I went in for a laser hair removal procedure and was very nervous at first but the worker Elizabeth reassured me and made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and left me with a very good impression i would highly recommend others to her.

MY BAD EXPERIENCEMy first visit was 2/28/20. I was taken into a room where a lady explain the process and billing to me. This meeting had a telemarketing feel to it. I shouldve known right there. But Im the kind of person that you dont have to sell me something I came to you for. My problem area is my chin. What I didnt understand first is how they separate the areas of your face. Example your chin, by their standards has three sections. The area below your lip, the area underneath and just above your throat. Ok🤔 They also charge by the section. And its a bit pricey. So I chose the top two sections. I really wanted this frustrating issue of mine to be done with so I agreed. ☝After my contract was signed and 300.00 deposit paid. Another lady comes in after reading my medical information. She notices that Im on a cholesterol medication. She explained that cholesterol medications causes photosensitivity. And the UV light from the laser can cause skin complications. ✌But no problem. Theyll just test a small area and I come back in a few days to see if my skin has a negative rereaction. (she shocked my chin twice and told me do not remove any hair that grows in so that she can see the area that needs to be treated.)I returned in a few days with no reaction.After my first session. My chin swelled up with big red bumps. It itched and burned. And last about a week. I took pictures and reported it to them. They told me that it was a normal reaction and my skin needed time to adjust. The visits are scheduled so far apart in between time theyre charging you. Covid hit. They continue to charge me even though the office was shut down. I stopped payments on my end. When they opened back up. They called and threatened collections if I didnt pay a minimum of 300 more dollars. I paid and scheduled my next appointment. After that appointment my chin swelled and bumped again. But I remembered I was told to give it some time. After my now third session I tell them again how I came here for a vanity issue but have to walk around over a week waiting for bumps, swelling and redness to go away. 👌The lady rubs my chin and notices the hairs on my chin are gray. 🤌(Sooo no one noticed this the last two sessions) She tells me that lazer hair removal doesnt work on gray hair. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME🤬My complaint was surely heard. I was told my complaint was going to be addressed. I havent heard anything else from them about it. And none of my money has been refunded. Also they dont seem to care that I have stopped payments again.I now have more hair growing in than before starting treatments with them.

Guess what I found Body Details and since the first call for a free consultation the lady on the phone was very nice and was able to schedule me an appointment super quick and easy. The office is clean, service is quick and easy. Claudia is great & listens to any concerns you have. The only negative about this location is trying to reschedule an appointment. They rarely have any appointments available to those that make this location their main location.
