We rented out a U-Haul van from Storage King with the help of James, a true hospitality rockstar. We are new to town, and he made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door! We were having some issues with the reservation we made online (directly through U-Haul, not SK) and James quickly stepped into action and smoothed it all out. We had some billing questions and he took the time to get to the bottom of it with us. He really went above and beyond to make it a memorable, seamless, and warm experience—though you couldn’t see because of our masks, he had us smiling the whole time. :) Thank you James, Storage King is lucky to have you!!!

I had been struggling in my personal life and the ability to pay for my unit (filled with sentimental items) became a major source of worry. James having seen my distress, by the nature of my questions, offered me real solutions and kindness. Whereas other places wouldve taken a more hands off unsympathetic approach... He showed genuine care in helping me. Ive always walked out of the office feeling content with each employees effort in handling my account. I worry much less now and feel he saved me a lot of further stress and regretted decisions. Great experiences overall & recommend them for storage needs to anyone.

Amazing Storage Center and the staff is the best bar-none! This is the only storage center in Raleigh that could accommodate my needs. Jason and the rest of the staff have always been very friendly and always go the extra mile. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to store some stuff.

Facilities are orderly and conditioned in common areas.No evidence of vermin. Lavatories need attention...

Great storage place

Disappointed. I had furniture damaged by water and they did nothing to help. There were leaks from either the roof or some of the pipes. I donated some of the items but there is an antique mirror that is irreplaceable with water spots now on it that I cannot remove.I tried multiple times to get their assistance on dealing with these issues and they always deflected.We also purchased the insurance. What a shame!

I highly recommend Jay and his staff. Not only does he handle questions quickly, he always has a handle on his property. He lets me know of shipments that have arrived for my business and handle my product with care. Simply the best storage company in town and the prices are the best. Recent remodel makes this even better. Ive been a customer for a year now and wont consider any other facility even though there are several much closer to me.

Climate control friendly staff its expensive but its damn well worth it need to drop the price a little bit easy to get into easy to get out of big hallways carts available nice loading dock Ill keep them around for a few more months till I get tired of paying $100 a month
