I came here for the first time today and Tina was amazing. I was in and out fast and my nails and eye waxing looks great!!! Ask for Tina she’s awesome!!!!

After years of getting my nails done with Tina, I wont be back. I had an event to be at tonight and I wanted my nails done by her. She told me if I came in and got a pedicure and waited for her she could do my nails. While getting a pedicure she came up to me and tells me that she wont be doing my nails somebody would have to do them. Im very picky when it comes to my nails. Shes the only person in the shop that actually does a GREAT job and considering the fact that I wanted certain designs and I know that I was going to be spending at least $100 for my nails, Im not letting just anybody do my nails. I guess she got an attitude at the fact that I was irritated that she cancelled on me last minute because she then decides to tell me in front of the whole shop that she wont be doing my nails anymore. This was upsetting because Ive been a LOYAL customer at this shop. I even went to her for my nails during the pandemic and this is how she treats me? They just lost a loyal customer forever. If youre reading this, go spend your money where not just one stylist does a great job and you can receive good customer service cause Im tired of this ghetto place and Tina ghetto rude attitude. I dealt with her cause I loved the way she does nails but her attitude is very rude and nasty. Its been plenty of times other customers had a problem with her cause of the way she simply talks. Sometimes you walk in there and the staff doesnt even say hello or how are you. This place sucks and Im done with them.

Being a first time customer if you spend $100 or more, follow there Fb page for the salon, or leave a review you get a free $10 eyebrow waxing. Tina did an fantastic job on my eyebrows. My first time at this location. The lady who did my nails did a good job. However the lady who did my eyebrows completely ruined them. I had been growing them out since January because I prefer thicker eyebrows versus pencil thin brows. I explained to her in detail to NOT shape my eyebrows because I have a natural arch shape already...I asked her to just do a clean up around my shape and emphasized again: I do not want thin eyebrows, I like them thick and even showed her a picture of how my brows usually look. She didn’t listen and basically skinned me!! and I’m very upset. Would not recommend the eyebrow waxing service.

Tina passes you off to other techs after giving you a specific time to be here. And was told not to come again because I didnt wanna be serviced by someone else. Which is fine because there are OTHER PROFESSIONAL techs In the area... Ive been coming here for years and Im over the attitudes by the staff when you tell them you want a certain tech !!! Would not recommend and WILL NOT be coming back here ANYMORE!!!!

In the time it took another place to do a very sloppy pedicure I got a fill in and a nice pedicure. My only complaint is that it was cash only (or the Cash App). I dont carry cash and there was no sign on the door so I was not prepared. The decor is lacking and I would suggest some music, a TV or some sort of background entertainment. They were quick enough that you dont really notice though.

The service was really good. The lady who did my Pedi was awesome and the lady who did my face wax was super fast and effective! The only thing is the wait is crazy but worth it.

TIna is the best! She did my eyebrows, wax and color and they look amazing! She also did my minx eyelashes and they look so real, and are amazing. They make me look like a different person! AMAZING Work! I would recommend her to anyone!

Great experience. The nail technician, Keesh, did a great job. Would have given all 5 stars however in the end, hand massage was rather quick. The best part in my opinion!!! Will be going back. Next time will ask to not rush through the end. Definitely recommend and great price - Gel Mani plus gel removal was $30. Also, make sure to bring cash. They do not accept C.C. Thankfully I had cash, but they should tell you this before you take a seat! Not at the end.

I am from Georgia and was in Raleigh to visit my husband who’s working here. I was in desperate need of a fill in and to repair 2 nails. T was my tech and she did a marvelous job!!! I’m so beyond satisfied and she worked quickly and VERY effectively!!! She didn’t knick my skin or cuticles. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!!!

I try to be a loyal customer and have been for a few months but the last time my nails were done was not good. I pay and I tip EVERYTIME and the last time I came in although the people are nice, the nails and toes were mediocre and they were for a wedding.

The staff is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and professional. And their work is impeccable! Lashes, mani and pedi...this is my new go-to place!

I used to go here all the time and my nails used to always look so good but now whenever I come the I never ever ever like the shape of my nails, and they always end up way shorter than I want because they file so much. My left hand is borderline stiletto and my right hand is almond but my middle finger nail is so short.

The nail texh Vy by far is my favorite, she was so helpful on the idea of what i would like my nails to look like, i originally went to a different nail salon for my nails and paid twice as much for a poor job so finding Capital nails was a blessing because i originally went for my eyebrows to be waxed WHICH I MUST SAY IS BOMB.... I’ve been getting my brows waxed here for about two years by Tina and I’ve never had any issues until a few months ago. Today I waited for 15 minutes for her to finish doing nails but then when she was done, she started working on someone else’s nails instead of waxing my eyebrows especially because this lady came like 5 minutes after I did. When I asked her how long it’s gonna be, she said 10 more minutes. I told her that I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. She then asked me if I wanted to get my brows done or not. That was so rude and this is not the only time she’s been rude, one time she wanted me to lay in hair left behind by the previous client. When I said something about it, she snapped and apologized later. I left and never going back

Jasmine did my nails for the first time && I LOVE THEM!! I chose my colors and she went from there!!! Design and all I LOVE THEM!! She took her time didn’t rush && gave me alternate color options to try out !! She has definitely earned a new client tonight!!

So let’s just say this is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in the south and I love it. I’ve tried many different salons throughout NC and SC and none of them compare to the services I received here. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because I wanted to give recognition to the owner of this salon, Tina. She was very friendly. Serviced me quickly and we even had friendly conversation the entire time I was there. Will definitely be coming back here in the near future.

I had go back for 2 broken nails last week now a third nail my finger might get infected from ur glue that was put on my skin I will not be returning

Visiting from South Carolina for the weekend and wanted to get our feet done. Checked several other places and came here. Very friendly as soon as we came in, took us in even though they were only open for 30 more mins and it did nothing for the excellent service we received. She didn’t rush, took her time and it was wonderful. So super friendly and Tammy was the absolute sweetest! Prices reasonable (one of the only places we could find that didn’t charge extra on top of manicure to remove gel polish and paint back gel polish)! Very glad this is the one we chose.

I will never set my foot back in this place. At a time like this, it’s ok to be nice to others. It’s literally free to be nice. I sat down and not once did she speak or made eye contact, throwing my hands as if I did something wrong. She was so rude the entire time for no reason. I hate to go into businesses and leave feeling bad or upset. #10 mannie /Amy whatever her name is, treat people the same way you would want to be treated.

Tina the owner who also performs nail service is very rude. She picks and chooses who to be kind and respectful to. The prices are now higher than ever but the quality is not good! I will never return. I r had several bad encounters with Tina’s attitude and her trying to get over in getting more money that she doesn’t deserve.

Went for eyelash extensions, at first I felt they were normal until I felt burning. I removed them and my eyelid was covered in burns. Went back to the shop manager said thats normal! Normal??! Ive never had my eyelids look the way they did from eyelash extensions. Manager was very rude.

Today I went to Capital Nails for the 1st time. I read all the reviews and was convinced to let Lee do my fil in on my nails and eyebrows. She did a wonderful job! She’s very friendly. I also got a pedicure and Tammie also did a great job!!! Definitely recommend.

So I will say that they do amazing nails and great quality, but yesterday I went to get mink lashes and after she did them I didn’t feel too sure but then I looked at others and mines doesn’t look at mink at all and when I talked to her about them the owner decided to talk about me i front of my face. Instead of trying to see what she could do to make it better and I spent over 250 . I really did like them but I will never go back ever again.

I love this nail salon and the owner Tina. She was doing my nails before she had her own shop. I followed her from shop to shop, until she opened Capital Nails. Ive been getting my nails done here for many years! She offers a full service salon and there is not one service that I have tried that I wasnt just tickled. The shop is clean, the staff is courteous and professional. I always leave very pleased and feeling beautiful! I dont go anywhere else. They do the job right the first time. Thanks TIna.

These are the only people who touch my nails, feet and eye brows. Mina does an amazing job on my hands, I let Tina and Lee do my eye brows, and just about anyone on my feet. Amazing customer service. What I will say is that depending on the time, it is jammed packed. However, I come all the way from the west side of Raleigh just to get serviced by them. That’s 2 highways, and then capital Blvd, just to be serviced! That’s how much I love them.

First location I went to was closed, second location didn’t do nails on Sunday. So I Googled one more location in the area & came here. I recently went for a fill in and was very pleased with my nail tech. Her name was Maria, she was really sweet and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. She didn’t complain and remained respectful for whatever I wanted. My nails turned out perfect. She did a perfect coffin shape with beautiful customized flowers. Not only did I receive top notch service, but I was done in less than 1 hour!!! I just want to say I love this place, my dad died in October and I was in the shopping center getting my hair done for his funeral and walked into this nail salon to get my nails done as well. Ms. Tina talked to me about her life and how long she had been there and then asked me a little about myself. Long story short we eneded up talking about my dad and why I was there to begin with. She blessed my sister and I with a free eyebrow wax. She took her time on my nails and cared about me as a person I just want to say thank you soo much!
