Ed took my appointment over the phone. Ed greeted me at the salon, and checked me in. My cut was scheduled with Ms. Lynn and she was friendly, professional, and cut my hair perfectly. I would definitely recommend Salon 21, and cant wait to go back!

This place is awesome! Lynn did a great job on my hair! And she helped me donate 12” of it to Children with Hair Loss, a nonprofit organization they partner with that makes free wigs for children who lose their hair from medical conditions. Such a great place, I’ll definitely be back!

I called a few weeks ago wanting to cut my hair the shortest it has ever been, but I have curly hair. They recommended Lynn because she works well with curly hair. I must say, I am so very pleased with my cut and will be returning! Let me give you a little background... I really dislike getting my hair cut and 75% of the time I used to cry afterwards.Lynn is amazing and caring, she took my lifestyle and everyday routine into cutting my hair. I told her I like my hair to dry naturally, and she let it be. Ive had stylists just ignore that and do a big style I will NEVER wear. I am so happy, Im coming back very soon!!!

The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. They are professional and very welcoming. Plus they have an adorable dog that will greet you at the door. I came to salon21 to have my hair color corrected. I left feeling incredibly happy with my hair and that I found Lynn, who is a joy to be around. Lynn is fantastic at bringing out your natural beauty. She took her time on my hair, listened to what I wanted and expected, asks lots of question but most of all was honest with me.. Lynn truly is amazing at what she does. I will not be going anywhere else, this is by far the best salon in Raleigh!!! I highly recommend Lynn!!!!!

The salon look very elegant as it is spotless and the decor is absolutely beautiful with its all white furnishings, they even have chandeliers thru out the salon. But most of all the service is impeccable and the wait time is very short. Every one was very cordial and friendly.

Had a wonderful experience here! Anna is very talented and took her time in making sure my balayage color came out perfect. I absolutely love the haircut as well.

They were able to get me an appointment only one day in advance. I have been to many other salons in Raleigh where prices for basic cuts START at $50 - pretty ridiculous in my opinion - this is not the case at Salon 21. It is exactly what I was looking for - a stylish [yet down-to-earth], non-presumptuous place to get my hair cut!Andrea was so welcoming and fun to talk to! She made some great suggestions for my hair, but was not at all pushy about them - a somewhat rare quality in many stylists. I chose to go for the gloss treatment that she mentioned - since I told her about my frizz concerns - and I am so glad I did. It was affordable and I love the results. Plus, she was very attentive in listening to what kind of cut I wanted and what my regular hair routine is.I will no doubt be returning - its such a relief to have finally found a place to get a flattering haircut at a fair price in Raleigh. Talia is great! Shes the only hairdresser Ive been able to find in Raleigh who can shape and manage my crazy thick hair. Everyone is super friendly, scheduling appointments is really easy.

I am so happy with what Jen did for me. She colored my hair so I could transition to gray. This was my first time and she made me comfortable. You will find a great colorist at Studio 21.

Heidi was excellent! I recently parted ways with my long-time prior stylist - we just werent connecting anymore and I chose Heidi based off reviews on web. Boy am I smart! Heidi listened, made suggestions when I was clearly off base and did so gently and explained why. The result is AMAZING! Color spot on! Cut trendy and exact. Nuff said. Shes now my go to and so is Salon 21.

A little background info, this was my first time getting my haircut and not just trimmed in almost 6 years so I was pretty nervous. I saw that this place had really good reviews so I went on their website for a little more information and found that one of their stylists, Beccah, had a blog linked with her name. After looking through it I was sold and it didnt hurt that she had other great reviews. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind and the results were spot on. She was very nice and talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the length and style. She even tamed my frizzy hair better than I ever have. Will absolutely be returning and I recommend this to anyone looking for good service and great stylists!

Cleo is dope for mens cuts. The stylist I had been visiting for a long time moved out of state and I bounced around to different places for a while, but after I went to Cleo the first time I go to no one else.
