John performed our first pest control treatment with Go-Forth today and made a very good impression. He was on time, efficient and thorough. He treated the house inside and out at my request and was very safe and respectful. Very pleased so far!

Go Forth and John, who serviced us, could not have been more helpful. We had been battling a fruit fly infestation for the majority of the summer, and Go Forth squashed it in literally 30 minutes. From the minute I called Go Forth, they were so polite, beyond helpful, and very understanding of our situation. We had called other pest control businesses and they essentially said it was a problem we had to solve on our own - so I can’t explain just how relieving it was to hear professionals tell us they understood our problem and would fix it for us! John was extremely communicative, and knew exactly what he was doing. We knew we were in good hands. A fact that was only proven to us mere hours later when our fruit fly problem vanished. I got stung by more than 10 bees in my garden. I called several service agents. At 3:00pm, I called Go-Forth. They offered same day service. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Dallas is an awesome guy from Go-Forth. He got to my house at 4:35pm. WOW! He treated the bee nest in my garden, he also treated bee nests around my house. We had so many bee nests around house, I have never thought about he will treat all of them under same price. Dallas gave me the instruction for next 2 days and explained to me the reasons. He followed up by end of the week and will check again in next month to make sure if there is any bee come back. Today is 5 days after Dallas completed the treatment, I go to garden everyday. I decided to put a review here. I highly recommend Go-Forth.

I have the Elite service contract with them because we have frequent ant problems. On average, I would need them 2 or 3 times a year for ants and 1 time for a wasp nest or something like that. The service contract has them out quarterly, so we seldom see any problems. If we do we can call them and they come within 24 to 48 hours. They have excellent communication and are always more than happy to come out and take care of a problem.

John (the technician) performed a thorough service at our home. We appreciated his attention to detail, questions, and customer-service oriented approach to our specific concerns. This is our first treatment with GoForth and I am already sold! I am extremely happy with the service just in our first treatment with Go Forth and they are very moderately priced. They use treatments that are safe around people and animals which is a PLUS! Dallas and Phill are very knowledgeable and make sure you are satisfied with everything and will even spray a little extra in the spots in the house that you are more concerned about. Lastly, I love the breakdown in the service report so I can keep track of exactly what was sprayed and what pests they treated for each time. I have full confidence in their service with the ability to call Go Forth to come out and treat again anytime I need with no extra costs in the same day I call.

Dallas, was very friendly with excellent customer service Dallas, explained everything as to what he was gonna do. Dallas did a tremendous job.

I originally had them come out due to some rodent droppings in my attic. I did remove one star as I was under the impression that a more detailed visual inspection would occur in the attic, but the tech only peaked into the attic. He explained that because I did not have a pull down attic ladder, they were not allowed to go into the attic due to liability reasons. I wish that would have been disclosed by customer service prior to scheduling as that may have resulted in my using another provider. However, I did have a 6 foot step ladder he used to placed bait on the floor of the attic near the hatch opening to test for activity.The next day, another tech arrived and installed the termite protection equipment outside.Both techs were professional and informative on next steps and what to expect.

I hired Go Forth using the Elite Package which covers all pests. They had such a quick turn around, have been highly efficient, and extremely communicative on what was done which gets emailed and updated on your account. I also had them come out for a termite inspection which Coley performed. He was excellent. He covered the entire property inside and out as well as the complete crawl space. He was my good news of the day since we were clear, but he also took the time to discuss what had previously been done on the property, took pictures and informed me of what was there as preventative maintenance.
