I had a great experience renting here. Drew Snow was super helpful and nice, going above and beyond to make up for a delay with my rental. He made the difference between a one-time and a repeat customer, so kudos! My truck was nice and the whole process was much easier than the $20/day + mileage competitor.

Ive been using this location to rent trucks for towing purposes for the last three years. I rent 6 times per year, on average. Ive never had negative experience and would say theyve always exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. Happy to do business with these folks.

After reserving our truck, they still got it wrong. Really didnt receive the expected customers service from this branch. Theyve got lots to learn. I ended up at a different branch and I was immediately recognized as being a valued customers there.

What a difference a year can make... My prior review is listed below, but at this point I believe the great team enviroment is gone. I booked my truck trip well in advance and asked for unlimited mileage as usual.. They told me they dont do unlimited mileage... I informed them that everytime Ive ever rented I have paid a higher daily rate in exchange for unlimited mileage. After a bit of looking the clerk agreed and took the booking.The day arrived that I would be picking my rental up, and the office would typically call... The call never came... I called in a few min. to 4pm as my pickuptime was at 4, and they said yes, we are ready, but the teuck isnt here just yet. When i got to the location the booking and rate information was changed and the manager Mike decited to attempt to play Lets make a deal at the last minute. I explained that i was promised unlimited mileage and i wasnt about to be taken in my last 10 min. of picking up a truxk for a planned trip. He was smug and professed how he was the manager.. I told him I had a great working relationship with Ben, the prior manager and he proceded to be proud that Ben was no longer with Enterprise... I can tell you all the customerservice left with Ben...The return process... I dropped my rental off after 5pm on Friday and and found that they block the entire parking lot off with extra trucks... Rendering my personal vehicle unavailable until reopening the next day... When i explaned thst i live 45 min. away and I had to get my vehicle out the manager didnt seem phased one bit... he also elected to charge me for Sat, even though the truck was on his lot friday night and i had to come back for my personal with a friend so not to hit there blockade.Never again... I even called there corporate office... No call back after nearly a week... I will never, ever use this group of morons. again!(Prior review)Ive rented several times here, and every time its a pleasure. The staff is always positive and willing to help. Ive made last minute trips or changes to my travel, and they respond with a smile and make changes without blinking an eye. Great Team!
