I’m a Stomp customer and they do an excellent job taking care of pests. We used to get a lot of earwigs and ants coming through crevices but with their regularly quarterly treatments, we rarely see any. My favorite part about their service is that as a customer, they come out at any time if you have a specific need. The other day we had a wasp nest on our fence gate and they came out within 48 hours to quickly take care of it. They have highly professional ownership, management and overall customer service. I would highly recommend Stomp.

Stomp is the best. They are very honest and helpful about what services you need and don’t need. I have never felt scammed or that they’re over selling. Customer service is fantastic- every person that’s been out is wonderful. Donnavan is always super helpful and remembers where we have the most issues with mosquitoes without even reminding him. My husband and I have been thrilled with Stomp. We have been in our house for about a year, and when we first moved in the ants were out of hand. Stomp comes by quarterly to spray and that has taken care of the problem. If we do see ants in between treatments, I just give a call and they are literally out the next day doing another treatment without charge. The treatments are quick and not disruptive. My husband works from home and has never had any noise trouble. Also, I tend to have a lot of questions and they are always helpful and friendly when I call. Lastly, we also had Stomp install termite traps and that was easy and cost friendly. Great company all around; I highly recommend!

We’ve been using Stomp for several years. In the last couple months, they have come to help with ants and a free termite inspection. Yeaterday, we heard some motion in the attic and we were assisted with searching for mice or another small rodent. While they may have already left, small mouse traps were placed and they explained what we need to keep an eye out for. We’ve used stomp pest control for about 2 months now and even signed up for the mosquito treatment. In those 2 months we have seen a huge difference in the small spiders we used to see in the garage and have had no problems with mosquitoes this summer. We essentially live on a giant ant hill and we deal with them constantly in the spring and summer, especially after heavy rain. Weve been with stomp pest control for over a year trying to battle Brown German cockroaches. Birmingham cockroaches. Initially the technicians were very attentive and seemed to care about the quality of their work. The 2nd technician that came after seemed to be a training with no real sense of urgency or quality. Is the white powder that was used to treat the roachis treat erocious, instead of being is being precisely distributed was thrown about as if we were trying to make a snowdrift.. We have dealt with this for months. At 1 point my wife and I noticed that the roaches were coming back and when we were asking each other who had seen Stomp pest control last, we realized neither had.. After 3 months hyattis, that they continue the charges for, we made sure they returned to address our on going bug problem. Today is a fine example of how they just dont care about my home or pets. Stomp pest control, youre fired.

My family and I were in the market for a pest control company after we moved into our new home. We noticed ants within the patio and kitchen area and decided to get ahead of the problem before, we felt, it would get worse. We were also expecting guests, so we needed to find a pest control company as soon as possible.So, we sought recommendations from our neighbors, one of which was Stomp and the other being a locally owned small pest control company in the area. I decided to send a message to both companies to determine which one was more prompt, had better service plan(s) and who had availability the soonest.I immediately heard back from Stomp within a short amount of time. Alexis, of Stomp, provided a complete list of the company’s service plans and explained each one, in-depth. She also assured me that a technician could provide prompt service for what we needed. I recall signing up the same day I communicated with her.There was just something about the remarkable promptness and effective communication that won me over. Unfortunately, I still never heard back from the other company until like a whole day later. To me, time was of the essence and Stomp was right there to fit our needs.We ended up signing up for one of the quarterly service plans as well as the termite service, being that our new home was an existing home. We once had a terrible termite issue in a previous home and we definitely don’t want to re-live that nightmare again!!Josh was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He arrived at the specified time. He also explained the process of what the services entailed and what he would be doing for each of them. There was also a point where he needed to process the payment for services and we didn’t feel comfortable about the whole credit card on the carbon copies, due to security risk. It was no problem at all...instead we were able to call the office and Alexis processed our payment over the telephone and immediately sent an electronic receipt.. no problem! Fast, efficient and seamless customer service all around.Following the treatment service, Josh informed me that with our service we were eligible for a free mosquito treatment, however, that it would have to be performed by another technician. Again, no problem. I was able to contact Alexis to get the mosquito treatment scheduled later in the week with Heath. And the treatment lasted quite a while. We were very pleased as we had never had a mosquito treatment before.Overall, it’s been nearly 3 months since our first treatment and we haven’t experienced any more ants in the kitchen area at all. We do see occasional ants here or there on our back porch but that’s to be expected and was explained prior to the first treatment. It’s no where like it was. We’re due for our next pest control service next month!We are completely and utterly satisfied customers and couldn’t be more pleased with Stomp’s overall customer service. Their promptness, service plans and availability for same week appointments just can’t be beat! I highly recommend Stomp for ALL of your pest control needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been using Stomp for years, and couldn’t be happier with them. They’re always on time for our scheduled services, and come out ASAP for what I call “emergency” bug issues. We actually almost never have bugs inside the house but I’m very scared of bugs, so if I find one, I would freak out and call Stomp right away. They’ve been amazing at explaining the kinds of bugs and how/why they get in, and most importantly taking care of the problem. Highly recommend this business!
