Jennifer was very helpful in onboarding us with the practice. Candice was our hygienist and she was wonderful. For both of us, she was accommodating to certain needs we had to feel comfortable during the cleanings. Dr. Patels examination was very thorough and his approach to advising patients is very calm. I had one of my front crowns snap off Friday night. I called Dr. Patels office and he got right back in touch with me. I went to the office on Monday and he clearly explained what had to be done. I was in need of a dentist since I had moved to Raleigh. I actually got a flyer in the mail, checked their reviews and also their location. Less than 5 minutes from my home and were taking new patients. It was very easy to schedule. Once i arrived, they didn’t need much from me at all and i didn’t wait long. He talks you through every step of the way and gives his recommendations while working with you to come up with a plan of action. Dr. Patel is an exceptionally nice man, has great interpersonal skills, and us s superb dentist. Very high tech and up to date diagnostics and imaging equipment are used, and he thoroughly reviews the condition of your teeth in detail. High res flat screens are used. He found and showed me issues with a few teeth that my previous dentist overlooked. I have never been prompted to have any unnecessary work done, and the work thats been done has been done to exacting standards. I have also found the entire staff to be friendly and efficient. They generally get me in for all my appointments on time or less than 5 minutes after the scheduled time. Highly recommended.

I recently had a first visit as a new patient at Falls Lake Dental. I thought Brynn was a joy, highly skilled and very efficient as my hygienist. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable, thorough and calm. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Patel, which is a good thing after having difficulty with a few Raleigh dentists who displayed a shocking lack of candor and sincerity. One downtown dentist was so poor I silently questioned in my mind whether he actually went to dental school.Later that day, after I checked my calendar, I decided to call back and schedule the treatment plan that was created by Dr. Patel and Brynn. When I called back and spoke with Beth, she seemed to not know where to find the treatment plan and tried to read back to me the notes from the visit. I found this odd, but I was able to get Beth focused on the topic at hand, made the appointment, and the schedule was confirmed.I have yet to complete the treatment plan and will update if I feel the need to. I expect the upcoming visits to complete the plan to go extremely well.

Offered to take x-rays at no charge since insurance would only cover once a year and they had already been done. Found out when we went to get work done elsewhere they turned them into insurance anyway by getting creative with the billing. Now the x-rays the next office wanted to take they can’t because they won’t be covered. When I called to inquire, I was told sorry, nothing you can do about it now. We refused to go back after the first visit when they tried to recommend $1000’s in unnecessary work.

Also, his fees are very reasonable. I first wrote this review one day after having a 2+ hour procedure involving not just a broken tooth and infection, but also a bone graft. Dr. Patel was gentle and thorough throughout the procedure. After the procedure I had no swelling or pain, and my semi-annual cleanings/checkups continue to be excellent. I just had another cleaning and again Justine got all the stains off my teeth and I am a coffee drinker. Dr. Patel checks my crown every time, I feel very well taken care of!I had my crown put on and it fits better than a my real teeth. I have never had a crown that did not trap food. This one fits into the gum so perfectly that when I floss it does not smell funky. This means so much to me because I equate that smell and bacteria to bad breath so I used to floss and floss my previous crown and it would not go away. This crown is easy to floss and keep clean and has never smelled funky. I am so grateful!I am a new patient about to get a crown. I had my first cleaning on Monday and Leslie was amazing. She got all the stains off my teeth and I drink a lot of coffee. I didnt even think it was possible. I am looking forward to Dr. Patel putting on my crown. All my interaction with Jennifer at the front desk to Leslie and Dr. Patel have been exceptional. I never write this reviews but I just had to this time.I got my crown and was just as satisfied with the process and the crown. Dr. Patel has all the latest equipment and prepared the crown digitally. No messy molds, he took digital pictures that were sent to the lab. Fit perfectly and I am very happy with the way it looks and feels. You would never know I had an implant and a crown. It looks so natural. Jessica, Patels assistant picked the color and was spot on. The entire interaction was educational and professional. I would recommend them all!

Such a nice office. Being in the medical field I am very particular. The front desk was lovely. No paperwork when I arrived it was all done online super easy before I got there. Hygienist Justine was lovely and did everything possible to help me have a great experience. Went over all x rays and complimented the parts of my homecare that were good and also the things I could improve. Dentist is lovely so personable answers all questions and gives thorough explanations. Does not force any treatment that is not necessary. Go here you will not be disappointed!!

Brynn is a great hygienist She does cares thus the 2 stars. Dr Patel on the other hand is very condescending, impolite and just plain rude with poor chair side manners. I went there to be provided solutions to my dental problems, not to be lectured in a very condescending manner and having to answer irrelevant questions. I will take my dental problems elsewhere.

Falls Lake Dental is truly a great office. With modern technology they are able to get a much better picture of the work needed to be done. I also found they offer many plans to assist those without dental insurance.I do recommend their savings/discount service which is a monthly fee, but can not recommend Care Credit which I looked into upon a suggestion from office staff.The 4 times Ive been here now Ive had a first exam, two deep cleanings, and a filling fixed. Each time was very professionally taken care of and everything was explained before started so there was no sticker shock on prices.

This is the first practice that we’ve come across in the Raleigh area that offers appointments on Saturdays. The clinic is sparkling clean and welcoming in appearance. It’s equipped with the most modern equipment and Dr. Patel does all work on each patient himself, from simple cleaning to the most complex procedure. Finally, Dr. Patel is highly professional but very caring and friendly in approach, but he doesn’t push any services, other than what is needed at the time of the visit, which is quite a contrast to our previous dentist. Bottom line - highly recommended!

Great staff, made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Patel is wonderful. He wasnt in a rush and took the time to sit and answer every question and concern. Definitely a good experience which is difficult when youre talking about going to the dentist!
