Been waiting for a package to be delivered that has to be signed for for 2 days in a row. Driver listing that we are not home and we have been home all day both days and no attempt was made to deliver the package. Called customer service yesterday and they said the package was going to be redelivered the same day and it never came. Now we are going through the same routine today... Not impresses with the professionalism of this company.

Even thou I was sitting waiting for truck to appear no truck came into driveway. Yet was reported no one home.all three days waiting. Had to go to center to pickup before package was returned. Rep at center was very helpful.in fact he was swamped with work. Yet was cheerful and respectful to all. FedEx could use more people of his caliber even having him to instruct others

Probably the rudest customer service Ive experience in a while. Computers were already logged off 30 minutes before hand. They told me they were making an exception by doing their job and logging back in to find my package.....zero interest in helping. rude comments. manager even came in and demanded they talk to her over the customer. (left without my package as well)

Bought my box at the Hillsborough St. pack and ship. Asked if it was good for dry ice. Answer, yes, but it has to be taken to Atlantic Ave. to be shipped. Atlantic processed the box. Then I recieved a call saying I could not ship dangerous items in a FedEx box. So neither of the counter people had a clue dry ice could not be shipped in a FedEx box. The sign for dangerous shipping items doesnt state this either. Could not return the box at the Atlantic location. I was told I would have to take it back to my purchase point. Isnt Fedex,Fedex?? Wasted tape and wasted gas. Employees should have better training and knowledge of their store and rules. I am thankful for the call telling me it would not go through so I had time to rectify it.

Customer Service Representative gets most of this star fame. FedEx promised my merchandise would be shipped to a closer daughter branch and that definitely didnt happen. Paid over $100 for this to be shipped and shouldve made it as close as possible to me for my signature.

The express truck drivers are the worst. They never read the instructions in my manage delivery. They always say they attempted delivery but cant get through my gate but I left the gate code in my manage delivery for the past 2 years. I have complained 7 times and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I even called their corporate office still nothing has been done. Im so frustrated because my business suffers when my packages are delayed and not delivered to me.

I was disappointed because they dont give you a time to be home. I do work. I call and spoke with a clerk and I was told, I could pick my package at FedEx. I went, and my package was on the truck. I went back the next day. I needed something to match the same address on the package. Never was told that, just ID. It need to be told, so if you do have ID and it dont match, find something with the same address and your name. One good thing, they didnt give it away to anybody. Good JOB. Thank you!

Horrible customer service from the Rafael the supervisor and a Mexican lady. The Mexican lady was very young and very rude. She continued to speak underneath her breathe with rude comments. Then the Rafael the supervisor made suggested as solution that he was not even willing to provide. This is the worst shipping location.

I had to go by here to pick up a package. The package was supposed to have been dropped off at a local pick up spot, but for some reason they couldnt drop it off there. Rather than contact me to tell me this, it just waited here until I finally had to call customer service to find out why it wasnt moving anywhere. The guy helping me was a bit rude, but I was in and out fairly quickly. The area its in is a bit shady. Wouldnt come here unless you have to.

After having a long day myself.. I entered this fedex drop center 7 minuets to close.. I expected to be greeted with 1/2 way resentment but I was wrong. I was greeted with two friendly smiles and two helpful employees. They quickly got my package and checked my id. And that’s it I was on my way. 5 star service all the way. After working 2 days (with another person) outdoors : On Wednesday I dropped off three coolers full of water samples (each weighing 55 lbs !) at this Fed-Ex, for overnight shipment to a chem lab in SC. The samples were preserved on ice, so on-time delivery was very important.Well: TWO coolers were delivered; the FX shipping label came OFF the Third cooler, and it sat in their facility for 2 whole DAYS - before they could even tell me where the F it was !So: on Friday I RETRIEVED the cooler, added ice, then carefully RE-Packed it for shipping - working overtime on a Saturday. I dropped it BACK off at Fed-Ex at 5 PM, specifying Priority Overnight - meaning it would be delivered AM (!!) the next business day (Monday).INSTEAD - after Sunday: It arrived in MEMPHIS TN at 10:45 AM Monday (the original projected delivery time to the Lab !) - and REMAINED there until after 4:30 PM. By the time it Could have arrived at Fed-Ex in SC, the lab certainly would be closed. It will be delivered (some time) tomorrow, swimming in icemelt, likely at near-room temperature.Since When does Priority Overnight $ mean Next-few-business-day Delivery - whenEVURRR [and No severe weather to excuse this] ?!The lab pays for the (highest-price - yet unsatisfacory) shipment, and they may request adjustment for the billing. But MY agency WONT get reimbursed for 40 man-hours of work (plus $300 worth of single-use sampling equipment).I had a sense of foreboding when I arrived at the Raleigh Fed-Ex (Atlantic Ave) on Saturday - and met the SAME, slow-talking, slow-working new employee who had processed a previous sample shipment, a few months earlier - and who had then left me with the WRONG Tracking Number, resulting in 2 work days convinced that they had simply lost that shipment.Im starting to understand why my counterparts at EPA instead ship samples via UPS.

With Christmas one day away, lots of people are sending packages to their friends and family. So, as you can expect, it was packed. Yet there was only one person working at the front desk. I don’t understand why there wasn’t AT LEAST two people working, in order to get the customers out quicker. I was there for a REALLY long time. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the lady that was there was very nice and polite.

Money back guarantee is suspended is what the customer service rep told me when I paid $600 fur 2 day shipping and did not, in fact, get it in two days.Im sorry, but this isnt about a guarantee which apparently FedEx gets to pick and choose when to offer it. Paid for 2 day shipping on an item a few weeks ago. Item shipped on a Thursday and held in Raleigh Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Delivered on Monday. Went to Raleigh Saturday after the package had been there over 24 hours to see if theyd let me have the package and was rudely informed by the desk clerk that I would have to wait until Monday.I am currently experiencing the same situation. Paid for 2 day shipping on an item shipped on Wednesday and isnt due to arrive until Monday.UPS might be a little more expensive but if I have the choice I will never choose FedEx shipping again.

I was shocked today to have a FedEx delivery man ring my doorbell in North Raleigh without wearing a mask. He was delivering an item that needed a signature. While I did not have to touch the signature machine (thank goodness), he was standing too close. When I asked him why he was not wearing a mask, he rudely said that he was not required to wear one. What utter disregard for safety and health. He apparently cares nothing for others.FedEx, what are you thinking to let this happen?I am only hitting one star because the system wont let me post without one star showing. this is a minus 5 star.

I send things out regularly here to different states and the lady who works inside is always very helpful and kind. I’ve seen people go off on her over some package delivery that she has no control over and she always keeps her cool but is direct with them. She does a great job! I choose fedex over USPS every time. Better service

If people at this facility were willing to put half as much effort into doing their jobs as they put into avoiding it maybe this could be an ok facility. After 2 hours on the phone, a lot of excuses that made no sense and 30 minutes in the facility I wasnt allowed to pick up a package that they were holding in the back. I wouldnt have had to drive to the facility in the first place if theyd left it with the business I arranged for it to be delivered to. They said the business was closed yet it had been open all day. Honestly at this point if I know a company uses FedEx Im not going to use their delivery services.

Worst service the overnight priority shipping for my business was suppose to be scheduled after 10am since we open at 10 in morning but the driver made delivery attempt at 9:30am and left tag . It don’t know why the attempt was made 9:30 earlier than scheduled time . It was important shipment and caused me huge loss . I call them and all they said it is driver mistake and we are sorry for it .

They have the WORST delivery drivers. Supposedly there was an attempt to deliver my package two times, but the second time I was home!! No one rang my bell, knocked on my door, or even left a door tag. Was told they would make one more attempt on a Thursday and they didnt. My daughters birthday is Sunday and it seems that the only way I will have her gift is to go pick it up myself. Fed ex needs to fire dishonest drivers!! This is my second bad experience with Fed ex. Would never use them if I didnt have to.

Okay so story time. Had a package that needed a signature that was supposed to be delivered on Monday, waited all day but it says it will come until at least 8:00. Okay no problem, I had to take off work but I know I can sign for it at least. 6:30 comes around and I call asking if its still on the way, and apparently it was never sent out to be shipped but they said I could drive to get it. Fine no problem, mind you I live 1 hour away. I get there, apparently Im not able to receive the package because its locked in the truck. Disappointed but understanding since I know problems happen, so I call again to request that the package is held at the facility for Tuesday so I can pick it up on my lunch break, even though its another hour away ( just one way, 2 hour round trip ). I call before I head that way and was told yes you can come pick it up, and I get there and was told it was on the truck for delivery!! Visibly mad at this point I have to take off work ( again ) and miss a class to be sure I can sign for this dreaded package that has caused me so much time and money in gas. So I wait all day until 7:30 to find that its at the holding facility and was never delivered to me. This is unacceptable, as I have to make another trip up there tomorrow to receive something I have already paid for when it should have been done days ago. Never using FedEx again in my life.The front desk people at the facility are in no way to blame for this, its the people behind the scenes. The ones that dont have to see your face!

So I paid to have an important package delivered between 5 and 8pm. I paid extra for that service. Trying to deliver at 4.30 is NOT between those times. Overall usually no issues with Fedex but am upset, I was waiting on a package and said it was left and delivered on my front porch at 10:51AM, I had to file an investigation, call and go to the center, it wasted and stressed my day out. Today magically my package appears on my front porch...I wish they would hire drivers who actually did their job, so who who ever delivers for the 27604 area code is dumb and scans stuff and never delivers. I am so not impressed.

This is the second time this has happened to me. There was a delay with shipping because of weather. The next day the weather cleared up and my packages were on the truck. At 7:56pm I saw they went back to the shipping facility. No note, no one came to my house.I call and get them to hold the packages. I arrived early this morning, and they only had one package, the other was ON THE TRUCK.. that PASSED my house by this morning before I went to pick up the package.. Now, I see the package is BACK at the facility... WHY! UPS delivered its packages.. but FEDEX either doesnt knock, or doesnt show..

It looked like a distribution only center but it was actually a ship center also. One of the windows was boarded up and looked like they were closed.... The clerk was nice enough to give me some tape for my box...I got lucky that day. Overall good and fast service.

Paid a lot of money for an urgent Saturday delivery. The driver did not deliver the package because he claimed it was a gated community and there was no one to receive the package. My business has a normal store front in an open shopping center and had been open for 30 minutes prior to when they said they tried to deliver it. Called this facility to get the package delivered and was told someone would call me in 2 hours to let me know if they could even try to deliver it again today. When I asked about a refund on the shipping I was told that they were not sure if I could get a refund or not if it was not delivered today.... so basically they took my money and did not deliver the expected service

Overall: Rude, poor communication, and wrong address.The primary issue was not this locations fault as the online system had malfunctioned. I was attempting to set up a vacation hold for one package, but it began affecting a different package that was going to the same address. I tried to sort it out with the 800 number and they had referred me to this location where my package was at. When I got on the phone with the person at this location it took three tries to explain that there were two packages going to the same address, one had been incorrectly placed on vacation hold, and now I want to reschedule both packages deliveries for the correct date. The person I spoke with got impatient with me for her failure to understand basic customer service issues and questions. After the third time of her saying I would need someone 21 or older to sign, I told her my sister is 22 to which she sarcastically shot back can I finish? As the conversation continued she kept trying to have me call the 800 number again even though I told her each time I already had. I rarely leave negative reviews because no ones perfect and I make tons of mistakes every day but the overall poor communication skills and rudeness of this locations customer service was unsatisfactory.Update: In the end of the day they ended up delivering my package to the wrong house without getting anyone to sign for it (which they were supposed to do based on the type of shipping requested).

Refused to give me my package because my address on my ID did not match the delivery destination. I have tracking number, and slip they left on my door, and email from the shipper showing receipt of purchase and proper delivery address. They told me I had to show them a bill with my name and address on it. Aka Im standing in line, unable to get my package re delivered to my address, or pick it up at the location. Rude, disrespectful. Said they arent supposed to give me the package. Why did they decided to hold MY PACKAGE emotionally hostage?! You guys are terrible.
