Called them this morning to repair one panel. They were at my home promptly in the afternoon. The man who did the work was friendly and professional. Happy with the repair and will definitely call them again if needed.

The day they finished I had 3 screens that were not repaired properly. I sent pictures and ask for a call back. No reply!

Josh the owner and Scott the installer were excellent in every way. Josh communicated well, gave a fair price and dispatched his installer when he said he would and offered no unwanted surprises. Scott the installer worked very hard and no task was too great to handle, a true expert with a very polite attitude as well. I highly recommend this outfit for any and all screening needs.

Coastal Screen Repair did a great job on our screened in patio. Most of our panels got destroyed from the last hurricane and they completed the job in two days. The guys were nice, respectful and responsible. They sent me updates on arrival time, worked without taking breaks and were able to come fix our screen within a week of when I called them. They are a great company and fast for service. Also, they gave us a fair quote, that wasnt over priced, before the job and it was the same after completed. No extra costs. These guys are honest, good workers and affordable. If you need a screen...call them.

For some reason Ive had a horrible time finding a company to repair my screened patio - 1 guy showed up an hour early and then hung up on me when I explained that I was at work; another company was nice enough, but felt the job was too small. Dirty, cheap screen, the bugs fly right through it. There are open hole gaps. The pool and surrounding area were destroyed with all the screen bits they left behind. Constant chain smoking in my pool area. I will never use again and the job was poor enough for me to write this..

Very impressed, they showed up when they said they would, did a great job, were extremely honest and professional. There were 2 panels that one of the other companies who quoted for the work (for almost $1000.00 more than Coastal’s quote) that turned out were strictly an ascetic replacement not a necessity, as I was led to believe. Coastal was more interested in doing the right thing, for me the customer, than lining their pockets. As someone with 35+ years in the customer service industry that is a major high point.

I asked if they could repair one of the easiest screen window inserts 2x2. They said they couldnt do it and referred me to another company with terrible reviews. Bad business IMO 🤦🏻‍♂️

Kris was the screen repair technician who came out to fix my screen. Showed up when it was raining. He waited a few minutes for ir to slow down, and then got right to work. Had the screen repaired in no time at all. Great customer service. These guys are affordable and rock at getting the job done. Josh even sent me a text saying that a tech would be out today. Josh didnt disappoint at all.

I had a sliding glass door screen replaced and a window screen..they were able to come out the next day,price was fair,excellent workmanship...I highly recommend them!!

I called on the 4th of July and talked to Josh and they were out within 2 days and did a great job! The two guys that came out were very professional and very nice and very fast! Thank you again for coming to our rescue as we are having a party this weekend.So this actually is a new review from October 2017. We had 3 screens damaged during hurricane Irma. I called them immediately and was booked for October 18th. I called to confirm the time that morning and Josh told me the afternoon. It got really late in the afternoon and I had written them off, but NO! They showed up at 7:00 at night and did a super job by the light of their phones! I will always call them for any screen repairs we have!

We had the BEST ever experience with Coastal Screen Repair. The owner was so kind. We were hit with Hurricane Matthew and had scheduled an appt with CSR prior to the hurricane because we had a tear in the roof of our screen. Instead of ignoring our small job,CSR still came to our home to fix our screen even thought they had hundreds of jobs due to the damage from the hurricane. That speaks volumes for us!Thanks CSR.
