We used the TSA pre-check enrollment service available here at this location. I carefully read the information available about how the process operated and felt I needed a little more clarification and called this Ship On Site several times for confirmation/explanation. All my questions were answered thoroughly, graciously, and courteously. (I blame some of it on our being seniors.) Manager Michael Balser was especially helpful and kind. I would recommend this North Raleigh Ship On Site without hesitation!

Very efficient service. We went as walk-in for TSA precheck. There were many booked appointments. The lady who was handling the procedure was extremely efficient, calm, and patient. Despite being very busy, nothing escaped her attention. While we waited, we observed that all other employees were similar in their professionalism and service. Kudos to this store, the manager, and the staff. I am highly allergic to bad service and attitude from people. So, all this comes from my heart.

My wife and I had our TSA Precheck processed at this location today. I had previouly called them and was informed that early in the early AM or later in the Afternoon was a good time to visit the store as a walk-in. We arrived at 9:20 AM and found that eceryone was very helpful and efficient in completing the TSA process application. We were out within 30 minutes.. great service.

Convenient place to drop package. However, do not ask for them to print anything for you. I asked for them to print off a printing label for me and she charged me $3.00 for ONE email.. Its not about the money but the fact that they charged me $3.00 for me sending them an email.

I recently shipped some valuable items and Michael the owner provided incredible service, communication and timeliness. I decided to insure the items and Michael took me through the process very easily and text/called/emailed me to make sure we didnt have any hiccups. Would HIGHLY recommend! Our needs at my workplace have changed and on a whim I stopped at ship on site and met Carolyn Kinas,Who was more than helpful and provided me with the tools that I needed to do my job. One day I stopped in there and there was a gentleman that was not willing to give me the boxes I needed for my workplace, and told Me that FedEx does not provide them with boxes easily, I go out of my way to go to this particular store and not the one that is right near my home. He was not as customer service oriented as Carolyn. I told him the only reason I go out of my way to come to this store is because of Carolyn And I was not happy that she was off that day, I explain to him why I go to the store and he did not seem to care so I could go to the store near me a week later I stopped in and Carolyn was there and provided excellent customer service and now I take all of our shipments every week to that store and hope that she is there when I come in. There is a FedEx drop off point within 1 mile of my office and I certainly can stop there and drop my packages off, it is a shame that this gentleman did not appreciate the business I was giving this store. I believe he needs some customer service training and needs to appreciate the situation for this business.

Ship on Site is my go to place. The staff always give you personal attention and genuinely care about the things you are shipping. It’s never about throwing stuff in a box and sending it on its way, it is 100% making sure that the things you send are packaged with care and arrive on time. I’ve been in when it isn’t busy and I’ve been in when they are slammed busy and regardless you are treated with a smile and genuine appreciation that you are there.

I stopped here today to drop off packages with prepaid labels. The manager, Carolyn, helped me and she could not have been kinder or more professional. Somehow I had put the same label on two different boxes, which meant one would not have tracked through the system. These are important documents for work, and losing them would have been devastating. Carolyn noticed the problem and told me I could email her the second label from my phone. She efficiently took care of other customers while we waited for my email to go through. She printed the label and made sure that both boxes were ready to ship. It is a stressful time of year and it would have been easy for Carolyn to look at the line of people behind me and send me away to fix the problem myself. Her kindness made my day. I could tell that the other women who work there are similarly calm and professional. This is a great business and I will certainly continue to support it.

I was shocked at the complete professionalism and the time Jennifer took to find out from many sources, the real cause of not finding my traveler number for the TSA enrollment program. The manager and staff should all be very happy she works for them at her rate of pay as a clerk. I will shop there again.

Most of my shipping needs are fairly simple. As a business owner I package and box everything in my shop, stick a shipping label on it, and drop it off at Ship on Site. But not always. Sometimes you have a monster shipment. Our most recent monster shipment was glassware that absolutely had to get to multiple locations all across the US as quickly as possible. This is not something we could’ve just boxed up in our shop. It had to be done by professionals. Michael and Carolyn took care of us. They took care of our glassware. They did it all with a smile. I trust their professionalism, I trust their knowledge, I trust them with the products we put our heart and soul into making.

I needed to get a package to my dad and the team at this Ship on Site was so professional and yet, very personable. The owner showed me all my options and helped me pick the best and least expensive way to get it there in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place! Also, I look forward to getting my passport here soon!

Jennifer assisted me w/ getting a Passport photo. While at the Westgate Post Office there were a number of applicants turned away because their photos were not taken correctly for some reason or another. It seemed that the 3rd party photo providers have trouble getting the photos correct. In fact, the postal employee wanted to know where I had my photo taken - and I told him it was Jennifer at Ship-on-Site Raleigh. Kudos!

Had a TSA Pre appointment this afternoon 4/16/21, drove 45 minutes only to find out that the TSA Pre section of the office was closed.....Keep in mind that I did not receive a courtesy call stating that the office was closed, how unprofessional.....Once I arrived the manager stated that I should come back during the week between 9:00 and 9:30 am as this is when they accept walk-Ins.....Will not be going back to this location.The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional...I highly recommend that you do not go this location....Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Business 101 Tip for Ship On Site management...Train more than one associate to run the TSA Pre Check process in the event an associate calls off sick or has an emergency!

Manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called to informed them that the fingerprint card they completed for me was rejected by the state of Arizona due to the quality of the fingerprints. I wanted to see if I can come in and redo the card at no expense since my company had already paid for it once. Not to mention the first time the worker had to do the fingerprint over 3 times and the last time she asked me to do it myself. After the lady on the phone was being rude I asked to speak to the manager and she stated that she was the manager. I asked for the corporate number and she stated that there was no corporate number, so I asked for the owners contact information and she stated that it was on the website (it is not). Yesterday the owner and HR administrator of the company I work for went for the same service and was not pleased. People make mistakes and things happen but a nasty, disrespectful and unprofessional attitude is way too much. Our company will not spend our money and be treated so disrespectfully. The manager is unprofessional.

I live in a neighborhood very close to the stores location at 10911 Raven Ridge Road. I have been a customer for several years and all my visits have always been pleasant. The store owner and the staff are always friendly, they maintain high standards and work as a team when there are multiple customer inside the store (pre COVID). Since the COVID pandemic the store has implement policies to make sure everyone visiting the store is protected as best possible. All staff members are aware of the least expensive procedures of mailing packages and always make sure to provide this information to the customers. A friendly atmosphere and nice place to ship your packages

The shipping side is fine, the identgo side is a problem. The older lady who sat at the desk is not very pleasant, tries to argue over everything, you are forced to put your belongings on the floor, and she is misinformed about the process.

I was in the process of selling a house in another state and needed paperwork notarized on a Saturday. I went into Ship on Site Raleigh and the gentleman who was working not only notarized the paperwork but took the time to review it and found a few blanks that I had missed which would have possibly caused the whole closing to be postponed and possibly could have ended the whole deal. I was greatly appreciative of the extra time taken to find those blanks.

Outstanding service! we arrived with 5 large boxes going across the country, the staff spend two hours, opened every box, moved items around, saved space and were able to consolidate and eliminate one box. they also took the ink out of the printers and re-packed the computer and monitors, saving us money on the shipping cost in the process! I would never go anywhere else again.

I dont know whats happened to this once, top notch shipping center, but after 20 min of waiting, I get a price that is highway robbery. $58.00 dollars to ship Fedex 2nd Day - 1lb weight - Went down to FEDEX a couple of miles and shipped the exact same item with $500 insurance - Overnight Priority for $23.00 - Slow staff - Outrageous prices.- (Mike, it took 10 min just to find a box, another 10 min to look up rates....). I drove to fedex and shipped for cheaper in the time it took to find a box and look up a standard rate....Not like I was shipping the Ark of the Covenant or anything.

Excellent service! I frequently need to ship items international for my job. They are always happy to assist with packaging, custom forms and shipping labels. They provide me with prices so I can choose the cheapest way to get my packages sent and when they will be delivered by. They make the whole process painless!

I showed up with two packages that I had placed labels on. I had accidentally discarded part of the labels that were needed on the packages. No worries! Store personnel printed new labels for me and attached them to the packages so I didn’t need to go home and start over. Thank you for being so kind and saving me so much time!

Have a real concern with this location and them overcharging to ship a package.Shipped an item that was 10 pounds total weight, (3.75 pounds item, about 6lbs boxes/shipping material) insured for 500$ with tracking, they charged 56.40 for Fedex Ground Delivery (5 days)The same information was entered online, and Im being given the option to select delivery for 4 day delivery from Fedex for 46.72.On the USPS website, the quote is roughly 35 dollars shipped for everything.They decided to go with Fedex, rather then USPS, and for some odd reason, then decided to charge 56$ to ship the package. The amount they charged was higher then 2 other options I was able to find in 5 minutes (this 56$ does not include the labor fee/packaging material) the entire cost to ship this 10 pound package via snail mail was a whopping $73.29.They do good work here, and are convenient, but whats going on with the inflated shipping rates your giving out?

This place was awesome I had a 1:40 appt.I walked in at 10:40 there was two people in front of me I walked out 15 minutes later they ought go to Harrisburg Pa and give them a lesson on efficiency.

Friendly and helpful group of people! I brought in USPS mail, UPS ground, AND a Fedex Ground old school paper freight bill without issue. Everything go to its respective destination!AND my keys dropped out of my pocket while there. They called the phone number on the car dealer key chain (who reached out to me) so I could retrieve them, wow thank you!!

This location is the best place to use for shipping packages and sending mail! The employees are the friendliest Ive come across in awhile. It was so easy to apply for TSA Pre for my 14 year old daughter. We made an appointment on line, then showed up and there was no wait. Within five minutes we were out the door. Way easier than going to the airport. Even was polite and efficient. I highly recommend this process for TSA Pre

Needed to drop off some packages. They only had one person working and she was doing fingerprints, and clearly it was going to take a while. The person had difficult fingers to make prints of. Instead of stopping the fingerprinting process and scanning my items quickly, she made me wait 10 minutes. Don’t go here. I then left and went to the UPS store three minutes away on Falls of the Neuse, and was in and out in 30 seconds.

Went there for TSA pre with a pre-set appointment yesterday. Went through the process with the agent, everything is fine, now she just needs to authenticate the info upload with her TSA auth card and her own thumb scan. Well they had just gotten a refurbished thumb scanner apparently and not bothered to test it before accepting appointments, and it didnt work. Walk out with two hours of my day completely wasted, back to the end of the line appointment-wise, and not a shred of acknowledgment from the manager or staff that this situation is not ok. Completely incompetent. Use a different center!

I don’t even know why this place even has appointment times. They don’t even follow there own rules.Got there about 220pm and 2 guys came in with appointments at 5pm and 4pm. BOTH of them were seen before me and it wasn’t even 345pm.If y’all have appointment times stick with the appointment times and keep the people moving.

I completed my TSA pre-check at this location. I have been putting this off for years because the thought of sitting in a gov office for hours did not appeal to me. The ship onsite is the perfect alternative. It literally, took me less than 10min. I am so relieved to get that done and make my weekly travel much easier. I would recommend if your thinking of getting your TSA pre-check do it and use this location. So easy!

If you are using TSA Precheck making an appointment is a joke. Was told running 30 minutes behind and then people that just walked in after us were put ahead of our appointment.

Absolutely the worst. I would never give this place my business ever again. Unorganized and unprofessional. They actually had a quarrel while customers are standing in line. I gave up after waiting for over an hour.

Made appointment through TSA website for pre-check interview process. Arrived 5 minutes prior to interview and signed in. There is only 1 person processing these “interviews” and they do several other identity verification services, so you are competing against others as well. As I sit here it is 30 minutes past our appointment time and I still don’t know when we’ll get in.Also, if there’s only one person why can you book multiple people during the same time slot? My wife and I both signed up for 2pm slots, yet clearly there is no way they can do process two people at the same time.
