Extremely kind and professional personnel. Called to confirm location of vehicle to be towed. Updated me as to when they would be at final destination. They were able to come to help in the middle of the night. Our family is super grateful!

I understand that technology doesn’t always work correctly, and I am grateful that the gentleman was able to get into my vehicle quickly once he arrived, but it was 2.5 hours after my first call to AAA while sitting in the heat.Gentleman was pleasant and quick, but the 4 time estimates I was given were all wrong, and I’m disappointed with AAA and C&J towing.The driver of the Ford Ranger was friendly as could be, and did his job well. I don’t blame him for being late, I’m blaming a miscommunication between C&J Towing and AAA for not setting accurate expectations.

If I could leave them less than 1 star, I would. A simple lockout service that left my driver door damaged. They bent the top of the door frame with the rubber bladder used to pry open the door. Filed a mediation claim with AAA and the company never followed up. Called the company, spoke with clerk, STILL waiting for follow up call from James. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.Better off pushing your car if you need a tow or busting the window and dealing with it on your own if youre locked out. Poor quality work, poor customer service = bad business.

Please please please for your own good. I beg you guys in the name of God DO NOT use this company. They don’t communicate with their customers. Can you guys imagine, I called this people at 8.am through Liberty Mutual insurance they gave me a waiting time of 150 minutes and after 200 minutes I called them and they said they will be there in 20 minutes and then after 30 minutes I called again, then they said 15 minutes and then after 15 minutes My insurance company called they said something is wrong with their truck. please don’t use this company, please don’t uses them they are very unprofessional and don’t care about their costumers.

I waited for 5 hrs for a tOW and they NEVER showed up. They also would not answer the phone when i called for updates. They are HORRIBLE. I’m still waiting for service. You would better off pushing your car than waiting on C&J NO TOWING

I would not trust these guys towing anything very unprofessional driving skills literally watched him cut off a vehicle twice and then speeding with his arms out the window carefree even while doing all this.

Needed my truck towed home one call and they were on the way. I didnt wait a long time they were there within 30 minutes. Very nice people I will definitely use them again if neede. I really appreciate it. Thanks Chris

Terrible service!!!Gave an ETA via text of 1 hr at 9:00am, and never showed up, very unprofessional service, bad communication with customers. My son waited for hrs ( 4) on a service truckAfter calling several times and not getting nothing but a voicemail and never a return callThey really don’t even deserve 1 star

Terrible x3 called multiple times with no response ive been waiting 6 hours total when i was given an eta of 2 hours. Do not use this company, they dont update you on anything and leave u stranded. terrible. dont give them your time

I had waited all day on 2 other towing companies that led me to believe that they was on their way. C&j came threw at the nick of time. I received a phone cal saying he would be be here in 15 mins but I actually think it was like 12-13 mins. I vote for c&j

This company was supposed to show up for Statefarm Roadside left me waiting for 7 hours never answered my calls or returned my messages and never showed up for the tow! Big Mack Towing ended up doing the tow instead THEY were in contact with me immediately, professional and timely. If C & J Towing isnt going to do the job then they shouldnt take the job and waste their customers time! Zeb out.

Very grateful for Demarco and C&J Towing. They changed my flat tire that was almost impossible to remove. They did a great job!

They have Allstate roadside assistance contract.. 4 hours after request, no show.I would not recommend them to use for tow service. They would not answer phone or return messages left to find out why they were a no show. I Do not recommend them.

I made one phone call, explained that I was in need of a tire change and Chris and his team were on it!! They were fast, effective, and reasonably priced! Will definitely use again!!!

These gentlemen were top notch! After waking up to a flat tire and numerous confusing calls with AAA, I was given the number of C&J Towing. They were the only people who actually seemed to CARE about my situation, respect my time, and figure out the best way to help. Even after AAA deleted me off of their schedule (which shouldn’t have happened) DJ from C&J called to make sure I didn’t still need help (and yes, I did still need help!) 8 hours later, when I was able to get back to my vehicle, I called DJ back. He remembered who I was and was immediately en route to my vehicle. He changed my tire in 6 minutes time and totally turned my day around. I could tell that this company and it’s employees value more than just “getting a job done” - they value the experience, customer care, and the importance of communication. Thank you so much, C&J!!!

My daughter called AAA on Sunday night and waited over 3 and 1/2 hours for these people to show up. That is insane.

Supposed to take our broken down car to the dealership threw Chrysler Roadside. After 45 minutes late we called and we were told very rudely we were taken off the board. We called Chrysler and they said no we werent. I hope you take care of this communication error. Id like to support small businesses rather than give one star reviews.

They will not update you when they run late after they give you an expected time to arrive. I had a horrible experience with them through AAA. After waiting over two hours for them to come to change a flat tire (after they were originally supposed to be there within the hour), I called AAA and they said they were in route and would be there in 15 minutes. Then I called in 15 minutes when they weren’t there, and they said they would be there in 10. After 15 more minutes, AAA informed me that that the tow truck had a flat tire and they would send someone else. They performed utterly poorly - really a poor joke.

When I called C&J towing for some help they responded quick, they were very professional, and the price was reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future and I recommend them to anyone that need towing services and more.

C&J towing was referred by a company fleet manager and was called and was supposed to come and give us assistance on the side of the road called and gave us a time never showed up called 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to be there said it be another hour and a half never showed up two hours later had to call another company never heard anything from them
