James, the postman filling in is the rudest postman I have ever met. I have been going to this post office for several weeks now and have been charged a certain rate for my packages by the nice ladies who work there. James who was filling in tried to charge me a different rate and when I try to explain it to him he would not hear me. I asked for one of the ladies who work there and he refused to go get her. He lacked any sort of politeness and was very unhelpful.

Lazy and delivers with no care or consideration.I shouldn’t have to make a custom deliver instruction for y’all to know to deliver my package to my door!

I used to get very good service at this office and I’ve had a PO Box here for several years. Now I get a lecture every time I come in without a mask. Tried to explain that I have a medical exemption to the governor’s illegal mandate. She didn’t want to hear it. She kept repeating “next time you have to have a mask.” She didn’t want to give me my package which, I believe, is a federal offense. So is refusal of service under ADA. Failure to wear a mask isn’t even a state or local offense.

Love the helpful ladies. They always help me right away, they always ask if I need help. Thank y’all!

I left out without getting my package delivered because the lite skin lady that wear the glasses was disrespectful on 10-14-20. Smh

Just moved near this branch. I sell on the internet. Wow. Ive Never had a small Post Office Near me. Nice People...Helpful...Great! Ive Been treated terrible by so many Postal Clerks Over the Decades.....Well Gotta Go I Think Im Tearing Up.... Im So Happy.....

Looked up where area code 27604 my location/address is receiving mail. Internet said this postal service. The mailbox doors are being left open on a regular bases. Mail is found on the ground. Receiving neighbors mail on regular bases. Makes me wonder if my mail is being put in other peoples boxes. We have door locks in our mailboxes. Other neighbors have talked to each other about this issue. They say the mailman is being lazy and careless. Please check into the issue.

2 ladies working at closing today, 11-16-18 were very nice and helpful! Welcome change from prior experiences at this location. Nice

You need to check your people that is delivering people mail. I caught the mail lady twice this week stealing very important mail of mine.

The two women were very friendly. Offered assistance when I was trying to find the right envelope. Better experience than Ive had at past post offices.

The post office at 2777 Brentwood Rd is awful, rude, doesnt deliver packages, etc. Ive never had a problem with the Departure Drive location. Heres some of what Ive observed having gone there frequently with outgoing mail:A middle aged man loudly complaining about using his lunch break for this while standing in a line of 4 people while an older lady paid for her mail shipment. A teenage boy walking up to the counter with a box and mumbling something at the lady who was helping someone else. After a moment of confusion she let him know that he could leave the package there. OK... he replied, with maximum exasperation and disdain.Im not saying that its impossible that people have actually encountered rude postal workers at this location, but in my experience its the customers who are generally awful. I ship mail here about once per week on average, and the employees have always been pleasant and trying their best.

I dont know why this location has a bad rap. The lady who helped me was very helpful and very patient. I came in around 3 PM. Trying to see what options would be best for me. She sent me about $10

Nice little post office that I found in this area of the woods in raleigh. Was suprised its still open with all the cut backs post office going thru. Any way easy in and out. A little line with only one worker doing everything and the other @ lunch. But overall its the post office no real point of complaining any ways. Oh ya closes @ 430 monday to friday and closed on weekends.

Just dont go here. Use UPS or something. This one woman was a NIGHTMARE. So mean and nasty. Im sure not everyone who works there is as mean as she is, but its just not worth the risk. She wont help you in any way because shes so jaded, even if you are as NICE as can be.

I had a fairly large package, and I am a small woman. The people who were behind the counter were rude, unhelpful, and quite unpleasant. Just because they are govt employees does not give them the right to act like they did to me. I will never go back to that post office, far to many options to choose from to be subjected to that again!Choose Brentwood over Departure, MUCH NICER!

Attending this post office reminded me why nobody uses USPS anymore. This location features rude employees, unhelpful service and disappointing results, not to mention exorbitant shipping rates.
