were complete idiots. The NEW management are Asian foreigners that barely speak English, but new enough English to tell me, not our problem and you need to leave now.I do not recommend anyone to visit this car wash, so no one else has to experience POOR service, IDIOTIC staff, and receive damage to your vehicle!

Scratched my vehicle and did not take responsibility for it

This terrible and shocking experience happened on July 20, 2019. I would like to join with all the major YELP complaints of this crooked owner MR. KIM of Deer Creek car wash for not only lying directly in my face, but blaming me for the car wash scratching up the car tire rim and cutting open the tire and coming out of the car wash with a flat. He yelled at me very rudely when I pointed out the facts that I wouldnt come to his car wash with a flat tire, after accusing me that I came to the car wash with a flat tire!!! Then he yells that I have no proof. Shocking response!When I yelped, I saw the same issue and worse over and over again. The difference is, youre messing with the wrong person! On behalf of all these mistreated customers and myself, you will get what you deserve! Ive already contacted and reported to major TV networks, social media, Rancho Cucamonga sheriff, and Better Business Bureau of Rancho Cucamonga.This place seriously needs to close down. They will not take any responsibility for my new car and I will be paying hundreds of dollars for a new tire because a well known insurance doesnt cover it. I hope everybody reads this and never uses their business. I hope every worker quits because working for this crook is a BIG moral mistake!!!As of July 26, 2019, the damages were way worse than expected and insurance adjuster said it was around $780 worth of Damages!!!Mr. Kim needs to compensate if he has any integrity! Also on July 26, 2019, the carwash was closed and we were told by worker, the tracks were being fixed!!!! No response from Deer Creek Carwash, Mr. Kim or Mrs. Kim. The proof of Chevrolet diagnostics email reports flat tire at 3:30pm and receipt of carwash payment at 3:10 with carwash being closed due to tracking malfunction according to the worker is plenty of proof that can result in legal action if this isnt resolved Mr. Kim. Please respond immediately if you dont want expensive legal consequences!!!!

I have been going to this car wash for years and I have been a member of this car wash for several years. Within the last couple of years the wait time is between 1 and 2 hours for a car wash only.. Deer Creek car wash employees have broken my antenna inside the fender not once but twice and scratched the paint on the fender. The first time they ordered parts from Toyota and I was told to take it to the oil change shop next door to have it repaired and my truck was there for the entire day and was not repaired, I was told to go to foothill auto body where they did fix it the first time. The second time I reported and filled out a claim form I was told they were going to order the parts from Toyota and then contact me. Well after 2 weeks I get a phone call and they tell me they are NOT GOING TO HONOR THE CLAIM because the manager told me that all customers are responsible for removing their own antennas. If DEER CREEK CAR WASH employees Break your antenna off inside the fender and scratches your paint they are not responsible according to the management.This is a sad way to treat 12+ year customer.

Hustled to get there before they closed, coming from the next town over. Got there 15 minutes before closing and they werent in the processing of putting up the blocking cones, they were already up and the hoses off the vacuums. Thanks to poor customer service, I found out their competitor about a mile away has longer hours.

Guy who was doing the vacuuming was on his phone texting while I pulled up. He also ended up being the dryer afterwards and he only cleaned about half the car. My hood and grill were still dirty and unfortunately didnt notice until afterwards. Definitely not worth 20 dollars and last time I visit

I been to this place for quite some times for the past 5 years. Overall experiences were pretty good. Waiting time wasnt too long, did not notice any scratch on the paint, plenty of chairs to sit around and wait.2 things I did not like about this place and its got to do with the workers there. One time I decided to get rim shine and the person wipe down the car just didnt do anything on the rims until I asked him to.Then I once brought the full detail and waxing because I had calcium water marks on the door. The full detail car wash didnt remove a single water mark at all and it was really easy to spot. I eventually had to go to Pep Boys for some clay polisher to remove it, which only took me about 15 mins to do so.

Great place to get your car washed. Its crowded, so plan to wait.

This is the 3rd and last time I will have my car washed at this car wash. Terrible service on my car! The owners need to change the system on how the workers get their tips so that they can put effort in cleaning our vehicles... all of the tips go into a jar and are evenly distributed at the end of the day. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I was worried about getting a car wash in Rancho after reading all the terrible reviews. Overall I was very happy here, went pretty fast (towards the end of the day). Staff was friendly and did a great job on my extremely dirty car. Id come back.

This is NOT a hand wash car wash as advertised. If I wanted a dirty fiber strip automated car wash Id go to the gas station!!

The only thing I got from this place was a basic wash. I asked for the works; a wash, wax, detail the interior, tires and rims, air freshener, and I even paid extra for bug removal since the guy told me the car wash doesnt do it. I got my car back with bugs still stuck to the front windshield, barely any wax, dust in the interior, and no air freshener!!

Painfully slow, but job was adequate. None of the workers seem to be in much of a hurry. Plan on 1+ hours on a weekend.

I really like the place they did a great job people are friendly just think the inside of the store maybe could have been a little nicer with a little more selection while were waiting but overall I would recommend it

I arrived at the carwash @ approximately 530 pm, just to find that carwash was closed. I came to get a carwash after getting off the freeway from Laughlin. I had been past the carwash before in passing and knew they were suppose to be open until 7:00 pm effective March 1st. I saw one person standing around, but he never engaged in a conversation letting me if they were closed, I finally found a guy that said they were closed, then after walking around another guy said that the Express Wash was still open. I pay and pulled around to the area to get car washed and no one was there, then all of a sudden a guys out of nowhere. I pull through and proceed to get my car washed, I come out and go to drying area just to find all of the vacuum cleaners turned off. I called the carwash in the morning just to be told we close early when we are slow, to which I reply that isnt the customers problem you are slow, your sign said 7 am - 7 pm Full service and Epxess Service. I was going to get the monthly service but have since changed my mind. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Washes are always just mediocre. They dont do a good job vaccuuming inside the car. Got some of my change stolen.

Horrible car wash, I should have backed out when I already heard complaining(TWSS)...but I continued...only to be dissatisfied and disappointed. Just go anywhere else but here. If you decide to come here go talk to the guys at the oil changer service...they are cool and helpful.
