Got a brand new Truck pretty much. Had no problems with booking pickup or return or travel. Will definitely use next time.

Penske has great rates on trucks and the most reliable moving equipment in the industry. The customer service at the Beryl rd location is excellent as well. Jordan and Jermaine always take great care of us.

I rented a truck a few weeks ago and I stopped by a gas station to fill it up before returning the truck and filled it up a couple of gallons (only drove about 40 miles). On my bill they charged me for 5 extra gallons of gas at $8 per gallon. I called to dispute this and told them that I filled it up before returning it and was told that there was nothing that they could do.I rented again more recently and made sure to keep filling up the truck until I could see the gas about to overflow. The gas hose clicked about 8 times before it was actually full...make sure you fill it up completely before you return the truck!Also, the staff working on my 2nd trip were much more friendly and they said it is usually their policy to call if the truck was returned without a full tank.

On Sunday, June 30th I rented a Penske truck on Beryl Ave in Raleigh, NC from Alexa around closing time.She was organized, extremely pleasant and had me in the nearly brand new truck very quickly.Penske is fortunate to have such an outstanding person representing them at this location.

I will NEVER go back to Uhaul or Budget again. We were greeted by Drew, she was very helpful and guided us through a smooth truck rental process. I am still amazed at how efficient this process was and how quick we were in and out. We needed a hand truck last minute, they were out but Drew looked up the next closest location and wrote down the address. Next up, the quality of the truck. We had a 26ft diesel truck that had under 25k, hydraulic cushion seat, cruise control and very clean. I am truly impressed with Drew, the quality of equipment, and overall Penske process.

This was the best truck rental experience of my life. The manager Alexa took complete care of us, made sure we had mats and a hand truck before we left. Honestly she deserves a raise or position with corporate, but I will go back there next time I need a truck and also refer friends and family

Dropped off my one-way Penske truck rental here and it was super smooth. Just be aware that it doesnt show Penske on the front but actually security self storage! There are Penske trucks out front but it is still confusing.

Drew at the office on Beryl Rd was awesome. Explained everything very clearly. She was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Will def rent from this office next time.
