Great and attentive workers (Louis & his teammate) and the car wash did the job! Will be back! Everything seemed to work properly except the light at the end telling you to drive. Vacuums are also great!Editing to update that I returned today to vacuum my car, having purchased a membership yesterday. The tenant, who claims his name is Anthony, rudely came over and told me I had to go through the car wash to use the vacuums - despite paying for a membership. He proceeded to cut off the vacuums for all 5 people who were there to vacuum their cars.

My husband Hector works here and has been doing an amazing job but he can do an even better job if he had the right equipment to get the job done the workers you have here are doing as much of an efficient job as they can being that most of the equipment doesnt work

I do not recommend. Carwash did a horrible job. Im not even sure why theres an attendant on site because he just stood there. Then the vacuum barely worked and when I asked what was going on with it the attendant said it had been like that all day! I ended up having to go to another place. Wasted money

I read some of the reviews about brush marks, one side of the wash not working and bad vacuums, but I didn’t experience any of this. They may have quickly made the necessary fixes because my car was very clean and I only did the $8 wash. The vacuums worked well and the attendants came out right away to help with the kiosk.The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the parking lot is kind of difficult to navigate if you haven’t been before. Tip: you go through the entrance line and loop around to the left.

When this car wash first opened it was amazing but since Zips bought it and took over something is ALWAYS broken or not working correctly. One time one of the three dryers done blow, next time one of the scrubbers isn’t working. Next time half the vacuums are full or no suction. One of the main agitators on the passenger side hasn’t worked in like 2 months. Could not be anymore disappointed in this company. 👎🏻Whoever reads this from Zips, I’d like to speak with you about buying it from you.

Went to this location yesterday and at the end of the wash my car was still covered in soap. Went back around and the attendant just asks if he can help me. I pointed out that my car was still covered in soap and he LAUGHED. I guess he thought it was funny that I was upset my car was still covered in soap. He had me run it back through but at the moment when your car clearly went through a faulty system how much sense does it make to add more soap? As I was leaving several more cars were experiencing the same problem. I get that machinery breaks and things happen but teaching the kids that work there some customer service skills would be so much better.

First thing, after paying the yellow gate lifted, then as we went to drive through, it came back down. Staff member (bearded) walked over and asked what we did, like it was our fault. The luckily it didnt damage our truck!!We entered the car wash, it felt like the chains were slipping, and I honestly thought we werent going to make it through the car wash. To top it off, the Carwash was not operating on right side of the vehicle!!! And they continuously let people pay to go through it. We watched multiple vehicles leave the car wash with soap on the right side of their vehicle.Do not waste your time or money!!!!!!

I’ve been going to this car wash for four years. Recently, it has gone downhill. In the last few visits, there have been Brushes broken which results in whole side of car still being dirty. Poor vacuum suction to the point where I went home to finish vacuuming my car. The last straw, I paid for the twenty dollar wash …..didn’t get it. As I was exiting the light is broken to tell you to drive away. So if you go, make sure you don’t put the car in drive and leave the wash too early. The car wash used to be great. Now, meh. I recommend going anywhere else

This was a very poor car wash. The guy spraying the car before entry into the tunnel did a really nice job, BUT the car wash itself was terrible. It was supposed to be several things (e.g., wax, etc.), but the only things that I could see happening were: 1. The big purple wash brushes on the left side of my car only; and 2. A rinse off.MOST (top; back, including rear window; front; and right side) DID NOT GET CLEAN.Do not waste your money here.

Very disappointed with the overall quality of this car wash -- it has gone downhill over the last several months. There is an extremely rude staff member (same bearded-employee on multiple occasions) and the car wash has been partially, or completely, broken over the last 3 months. I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past 4 years and my most recent experience was the last straw for me. Half of the brushes don’t work so you’re getting half of the car wash experience you’re paying for. The lights to tell individuals when they can leave doesn’t work either. The car in front of me was waiting for the light to tell them when they could leave while I watched my car inch towards theirs. This light has been broken for nearly months and you can tell the managers don’t care about the potential accidents that could happen due to this problem. Reading these responses of how the managers react to these reviews is highly laughable since they have been “talking with their teammates” for about a year now. I’m highly disappointed in this establishment.

What a horrible experience this has been.. I can’t believe I actually signed up for a membership at this place. I originally came during the pollen season and they were offering a $15 special, so I figured why not give it a shot.. Man I was wrong.. The service here is absolutely here!! All of the guys that work here act like you’re inconveniencing them anytime you need some help with something. The car wash never actually works correctly, and something is always broken. Last two times I went here the big spinning brush wasn’t even operating, so it basically just sprayed soap on my car and then washed it off… Literally heard another customer complaining that the vacuums weren’t working correctly and the employee says “well sir they are free ya know?” Hahahahaha what a joke!! I seriously would never recommend this business to anyone, there are several other places like this in the area that are managed way better and have actual functioning amenities.

Just read the most recent 50 reviews and you will find out all you need to know about this business. Ive had a monthly membership plan on 3 cars for about 2 years and the car wash used to be really good as was the attitudes of the employees. For the past 6 months or so the car wash has broken brushes, the vacuums barely work, and the property is not kept up. They have really gone downhill and the staff just doesnt seem to care or want to be there. I will be canceling my 3 cars monthly plans until they can get things turned around.I find it humorous that the management gives a canned response to all of the reviews but they dont make any changes or improvements. Just a word of caution that you will be out of business soon if you dont pay attention to your customers.

Currently the scrubbers are broken but they still let you pay and go through. When the thing works it’s great but don’t go right now because it doesn’t remotely clean your vehicle. Hopefully they fix it soon and stop charging people for nothing in the meantime -_-

Machine has been “broken” for over a month. Only taking customers with cash or a membership. There is no sign on the machine saying it isn’t working so you will try to pay until they decide to come out and tell you. Don’t waste your time here!

PLEASE READ! VERY SAD THAT THIS CONTINUES TO BE A PROBLEM AS I’VE READ A LOT OF SIMILAR REVIEWS. I have a membership to this car wash and have for two (2) years. I visited the Raleigh, NC Wake Forest Rd location on 5/20/21 between 4:45-5:00pm. The employee working at the entrance of the car wash who normally flags vehicles onto the conveyor, operates the conveyor, and rinses vehicles was apparently verbally asking for me to pull forward. This is commonly done via hand motions, which is standard practice for law enforcement and parking attendants when directing traffic, for good reason. I noticed this employee’s mouth moving, but thought he was singing or talking to themselves or on the phone (common). The appropriate gesture for getting a car to pull forward is to use hand motions. I did not pull up as I waited for him to gesture me forward. What happened next took me by surprise. The employee approached my vehicle with a very angry attitude and yelled at me for not pulling forward using profanities, verbally assaulting me. This was shocking to me because I was merely waiting for this employee to waive me forward. Even if I had not been paying attention, his reaction, attitude and use of profanities towards me was completely unwarranted. That is no way to treat someone whether or not they were paying attention. In this scenario I was paying attention and merely waiting for the waive to pull forward, as always. The sounds generated by the car wash itself make verbal commands a completely unacceptable means of directing traffic.I am a non-confrontational person. I kept my composure and asked for this employee’s name for future reference of which they refused to provide. Continuing to speak in an Ill manner and using profanities, the employee told me to pull forward and go through the wash. During this altercation they were not tending to the conveyor and someone not exiting the wash caused the wash to shutdown. This employee then angrily started rinsing my vehicle and placed themselves almost inside the wash between my vehicle and the bay door opening. At this point the employee accused me of hitting him with my vehicle, which I did not do. If there was any contact at all, it was because at this point the vehicle was under the control of the conveyor and they put themselves in a comprising position. Either way there was no intentional contact with this employee as I was still trying to understand why this employee was verbally attacking me for no reason. The employee then continued verbal profanities and threatened to call the police of which I encouraged. He got a phone and called someone, but I am not sure if it was the authorities or a manager.I went through the wash and exited, pulling off to the side so that if the police responded to this call I would have a chance to provide comment and my side to this series of events. I had an appointment to make and after waiting for 10 minutes, I had to leave.I hope that any camera footage available tells the truth of what truly transpired in the event there is a claim of me striking this employee with my truck, which did not happen.I really hope that I get a chance to speak with someone about this event. There is no reason why an employee should attack customers, especially not for these reasons. I have read reviews similar to this one in which there were children in the car during these verbal attacks, completely unacceptable and most definitely the result of anger management issues.There is a picture posted of this individual in the photos from March 2021, but it has been disassociated from a review because I can’t read that reviewers story. I’m sure it was a similar incident and I can’t believe this is still happening. I have never felt so much disrespect from someone providing a service and can’t believe this person is still employed. The fact that they are and the responses to similar instances prove that this company does not care about the customers. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP. PATHETIC

Multiple good experiences. I regularly use their laser wash (no touch, water only) and their regular wash. My vehicles look and even smell clean for several days after. One of my favorite features is the built in vacuum that you can use on the way out. I use this every time before I leave. Ive found that some have better suction than others. My kids always enjoy going through the main wash because of the colorful soaps and lights. I once tried to purchase a giftcard but was told I had to do that during the purchase of a car wash. This was frustrating since I had just gone through and assumed incorrectly that one of the staff members could help me. But overall, Ive been coming here for quite a while and its a good experience.

The wash you get isn’t worth the price you pay. We will never go there again. Please take the time to do your research to go to a better car wash. Please please please avoid this one!!!!

I have a membership here but it seems that something is broken EVERY time I go here. The last two times (over a week apart) the brushes on the right side are broken, the exit light is broken so people drive off early and stop the car wash, the bug removal spray has never worked, and the vacuums are pathetic and do nor suck up much. I am canceling my membership and recommend others do not go here, waste of money.

I got to the location on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh NC.There is always something wrong or broken at this place. It seems one of the spinning brushes is always broken and not operating. One brush was broken for over a month. One of the large major brushes is currently broke .Two of the attendants were fighting one day and customers had to wait during the altercation. The line was very long. I think this is extremely unprofessional.I would cancel my membership but this location is so convenient and I keep hoping things will improve. I’m not sure what needs to happen to help this place improve but I hope it does.

$20 down the drain. Half the washing machines were broken. There was no signage to even indicate that it wasnt fully operational. Take what is already a decent car wash at best and reduce the quality by 50% and what you have is a total waste of money. Id never use a Zips Car Wash again if given the choice.

I dropped by for a quick car wash over lunch to get rid of the pollen. I figured its quick and relatively cheap and will do the job in a pinch. However, they have a person standing by the car wash doing a pre-rinse with a power wand. He only power washed the left side of my car. Never walked around. I watched him with others and some only got one side. Some only got the front. Serious lack of consistency or pride in his work. Then, as I was going through the wash, I realized that the brush on the right hand side of the wash was strapped down and out of service so, for $13, half my car got washed. Id echo what others have said. The vacuum had very little power. This is not worth the money or the time (there was a line to get through the wash). Youre better off driving through a Sheetz car wash. It would be a better wash.

The Zips Car Wash on Wake Forest road has not had working brushes in its drive through car wash for over 2 months now. There are no posted signs, neither when you go to purchase the car wash, nor when you are entering the actual car wash to state that half of the wash is broken and that it will not clean your car. Therefore, they are falsely advertising that they have a working car wash and charging FULL PRICE when in fact they do not have half of the working equipment required to fulfill their obligation for the services purchased. They will not refund you, and they cannot rewash your car because they dont have the equipment. This business needs to be shut down until it can get working equipment again. It is dishonest and should be illegal.

After waiting 26 mins in line to get a wash & having it break as usual, I moved cones so myself & all the other drivers behind me were no longer trapped in the cone maze. Was told today Im revoked for this.Avoid these clowns at all cost, or feel free to pay them for average washes at best, poor management/customer service, broken vacuums & a wash thats broken more then it works. Zips Car Wash has declined significantly over the past few months. Business hours say they are open until 8pm but when I went to get a car wash last night at 6pm the driveway was blocked off. Half of the car wash brushes have been broken for over a month, the stop and go sign to exit the car wash is broken, vacuum hoses are missing and the functioning vacuums barely work. The property isn’t being taken care of either, lots of weeds and trash scattered across the property. This car wash needs major improvements.

The car wash is good. It gets the job done. But the machine charged me twice. I tried to print a receipt but the machine wouldnt print it. I talked to the guy working there at the time and he said he reversed it and it would be fine. But I was double charged anyways. I couldnt get ahold of anyone in the office so I disputed the charge through my credit card company and got my money back that way. If you go there, I would make sure you get a receipt, and check your charges afterwards.

Drive thru car wash and self serve vacuum for $15/month sounded like a good deal, turns out that’s only for the first month tho, they charged my card $35 the following month. Vacuums are often busted, drive thru always has some part not working, and some days they just be closed. For $35 you can get a monthly membership with Autobell that includes detailing on the inside for you. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is more closed then open. It rains, the place is closed, a part of equipment broken the places is closed, Kiosk not working and the place is closed. If you need a quick wash go for it, but their tunnel provides minimum wash time so again its not worth it.I once rolled in one of my friends hyundai sonata, and thier equipment malfuncted and scratches the side heavily. For 3 weeks I kept calling coorporate in Arizona and also the local office, no response.Bug spray is a joke, half the time the staff is lazy enough to not spray your car coming in.Anyways, these guys cut corners and save money as much as they can. Except for a couple of guys the staff looks like they would rather be at the dentist. Always have sad angry faces.

Not the best Zips car wash Ive been to. Went in for a wash, to get rid of a bird dropping that I had on my window and came out the same way that I went in. To make it even worse, theres a sign posted, saying that you can only use the vacuum for 10 minutes.

Wheels were still dirty after wash and vacuum cleaner had no suction. Checked for trash in the nossile and it was clear. Apparently the unit was full. Several other bays had the same problem. The guy spraying the cars off going into the tunnel sprayed dirt on my car while I was vacuuming. Should have just washed my car at home.

I used to come here once a week and about 3 weeks ago the man working there verbally assaulted me with my 2 year old in the car. My wheel got stuck and the machine started clicking. I knew something was wrong (since I come to this car wash all the time) and I reversed. The man came up to my window yelling at me that it was my fault. I asked for my money back and he became belligerent and told me not to tell him what to do. He took the money out and waved it in front of my window and told me he wasn’t going to give it to me. I told him I would leave once he gave me the money back. There were about 5 cars behind me and he told them all to leave. After about 10 more minutes of basically screaming at me he gave me my money. I called the supervisor (Cal West) and left a message about the incident and nobody ever called me back.In retrospect this was a dangerous situation and this person has severe anger issues and should not be trusted alone with customers. This car wash used to be great but now the customer service and the car wash machine itself has gone downhill dramatically.

Better than average auto carwash.Didnt even notice when they shined my tires, but it was done so kudos. They dont perform miracles, but its exceptionally good for an automated wash. (I spent $18 for the Lava Wash)As for the courtesy vacuums, the 10 minute clause is plenty of time for most vehicles. Theyre strong, free to customers, and theres plenty of hoses. Those who are complaining about the time limit should understand that its not meant for people to squat on the vacuums for 30-40 minutes like at the self wash. This isnt a hangout. Vacuum, say Thank You, and be on your way like an adult.TL:DR, Great quick wash, would use again.

I don’t know what happened but this used to be the best automated car wash in town. Sadly, it no longer is. $14 wash today (that was $2 cheaper a month ago) that is supposed to include tire shine. Not a single drop of it found its way to my tires. Side dryers are non-existent as you exit the wash. Also, literally half, if not more, of the vacuums are hardly operating. You have to test the suction on your hand until you find one that works. I’ve spent so much money here because the quality and customer service was great (and the location was perfect for where I work) but now I’ll take my dollars elsewhere so I can get a proper wash and vacuum for the price.

Went here a few days ago for a car wash using their touch free wash. Unfortunately it wasnt working (no soap, foam, etc came out, only water) so I let them know and asked for a refund. The guy working was nice about everything but said he couldnt process a refund and had to call the owner.Gave them everything they needed and fortunately also had a receipt signed stating a refund would be issued. No refund was ever issued and I was still charged after all that. Ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company. Wont be going back because of this unfortunately, very poor service from the owner for not following through on something this simple. I wouldve been back otherwise.

Lanes are a little confusing getting into the quick service lane, but follow the arrows and you will figure it out. Quick wash place with provided vacuums. Vacuums are pretty high demand. If it wasnt so convenient, I would probably just pass over this place. But its in a great location and the unlimited wash service is just the cost of 2 washes per month. Which is a pretty nice deal. Would probably rate it higher if the lanes were clearer and there was more vacuums available.

Once I figured out how to get into the line for the Express Wash, I purchased a $16 wash, which did a good job of cleaning the front and sides of my car. The back, not so much. It left a lot of dirt on the sides of my back window and in the corners of my bumper. $16 is a lot to pay for not actually getting my car clean.

I have a monthly membership and come here whenever im in the are. This is a place that doesnt care about customer service. The attendant spends his time on his phone completely ignoring every car that drives in. You basically have to guide yourself in. The carwash always has some issue, brushes not spinning, air dryer seems like a hairdryer sometimes, vacuums have weak suction.

I am a monthly subsriber and have noticed the quality of the wash going down. There is always something broken with the wash and yesterday, it ripped off my antenna cover. More than willing to be a long time customer if management can show that theyre listening and make a effort at making the situation right.

I wanted to like this place but I constantly have issues here. The exterior side brushes were broke for over a week, the vacuum handles fall of or don’t work at all, and today the side dryers weren’t working. I’ve giving them multiple chances and the value I get here isn’t worth the price they charge their customers. The Zips in Brier Creek is so much better and they have more than 3 vacuum bays, do yourself a favor and skip over this location.

I brought my car to this place for the first time, and I was not impressed. I paid $16 for a wash that didnt wash the car very well at all. The vacuums were nice, but they werent worth what I paid. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
