I know that between, gas, texas frost, employment issue most shipments are running behind, however had a shipment picked up May 12th from a Charlotte location (3 hours from me) and schedule delivery after calling, was told they were behind and I would get my order on 5/18/21I am a reseller so this put me behind as all of the items could have been ordered via another company using their own truck and I would have received it in 2 days. (Only used an alternative vender due to price)6 days for a freight company from a 3 hour location is unacceptable. Despite the many delays Covid has caused

Not sure how these guys are even still in business. Sending a simple package from Michigan down to NC. First they tell me Im suppose to get it on Thursday the 24th. Get a call that it wont be shipped till Friday the 25th. Then get a call Friday that they sent it to the wrong state and sent it to SC. Told me I should get it Monday afternoon. Monday as come and passed and still no package. Just called customer service and they said it is on the way to the Raleigh location. Will I get it today? Highly doubt it.

I was told I would have my order on Monday we are both in Raleigh so it’s a quick drop offDid not get my order on Monday so I made an appointment between one and four for Tuesday to get my pallets dropped offNever showed up No explanation how is a company like this still in business

So far so good...

They were supposed to deliver last week. It is Tuesday and they still have not delivered. Driver said that our shipment was on the front of the truck and he picked up shipping and loaded it so that we can not get to ours. Now here it is Tuesday and they say the same thing happened. Where is the common sense in this trucking company.

They guys might be ok locally but getting stuff west you better find someone else. Raleigh to Seattle 2 weeks and still waiting. 100lbs LTL who cares ? Us and our customer, thats who.
