Worst internet service ever! Been out to my house twice and my internet still doing the same thing and then they told me it was nothing else they could do. I don’t recommend them for no one!
Poor customer service. Keep you on hold for 25 minutes before answering your call.

If I could rate this internet service a 0 star I would. They are the only internet provider in CAMDEN and if there were another I would switch to it. I was baited by the 150 Mbps so I went for it. Ive done multiple speed test and right about when everyone got off work 5-6pm the speed would drop below 5% of the output advertised for the rest of the night. You would think you might get at least a 1/4 if not 1/2 of the speed you paid for all the time. 👎

My cable place, they are very helpful
High prices and nickel and dime you for everything. $80 installation fee and then a $60 fee to downgrade my services. Do not use them for cable unless absolutely necessary.
