I had a great experience there they did everything that I needed them to do to make me feel safe but after looking back on things not complaining about now but maybe helping out a little they should check people temperature temperatures after asking them about flu like symptoms to be sure and safe

I love this dentists office and everyone who works here is so friendly! They take great care of my family every time we visit. I love the extended hours so we can make an appointment that easily fits into our schedule. Wonderful place!

The check in process was less desirable, but a staff member took good care of me. Most importantly Dr. Craig was professional, caring, and as gentle as he could be extracting 3 teeth. I went in for a tooth extraction on a Sunday! The staff was very friendly and the dentist removed my molar with little pain. The whole extraction couldnt have lasted more than 15 minutes. The dentist had a nice personality and made me very comfortable. They get 5 stars from me!

Kathy is the best hygienist I have ever met. She is considerate, kind, always is moral & ethical when it comes to the patient. I always have a fun time when I’m in the chair with her. She always takes her time on each patient she sees. I love her and will continue to see her as long as she’s at night and day!!

Look nowhere else in Raleigh and go see Dr. Craig for any dental problems. He is very personable, communicating with you throughout your entire process from start to end and leaves you more confident than ever. He made sure I did not feel any pain throughout the procedure and I was always put in a comfortable position. Not only is he personable, his expertise will make any procedure go as smooth as possible.Edit: Also, the spacious facility has a modern feel as well as an awesome security guard at night, leaving you feeling safe and welcome.

Dr.Wright is very gentle and get the job done in a timely manner and the team that works with him is awesome. Night and Day staff overall is very welcoming and that’s what I like about Night and Day. I am new to North Carolina and I am glad I chose Night and Day to be my Dentistry provider. Oh and Kathy is so sweet of a lady I love her already. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Zang and Dr Craig are amazing, they are dentist who truly care about their patients. Both of them are so gentle and definitely make you feel comfortable.

I called on Sunday close to closing time about a tooth ache and was able to be fit in first thing Monday morning to be seen. It was recommended I get 2 teeth removed, which I went back for three days later on Thursday. Dr. Coyle did an excellent job and even advised me that I didn’t need to remove both teeth. I felt zero pain, and she did a great job explaining things.

Jonathan and Amy were Amazing! I may have spelled their names wrong BUT I know who they are! I strongly hate the whole dentist gig….but going to Night and Day Dental gave me a more positive outlook on Dental experiences and how they should be. Definitely sticking with them. Been to 4 Dentist in 5 years and this is the only place I will highly recommend hands down. Affordable, comfortable, knowledgeable, clean, fast and painless. Nothing is perfect but this is as close to perfect as I’ve gotten in my hunt for Quality Dentistry! Not to mention their super convenient- hence Night and Day. Just make the appointment!

Absolute wonderful experience. Had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in as a walk in. Everything went fast and smooth. I was literally in and out in about 2 hours if that long. Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Felt good to get this kind of immediate care on a Saturday and not feel as if they didnt want to be there. Son was having a dental emergency and could not get an appointment with his regular dentist until a few days out. A staff member recommended we try Day and Night Dental in Raleigh. I called, but was unable to get a same day appointment, however, the practice accepted walk ins. Shortly after arriving, my son was taken back, evaluated and treated all within an hour. The entire staff was phenomenal. The facility offers extended hours for patients who cannot come during normal business hours. I highly recommend this dental practice.

They were very nice and I didn’t have to wait long but the cleaning wasn’t the best. The hygienist I had, was more concerned with rearranging her schedule and kept stopping to tell her assistant who to call,and when she would start back on my teeth she would go to a different spot so some of my teeth weren’t cleaned very well. Then when she went to fix a tool for part of the cleaning she didn’t have her hair pulled back and it went all in my face and mouth and she didn’t even notice lol. The dentist was nice as well but I prob won’t go back to this one.

I went in to be seen because I chipped my front tooth. The staff was very nice, understanding and empathetic about my situation. I explained to them how my birthday is this upcoming Sunday and I really wanted to get something done. I could’ve gotten service same day but I didn’t have my part which is fine, I’m going in on Wednesday to complete the procedure and I couldn’t be more happier. I will be able to smile on my 29th Birthday! Thank you guys so much. ❤️

They accept walk ins, however, if you need more than a cleaning they don’t help at all. I had a broken molar and they gave me antibiotics. That was it. I haven’t been able to work due to the tooth pain. Apparently the dentists here don’t help problems with teeth. They told me to deal with it and find an oral surgeon. Waste of time.

I’ve only always had great experiences at this place. Kathy and Courtney did my dental work and they were awesome. Always great customer service.

I love this office, its the best dentist in Raleigh, I had a tooth needs to be taken out and couldnt get a single doctor accept night and day dental.

After twenty years of no dental extractions, I seriously needed to have a couple . Dr Chu, he’s the man!!! Day one which was a week ago, I visited the New Bern location in Raleigh. Upon meeting him, I trusted him right away . My apprehension went right out the windows and I was at ease and ready for the treatment plan. My favorite word from Dr Chu was this tooth can be “saved “. Usually, when you go to dentist’s you loose all self esteem. I was empowered not only by Dr Chu, but the staff( Thank you to his assistant, today ( 9/3/21) as well. I was a little difficult ( needing to have things explained) at first before the abstractions. I have a few more visits and look forward to my return in two weeks, but for now healing.Thank you, all👏👏👏👏🙏

Professional dental office. Attentive staff of DAs, Hygienists, and Dentists. For this visit, Ashley and Annie took care of me. They were personable and really dedicated to dental health. This on top of great availability of dental appointments in the evenings in my part of Raleigh. I really like Night and Day - Raleigh.

She was excellent with my daughter with special needs and treated her really well! Dr. Phillip Wright is funny and professional, he has a great disposition and did a fantastic job with my exam! Didn’t expect much but once there I was treated like I mattered. Front office to the doctors, they were so gentle and nice to me. I hadn’t been able to get in touch with my regular dentist office... so Night and Day to the rescue!!! No pressure no making me feel bad for letting it get that bad... just nice folks. Changing my whole family to this practice!

This could be a 5 star place... The actual dentist and their team were friendly and insightful. They are very upfront with issues and offered solutions that wouldnt break the bank. Their administration is the WORST... When making the appointment before saying hello she asked to put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold I hang up and call back. She asked to put me on hold again. When I told her I will not hold she told all my information including insurance. Day of no one seems to have my insurance and I waited 45 minutes. I almost left before I signed the penalty paperwork for canceling appointments within 24 hours. If the service wasnt so good (dental team) as a first time patient I would go somewhere else.

Day and Night Dental was amazing! I came in as a walk-in with a terrible tooth ache and they were able to see me within the hour and selected treatment (filling, crown and root canal). They were polite, nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Definitely staying with this practice!

Front desk staff was not courtesy. I waited over fifteen minutes at front desk, before he helped me. I was told that he was handling a problem in the back. He never said Thank you for your patience or I am sorry for your wait. Front desk staff acted as if my time was not valuable and he was busy. Very unprofessional. I found it hard to believe that there was no back up person to help with checking in patients for appointments instead of having patients wait over fifteen minutes for assistance.

Extremely disappointed. Paid the consultation fee and within 30 seconds of the examination, I was told I needed to go elsewhere. I should have been told during the phone call I needed a Prosthodontics.

I was told one thing and then told something different. I was waiting for over an hour to be told my insurance couldn’t pay. So then they tried to press me to apply for their credit option.This place is horrible. I will NEVER try them again or refer anyone to this establishment. Unorganized and unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Night and Day Dental. The late hours they offer allow me to set a schedule that works best for me. And they take time to keep me informed on potential options / changes.

I feel like the treatment I received from the first call made to the actual appointment was based off of the type of insurance I have. I didnt feel like the visit was about my well being more so the visit was treated as a business transaction only. I feel that they are overwhelmed by the number of patients they have,and are not properly staffed to handle their patients. The day I went for my procedure the door was left open and I heard the patient getting his tooth removed even though our rooms were across from one another; we are still in a pandemic, and who wants to hear someone nearly gagging while having their tooth removed. On that same day there was only one assistant and one Dr. Working(dr.Chu), and he could hardly keep tract with what he was suppose to be doing. The wait time was over an hour to be seen. It wasnt until 20 minutes in the chair i was given an apology for the wait. The lady at the front desk checked my temperature only and not the woman behind me. They didnt have my information properly documented in their system when I arrived,and like I stated I didnt feel like I wasnt seen as a person but simply another business transaction. HOWEVER the dental assistant Annie was the only one who made me feel comfortable. Shes the only reason Im rating them a three. When I was leaving on the second visit the ladies at the front desk were discussing another patient insurance information in a negative manner, and the man who checked me out hardly spoke up for me to hear while slightly havingan attitude when gesturing that I couldnt hear him. To say I was uncomfortable is an understatement.And during my procedure, he pinched my ligand didnt know it until I notified him;the entire procedure felt rush. I wasnt given take home instructions; the assistant just said oh youve had this before you pretty much know what to do.

My experience was pretty great honestly, Jeana/Gina was awesome. Great conversation and made me feel super comfortable. I’m not sure who the dentist was that did my fillings, but he was smooth and quick and made sure to adjust my bite afterwards. Highly satisfied. The late appointments also help greatly with my work schedule.

After getting over the fact that they could not find 2 out of my 5 children’s online forms, and I had to redo them while waiting in the lobby, the rest of the visit was pretty good. My son waited about 40 minutes before being seen. But other than that, the visit was decent.

I have never left a Google review before, but this was a horrible experience. I paid $100 upfront only to wait 40 minutes, be brought back to the room, get some quick x-rays done, and then see the dentist for two minutes before he said he couldnt fill the cavities they found. In total, I was left waiting around either in the waiting room or dental room for almost two hours and eventually, I just walked out.Update: Three days later, I was able to go to my usual dentist. Lo and behold- there are no cavities to be found whatsoever and the pain is more likely to be due to my bite needing correcting. How did Night and Day seriously tell me I had multiple cavities when all it was was some plaque?

I really like this office at the New Bern Ave location in Raleigh. They schedule your next appointment before you leave the office. Treatment plans are given and they tell you exactly how much your treatments will cost with your insurance and tell you what is most pressing. If you have a toothache, theyll get you in on the same day. I live in Cary, but I drive the 30 minutes to go here.

Night and Day dental is great. The staff is very nice and professional. The doctors explain what is needed or recommend in detail and they provide a print out of the visit along with prices for any work that is needed. They take time to answer any questions about the visit or work that is needed. I will definitely continue to visit them.

On April 14th I went in for a filling told I have a cavity, scheduled a root canal & cap to return on may 5th. Well on April 18th the WHOLE TOOTH fell out. I loss the K 9 tooth which is the pointed tooth & at the ripe ole age I have to purchase a tooth. I think the dentist filled too much off, I think the dr’s are still in training. I’m not sure if I would recommend anyone even for a SIMPLE filling. FOUR DAYS later you tooth may be gone as well. Gud luck, best wishes & I will not be going there again!
