It is a shame that I have to even leave one star at all. Derek is an absolute mess of an employee. He will not only steal your money he will lie about you to your face. Do not come to this location. Its not only did I have to wait for nearly 2 hours to get my rental, My contract was not thoroughly explained to me nor were the options available to me. Thanks to Dereks excellent customer service the organization we rented this u-haul for had to wait half of the day in order to move our equipment. We were then charged nearly a $1000 for dropping it off at another location. This location was just outside of Raleigh not even 30 minutes away. Upon calling to explain my grievances I was accused of lying about the situation and had to go over his head. Where that claim was also explained to be alive by Derek. If u-haul does not want to see this location run completely into the ground Derek should not be working there anymore. I will not be returning. My budget truck rental last year went smoother than that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location to buy moving supplies and purchased approx. 20 boxes in addition to tape, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, pens, dish cushions, etc. The employee who I dealt with at the register offered to help me out to the car since I had so many boxes to carry and many were XL or L. As he was helping me, the other employee behind the counter said she can do that herself and made the other employee drop my boxes and items right at my feet. All of this was after I had pulled in and was told cant park there by an unfriendly employee who offered no guidance as to where I could park when the less than a handful of parking spaces they offer were full. Youd think one of the qualifications to work here is being outright rude. Please just go elsewhere to avoid having someone ruin your morning like they did mine.

I cannot believe that the U-Haul brand is associated with this band of rogues and crooks. This is by far the worst truck rental I have ever experienced. Derrick is an absolute insult to everyone who considers themselves a customer service representative. He is incompetent, unskilled, immature, immoral, dishonest and lacks basic common decency. He represents this location well. They exhibit the same traits. When you intentionally set up a one way rental as a local just to collect the extra fees, you lack integrity. When you receive countless negative reviews and nothing changes, you don’t care. When you charge someone after the corporate office issues a refund, you lack integrity. The best solution for this location is to close it and to let corporate come in and reopen it with a new franchisee. I am hopeful this review will let people know to pursue other options if they want a worry free move.

Today was the second day in a row that I went to UHaul on Capital for a propane refill and the second day in a row that I left empty handed. Yesterday nobody that was certified to refill was working and today I called before going to verify but once I got there I was ignored for 30 minutes before giving up. NO MORE UHAUL FOR ME.

Charged me almost 4 times the actual miles I drove. They transposed the ending miles that were 2891 to 2981. I drove 35 miles (distance from 27616 to NC State campus). They charged me 125 miles. Then I had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to refuse to fix it. Never ever again. I should have looked at the other reviews before booking at this location. Appears I am not the only one.

Picked up a trailer in Charlotte (great service there!) and returned to this location in Raleigh. Waited for about 20 minutes behind 3 other customers. No greeting. No “We’ll be right with you.” Nothing. I believe the manager was conducting an interview while we waited. A second person behind the counter was equally unprofessional when I asked if anyone could help get the line moving. The manager was rude and knew zero about customer service. In fact she told me to just go to another location.I would adhere to her own advice and give your business to someone who deserves it.

A one star review is definitely being generous. Th truck was booked online and should have been ready for pickup at 7:30. No keys and an hour and a half later, the truck was still not ready and customers were being allowed to cut in line.After chasing a dolly down, straps not included, the truck was ready at 10:30. Not the end of the story-upon return at destination were charged almost 700 dollars more than the original fee! After a literal day of calling managers and employees and one hour holds on the phone, we got a refund for overcharge along with advice: read the contract!I say to anyone who uses this location please read your contract and maybe hire a lawyer to help and check your bank account- you will be lied to, inconvenienced, and scammed. Don’t see how Derrick still has a job. Two thumbs down and if I had more thumbs they would be down too!

I wish I could give lower than one star. Read the other reviews and take this seriously. I just got charged a thousand dollars because they mistakenly gave me an in town truck for a one way move. Corporate office is inattentive and will not help, and they said they spoke to a customer service rep from the store who apparently lied to them about my order. My truck was ready three hours after my reservation time, they had one person working in a very busy store, and I’m out over $900 dollars because of it, and being berated on the phone about how it’s my own fault for expecting my contract to be printed correctly. Unacceptable. The company’s CEO will likely be hearing from me.

Wanted to say a few words about the staff at this location at the time of my visit. I came in and there were only 2 employees staffed at the front desk. Their line of customers was out the door, and some of them were unruly. Brittany was able to take care of me, and was courteous and helpful. but Devern was the star of the show. She was assisting 3 customers at once and made sure that each one got the help and attention they needed. It was obvious that she is a senior employee working with new staff, and did an excellent job. Overall, I say the team did a great job.

Never use this place! We use them when needed, we are pretty decent, long term clients, we made a reservation, they GAVE our RESERVATION away the same morning we went to pick it up. We had to run to Cary to get another trailer. Then, on the way into town, tried to return it to them, because the whole idea of us using them was out of convenience to us, the women refused to take the unit back and said if she did it will cost me 3 times the cost of the rental which was 750$. Business area in business to be convenient to their clients. Not only did she refuse, she was rude which made me get rude back. Again, we use this U-Haul dealer exclusively, from rentals to hitches to purchases, I hate to see how they treat the regular client!! They also just lost a client. They caused us the inconvenience first then inconvenienced us again!If you want your reservation given away and inconvenience, rent here. If you have a complaint and want a rude attitude, rent here. If you want your move harder and poor customer service, rent here.

I received great customer service from Makyla Taylor. Its very easy to loose patience at a very busy location but Makyla was very patient and exceeded my expectations. She was able to help me rent a Cargo van the same day at another location; she filled up my four propane gas tanks, and helped others along the way.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! After paying in full for a dolly that we only used for 3 hours and returned back to the same location they continue (weeks later) to charge our credit card multiple times and for different prices... $1000s of dollars worth of charges! They said that we never returned the dolly, but we literally were told to park it and everything was good. After numerous calls to corporate we found out this dolly was returned in Illinois by someone else! Still waiting on a manager to contact us and to stop trying to take money off our credit card!!! We were told their general manager only works Fridays from 8-noon yet corporate says she works 60 plus hours a week...shady stuff is happening!!

We had a horrible experience with this U-Haul location. My partner and I were overcharged by $1,000 due to the staff incorrectly inputting our mileage and we still have not received our money back for it. The staff at this location (Rodnai Drew) was aggressive and yelled at my partner in front of the entire store when he tried to get the overcharge fixed. After multiple attempts to have the overcharge cancelled, no one has tried to help us. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This U-Haul location was extremely unorganized the day that I arrived to pick up my truck. There was a line out the door, about a two hour wait and a lack of trucks available to be handed out. However, if I could give a separate rating to an employee, I would give Makyla five stars. She was extremely helpful and ensured that we were satisfied with her service. Makyla worked with us for more than a hour and a half, which was greatly appreciated. The general manager however was extremely rude and disrespectful to multiple customers, including myself and my father. She attempted to give us a truck that was defective with NO breaks and then continued to dismiss us when we refused the unfit truck. To say we were disappointed with the management there is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

The one in downtown Raleigh claims they have a leak in the propane filling system so I went to this one only to find out they dont have anyone qualified to dispense the propane. Im sorry but if you can drive yourself to work Im sure you could be trained on how to fill a propane tank.

If u are using U-Haul for the first time; DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!. The human thats suppose to be helping u cant talk n work at the same time. Nor are any of the signs hanging up useful or informative. I paid for everything online, and WAITED over an hour for someone to just address me, say hello ANYTHING. AN HOUR IN LINE WAITING & I PAID ALREADY.This location does not know the first thing about Good Customer Service, nor do they care. Uhaual for the first time user, I DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. Sunday May 23rdEmployee Derek at Uhaul 3001 Capitol Blvd Raleigh NC 27604.My father (65 year old) was disrespected and was refused service by this employee. We arrived at 8:30am at the location to return a car dolly since my father moved from Florida to NC, after arriving we noticed this location opened at 9am which we patiently waited.9am the location opens which my father says good morning to Derek which he does not even respond to and we are 1st in line. We arrive at the counter and tell him that we need to return equipment and rent a storage unit which Derek tell my father we needed to wait for him to assist us with the storage unit. We said ok no problem, we allowed the next person go which rents a truck (this took a long time). Once he finishes he calls the next person in line not acknowledging that we were waiting, and we politely tell him that we were 1st in line and needed to be serviced which Derek totally refused to service us and moved to another counter asking for the next person in line. We asked him why he was refusing to service us? And asked for his employee number which he refused to provide only providing his name. This is totally unacceptable to not be serviced by an employee who is there to help customers and we were 1st in line. Refusing to service customers is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.We had to be assisted by another employee who arrived at the counter who was very nice and assisted us. It took this employee 2 minutes to tell us the unit we needed was not available, assisted us with the return and we really appreciated how nice he was

Had a reservation, been waiting for over an hour to pickup the truck,then had someone cut in front of me when I was next in line. The person at the computer basically ignored me and took the person because they were getting a propane tank. There were other people here but none helped with the line so it been a line since we been here. I wouldnt recommend this location at all. The person that checked us out was Derrick Robbins. I had bad customer service and would not recommend this location.

I had an 11:30 appointment I made with their call center to have a trailer wiring harness installed that sent me to the wrong location even though I verified it with the agent before ending the call. I was annoyed at how incredulous the employees were at the location that the call center told me to go to. “We don’t do that here!” the lady protested.I got to the correct location on Capitol Blvd at 11:40. There were two people in front of me in line. Noticing the building queue, the desk employee quickly asked for support “I have customers in here” on his radio, but no help ever came. An employee does come up at one point (a young man in a grey shirt), but he does not help the guy at the desk and he does not greet or address the customers.Twenty minutes later at 12:00 it is my turn in line. The quote I’m handed is double the price discussed on the phone, but I noticed the error before signing so no harm no foul. The employee walks me out to my car to check the lights before handing him the keys.When we go back inside there are more customers in line now, and the employee can’t tell me when my car might be ready. All he can say is they are working on another vehicle first. He looks exasperated. He suggests I go down the stairs and take the first right to wait in the break room.That’s when I walked down to the dungeon.. er, “breakroom” that’s in the attached photos. Did I mention their A/C was out? It was about at this time That my fight or flight responses started to tingle. The guy in the grey shirt is walking by in the hallway.“Excuse me, do you work in the garage?” I ask, hopefully.“No” he replies without stopping or even sparing a glance at me. I have to move out of his way as he proceeds down the hall.I went back upstairs. The desk worker says they are starting work on my car. It’s 12:20 by now (my original appointment was supposed to be done by 12:30 and I need to get back to work.The customer who was in front of me in line walks back in and looks very angry. He asks the guy at the desk if there is a manager working. I am interested in the answer as I had noticed a sign on the door and an office on the side that both said “general manager” but listed the names of two different people.“Yes sir there is” responds the guy working at the desk. The customer asks to speak with him. The employee leaves for a while, and returns. “Sorry, but the manager is busy. Can I answer a question for you?” The customer fumes. “Oh, I don’t have a question...”. He then proceeds to describe how the garage crew damaged his RV while moving it after installing a hitch, and a tire has come off the rim.After some time, the guy in the grey shirt comes in who TURNS OUT TO BE THE MANAGER?! This is the guy who ignored his employees request for assistance and continually disrespected the customers for the last 45 minutes.It was 12:35 now, and raining. I notice that my car is still parked where I left it. I went to the desk and asked for my keys, and for them to shred my paperwork and cancel the appointment entirely.I’ll just do the work myself. Stay clear of this location, and potentials stay clear of U-Haul entirely.

I ordered a hitch and scheduled installation online. There were shipping delays and issues getting the order sorted out, but the manager went above and beyond to correct the issue. She was able to source the part locally (shipping wouldve taken 2-4 weeks otherwise) from another Uhaul shop and get the hitch installed on the day I originally scheduled. Thank you for a great experience!

Polite but I had not been here in two years. I brought bolt cutters so they attempted to help me. They cut the lock off the wrong garage. I can’t get into mine. The others is not protected, it’s dark, rainy, two hours from where I live. I’ve been on the phone for 48 hrs so far. Guess they r having dinner. If they tell me to come back tomorrow I will b very upset. I’ve been here over two hrs. Nobody can give me any information. $30 more dollars for gas for tomorrow and I’m not feeling well. This isn’t acceptable or safe

Seriously, gas only 1/4 tank and needs to be returned at exactly 1/4? Stealing gas pretty much. Also, spent 20 minutes looking for the key drop off box. If the picture of the drop off box shown is said to be near the entrance and BRIGHT ORANGE, it needs to be near the entrance and a bright orange box, not a small green sign on the side in a door slot. They looked absolutely nothing like the picture.

The worst...( If I could give it a zero I would) We rented a truck and trailer. The tech failed to properly connect the hitch so when the truck was taken on the expressway- the trailer separated from the truck. Cars swerved and the we had to pull the trailer to the side without being hit by on coming 440 traffic. DANGEROUS. When we the issue was brought to the general managers attentions, he was very unapologetic and said the only thing that will happen is the person who hooked up the trailer will be fired since I wanted to make a big deal. No accountability. When the issue went further he then accused us of taking the truck before it was ready. But how, do you take a truck that has your reservation attached to it? How do you know which one to get if not instructed. Apparently management has failed to keep its employees accountable through policy. Several steps were missed and mistakes were made that could have ended gravely. I will never ever patron this location or another UHAUL. I understand mistakes can happen but the lack of customer service and concern is disgusting.

This place by far has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to get information about a wiring harness install, I was given a price. I asked what about the other options, I was then told there weren’t any. I asked why there were three options on the website I was told that I was given the cheapest one. So then I inquired about how invasive the install was and what was involved. The individual told me to go google it and find out. I asked how I was supposed to do that, he said look up the part number. I told him the website shows three options he told me to just choose one. I asked how I was supposed to k ow the difference on the one I chose vs the one they will choose to install and he finally rattled off a part number. I have never seen a business be so indifferent as to rather they got your business or not. I will next be contacting customer service for this ridiculous behavior.

I would NEVER recommend going to this location. The assistant manager Cody was not only lacking customer service skills but also common decency as a person. He couldn’t answer any of my questions, didn’t want to make eye contact, was so rude, and even walked away mid conversation. The lady at the front desk asked him if he was coming back to which he replied “no”. They didn’t put the insurance on the van as I requested and no one greeted us when we tried to return the vehicle. This place is being run by people who don’t care about their job and definitely don’t know anything about helping customers. I hope you don’t come with intentions to get your problems fixed because that’s something they do not know how to solve. They do however know how to swipe your card and make you pay for things that aren’t you fault. Good luck to anyone who dares try to rent from them it won’t be satisfactory!

I normally use U-Haul for all of my moving needs, however I have never used the storage. They offered me one month free, when I relocated to the Raleigh area, so I figured I would take advantage. Originally I was going to go with Extra Space Storage since thats who I stored my items with in Philadelphia, but it was more convenient to go with U-Haul since thats the truck I had already rented & the drop off location was where my storage was. Needless to say I only needed the storage for a little over a month because I was in the process of buying my house. I called them before my bill was due, so they could prorate my monthly charge & I was told they dont prorate. That is ridiculous! Im paying almost $100 to have my things stored for 8 days. I was not happy when the manager at this facility gave me this news. Not to mention the Customer Service here is horrible. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS U-HAUL FROM FUTURE CUSTOMERS. As a person who uses reviews for everything PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE. It will save you money in the end!

The worst. Reserved on line. Arrived on time with all ID, valid in state drivers licence, Ins card and major credit card. Was told that I had to give an additional phone # of some one who knows me. So, offered the person who was with me, helping me move. Person working on Sunday 2-17-19 at 9am, said NO. No reason why. As I have rented cars/truck from most major companies ( Hertz & Avis) and had never experience such poor customer service or this type of attitude, I left, went to another place.

Rented $19.95 a day van. Owner is friendly and professional. You do pay per mile driven and must re-fuel. Rented a van twice in last 2 months. The vans are easy to drive and have a back-up camera in rearview mirror. Gas tank is on driver side and easy to re-fuel. They also sell boxes and other moving necessities.

Rented a van for hear and it was great. My only issue is it seems they were a little understaffed so it took them a while to help however this was on the weekend so Ill give them that.The van was great and the return processes was super quick and easy.

The customer service here was very poor. I was told the initial rate would be one thing and it turned out to be another and the man working the counter wouldn’t have told me if I hadn’t pointed it out. His coworker Chris was condescending when he was explaining the price. On top of that, once I returned the UHaul tried to charge me an extra 135 miles even though I only went 27 miles over the 200 I paid for and I got charged ANOTHER renting fee. None of this was explained upfront and the customer service was just poor. First and last time I ever come to U-haul and in the future I’d rather rent a truck from enterprise for a day then give my business to this company.

Rented a parking space in their wearhouse. Was told I could cancel at any time. 9 days later I decided I did not need the space. I never brought a car in to park and never utilized the space. When I cancelled, I was told that I do not get any money back even though I paid for a month’s rent. Customer service said that each location can decide about refunding. Evidently this location has decided not to refund. Dishonest and not customer focused. There are plenty of options for storage in the area. Do not support a company/location that is not focused on customer service and honesty.

I stopped by this past Saturday to get a propane tank refilled. I rang the bell a couple of times, waited a few minutes and no one came. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I walked up to the store to let them know I needed service. When I entered the store one employee was helping a customer and another employee was working at his computer on the counter. I was not greeted in any manner( hello, Ill be right with you, just a moment please) by the employee at the counter. The employee at the counter printed off some paperwork and left the store to help someone that came in AFTER I arrived check in their rental. Once the other employee wrapped up with his customer I told him I need to get my propane tank refilled and he informed me the refill station had been out of service all day (I arrived between 11-12am). He told me I could get my tank refilled at another UHaul down the street. When I got back to the refill station there was a sign posted that said it was out of service so apparently the employee didnt have the common courtesy to let me know they couldnt refill my propane tank on his way out the door to post the out of service sign on the refill station. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS AND GET YOUR PROPANE TANKS REFILLED JUST DOWN THE STREET AT PEOPLES TIRE AND AUTO LOCATED AT 1325 HODGES ST RALEIGH, NC. I walked into this uhaul on a Saturday morning at 8 am without a reservation with them. I explained that I was screwed over by the budget rental truck, who moved my pick up location and time! 😡 Uhaul saved my moving day from being a disaster! Worst place ever, Ive always used uhaul and Ive never had anything bad to say until I came here, the general manager is the worst and they are a bunch of lairs who only want to take your money. Whereas the return was a breeze the rest of this transaction was abysmal. Started with being laughed at by the check-in person after being told that I had gone through Precheck and was just there to pick up my truck. He said that that really didnt mean anything. He proceeded to request all my information this after being told that I had already entered it along my my credit card information.Mind you that I had to wait for 10 minutes while he BSd with the guy ahead of me.My question to the owner of this place is what will you be doing about this piss poor customer service? We as your customers have other things to do and would very much appreciate getting in and out as soon as we can. I know your employee had to stay until 4:30 p.m. to finish his shift. Unlike the rest of us he had nowhere else to be nor did he care about wasting our time. #ValueMYtime.

Excellent inventory and stocks everything needed for a smooth move. Wait time was over 30 minutes on Saturday morning even with a reservation. Another plus, they have a storage facilty on site behind the rental office.

Ive read a ton of terrible reviews, but honestly Ive had a totally different experience with this location. I have rented a trailer from this location on two different occasions, and each time the service was prompt, staff was polite, and the equipment was in great condition. On the second trailer rental, I was going to be late returning the trailer, however they were accommodating and allowed me to keep the trailer until the next morning with out a penalty. I did purchase some tie down straps to save a trip to Home Depot, however they were way over priced; something I expected since thats where U-Haul gets you is with accessories. Value is in the moment I suppose. Anyway, Ive had great luck with this location, which seems to go against the trend of reviews. Ironically I have been on hold since I began writing this review, but Im chalking that up to calling on a Monday morning. Good luck with your U-Haul search!!JC-

First let me say I used to work for Uhaul at a different location and whilst they have their issues across the board this review pertains only to my experience At the Capital Boulevard location in Raleigh NC.We rented an appliance dolly and on taking it back decided to sit in line at the Equipment return sign ( Uhaul you really need to make things clearer for customers) and we waited about 5 minutes. Not a soul in sight so I went looking for the check in employee and found him checking in a customer returned truck. I politely asked if they could check me in when he had finished and he said no I needed to go to the office for that. So I stood in line for 40 minutes watching the poor lady on the desk all alone trying to deal with the usual Uhaul Saturday morning nonsense from people expecting equipment but not bothering to make a reservation then getting upset to people wanting everything for nothing - oh the memories!!! So finally it’s my turn and the lady tells me I should have checked it in at the equipment return line (as previously mentioned). Seeing I was not going to listen to that she had me bring the dolly into the store and on seeing it said she would email me a receipt. I wont see that receipt as the guy who checked me out the night before didn’t ask for my email. Just a disappointing and very frustrating hour to waste. Shame on you Capital Blvd for only having two people on staff for what is always the busiest morning of the week. I will never rent from this location again and if you are reading this Paul Smedburg I hold you accountable for this. Ken Emerson on Commercial Avenue in Raleigh is the only Uhaul to go to.

Customer service sucks and they are slow. The U-Haul vehicles are the most helpful thing the company offers. Make sure you plan to pay unplanned fees that arent quoted online or over the phone, there are a lot fees when you rent a U-Haul.

Honestly decrepit. Went in to have a trailer hitch installed and given a 1 hour estimate-- 3 hours later we were met by Kevin with instructions that we can walk back and install the hitch ourself since that is not his job.

Do not make the same mistake as we did and ignore the poor reviews this location gets. We have used Uhaul for all our moves for over a decade and were always happy with their equipment and service. This place however is not indicative of the company at all. They are incredibly rude, will lie to your face, and will completely mess up your reservation. When you do show up to pick up your truck, they will not have it and will tell you there is nothing they can do and that it is not their problem. They left us, and the moving men we hired through Uhaul out to dry without a vehicle we reserved two weeks in advance and told us Sounds like thats your problem. I shouldnt have been too shocked since it seems like plenty of people had a similar experience and the guy greeted us at the front desk telling us how he is so sick of his job. Thankfully another Uhaul in the area took care of us at the last minute. So do yourself a favor and just reserve your equipment with any other Uhaul location but this one.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE FROM THE FACILITY OWNER, SMEDBURGWe rented a storage space from Capitol Uhaul in December to store a leather sofa and some other stuff. We declined their tremendously overpriced insurance primarily because standard homeowner’s insurance policies will cover losses in storage. (Check your HO policy before you buy).The week of Xmas we were out of town. We got a call from Uhaul, telling us that there had been a water leak in the building and that there appeared to be water in our storage unit. We got to town the next day and found that water was indeed covering the floor and our leather sofa that was standing on end was soaked through. Other items were damaged as well.The leak was caused by failure to empty a condensate drain in the building. We were told by staff at Uhaul that the unit needed to be emptied of water daily and that no one took care of it during Xmas. Apparentlhy it had happened before as well. Clearly a failure on Uhaul’s part.Uhaul offered us nothing. I was told to talk to the owner Paul Smedburg. He could not have been less concerned, offered not even an apology and told us he would offer no help (not even a month’s rent refund) because we didn’t buy his insurance. I would understand that Uhaul wouldn’t pay a claim if they were not at fault (fire, tornado, whatever). However, the damage occurred because they didn’t conduct daily maintenance. It’s clearly unreasonable that we should have to buy insurance from a merchant to protect us from his negligence.Our homeowners policy covered our claim but we lost a $500 deductible, and the claim counts against us if we file again later. Again no help from Uhaul.This is easily one of the worst two or three customer disservice interactions I’ve had in my life. I can’t convey how unhelpful, disinterested and completely unconcerned Mr Smedburg was about what occurred. It was astounding. A perfect storm of incompetence, fault and horrid customer relation.Smedburg owns the downtown facility at 716 Capitol (or is the frachisee, or whatever) and the other large Uhaul center on 3001 Capitol Blvd. This guy deserves no one’s business.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be going back to Uhual. I ordered a hitch to install and received terrible customer service. They cancelled my appointment twice with out telling me. I also rented a truck from a Uhual, it was advertised at 29.95 for in town moves + milage. It ended up being 93.00!!! I drove the truck a total of 21.1 miles. Thats almost $3 per mile and I put over $25 of gas into it as well. I will never be going back to Uhual for any of my needs again.
