Delivered a load 3 hours early, staff was friendly and congenial, quick unload, I wish there were more receivers like this. Definitely would come again.

I work next door at Kaufman stairs and have had nothing positive interactions with nonstop brokerages personnel. They are kind and friendly to everyone in the building. I have not used any of their services however they stay pretty darn busy which I interpret as a good sign. A company with steady business is surely doing everything right. From what I have seen of their warehouse they are very organized and tidy. Even though I havent utilized their services I would recommend them to anyone based on the quality of their staff and exceptional organization.-R.S.

You can call Nonstop at just about anytime and someone will pick up and answer questions thoroughly. It’s nice to deal with a company this size that is still in the fold. Everyone is on the same page.

Non stop delivery has serious communication issues. They delivered a defective tv to my house, having to wait 3 weeks to have it picked up for the return. 2 weeks ago, I came home to a tag on my door saying sorry we missed you, never receiving any notice or pre-call. So I called the office, and he said it would be fri or Monday to get back out. Guys showed up a week later at 8:45pm, once again...no notice. Luckily, I was home and they took back the tv.I received an E-mail from Non-Stop on September 5th saying the new tv was ordered. September 18th, I received another E mail saying it shipped and it would be delivered on the 28th.It’s the 28th and I stayed home like an idiot thinking they would just show up... text message to NON STOP says she’s unable to find my order and it will be 24-48 hrs to receive a response.....From the reviews on yelp and other sites, my experience seems to be unoriginal.
