Did a great job washing my car. The 2 gentlemen who helped me were very patient with me since it was my first time. Great price through August.
Took my car in for a. ULTIMATE wash. Needed a good vacuuming and general overhaul. It seemed like it took a long time, with two and sometimes 3 people working on it at once. I expected stellar results with this much work being put into it. You can see the results in my pics. Outside was about 99%. Inside, not so much. Thing is, I cant see the outside while I am driving.
The staff is great and the vacuums and car wash work amazing.
I used to routinely take my car to this place and got great service. I have not had time to take it to this location in a while. My car was not horribly dirty to start but I can tell the inside was barely touched. The dash had one swipe. This is ridiculous! I got the Ultimate and basically just got the outside actually cleaned. It didnt even look like it was vacuumed. I am not sure if I even want to try this location again because this is just horrible. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this place. I am not sure what happened.
The new carwash next to Millbrook must have taken all their good people. That is where I will go now.This used to be the best spot for service and quality. Sadly, that is no longer true.I had issues with a few items today and when I asked the manager, Mike about why that was the case he said his guys have to be fast for the next customer. So, speed over quality.My windows were left streaked, I could have simply cleaned them myself and done a better job. My rims were left dirty, I paid extra to have them cleaned and my passenger seat was moved so far forward that it was almost touching the glove box. The manager didnt care and simply stated speed was his concern.I watched the workflow today. The turn around time per car was the worst I have seen ever. I have been coming here for 9 years.This used to be a friendly place with workers who cared and hustled. That is no longer the case.
Attention Pick-up truck and SUV owners with electric folding mirrors.Ive been a regular customer of Autowash Express...but no more. On my last visit late afternoon on October 1, 2018, I was in my personal 2017 F-150 Lariat truck which has large trailer mirrors that fold-in electronically by a interior switch on the drivers door. Ive attached some pics. Most of the time, a female attendant that works during the day, would correctly use the switch to fold the mirrors. However, on the last two occasions she wasnt there, the male attendants would forcibly push on the exterior of the mirrors to close them and then yank them out after the wash was completed. The mirrors are ratcheted which can be internally stripped over time if not correctly folded-in or out electronically.During my last visit, I asked to talk to the manager on duty. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. I expressed my concern to him and said he should instruct his employees how to properly retract the mirrors...or let me know and I would happily do it for them. I really didnt like the way the attendant abruptly pushed on the mirror causing a loud zipper sound of plastic teeth being stripped. He claimed he and his attendant did try to use the interior switch but it didnt work. I asked for him to follow me out to the vehicle so I can prove the switch works...he refused. And then (out of the blue) said I believe my employees and I dont know you from Adam.I was totally flabbergasted . Here, I voice a complaint, and this guy inflames the whole situation by basically calling me a liar. He claims his attendant didnt push on the mirrors abruptly...and said he has it on video. I replied great! Lets review the video to prove my point. I told him I personally watched them from the time I exited the truck to when it entered the wash. His response was very odd, for they didnt break anything, I was just informing them that this repeated action could cause a future problem and they should be aware of it.It seemed he didnt like the facts were on my side. He rushed to the front where customers were waiting for their cars, manically shouting out to the cashier to refund this guy and for me to leave the premises. I was thinking this guy must have some sort of anxiety problem...something wasnt right with him. Yes, I speak in a firm, deep male voice, but was never disruptive...perhaps my stature intimidated him. It was quite obvious he was trying to make a scene in front of everyone in order to embarrass me. Undoubtedly, this person has no managerial skill sets working with people. Zero. Zip. As a person who owns a business, there is no way this crazed person would be working for me. He was so damn unprofessional I couldnt believe it!Bottom line is Autowash Express is dead to me. I will never go there again. Not solely because of the mirror situation, which could have been handled properly and thus, they would still have a customer. What was really perplexing is how my complaint was totally mishandled by their so-called manager...quite unbelievable. And for that, I done with them.Its amazing how many people working in retail (including owners and senior managers) that do not know how to handle legitimate complaints or suggestions. Myself, as one who has interfaced with people for years on a daily basis, I never take it personally, and always go out of my way to listen with empathy, defuse and correct the situation. I found people that complain are a blessing in disguise because it has always given me the opportunity to work with them to earn their trust...many times they have become my best loyal customers. I cant stand businesses that throw away regular customers on a whim due to their own ignorance.Ponder this, if they act this way when offering constructive criticism, how would they act if they really did break or damage something? Im not going to find out...neither should you if you value your vehicle.PS: Upon exiting the lot, my mirrors retracted using the interior switch. They work fine.

Ive been coming here for 20 years and the previous crew was outstanding. They worked hard and made sure the car was clean inside and out. Well that entire crew is gone and the replacements dont know what they are doing or seem to even care. Most have earplugs in their ears and are sitting down while I am standing there waiting on my car to be done. I brought one car in on Saturday and it was slow and the windows were not done. I tried a different car this morning and it was worse. No one seems to work there and if there was a manager around I couldnt identify him/her. I had to tell the detail people what to do and then they did a lousy job. So I spent $26.76 and came home and had to do the windows myself cause they were so streaked I couldnt see through them when the sun hit them. So between Saturday and today I have spent $50 at Autowash and am sorry I did. Just very disappointing and Ill have to find some place else to go.
Im not a huge fan of the job they do. I use them every now and then for a quick shine when I dont have time to do it myself. The wipe down is not the best but again its a quick wash. I tolerate it!10/26/19 update to the last review...they lost my business.
So not a good mornings today or yesterday at Auto Wash. I have been going to this location for 22 years. I own 4 vehicles including my business vans. Very conservatively I have gone there over 1000 times. Yesterday I took my pickup truck. The equipment does most of the work, but it is all about the details that used to make Autowash the best in Raleigh. I walked around the truck when finished and asked the employee to finish cleaning the bugs off the front. (First time I ever had to do this) He said it was the job of initial cleaning people at the entrance. BUT -- He quickly used his towel and removed the last 5-6 bug splats that were missed. I didnt notice until this morning that the side mirror were covered in bug splat. Totally missedToday I took my wifes car in for a wash. More missed bug splats. I mentioned them again. He also said it wasnt his job, but fixed the issue.Windows in and out were poorly done. I cleaned them again at home. I didnt notice how bad they were until I left and drove into the sun.I know that there must have been some sort of labor issues. Most of the old employees are gone. Maybe something about a labor contract with somebody. Who knows. What I do know is that this location is not going to remain if they dont find employees who actually care about their job. The tone of the employees is one of let me see how little I can do to get by. Very sad to not see the former employees that worked their butts off to create car wash experience.I will give them another chance next week. Hope some serious customer service and attitude training gets completed.
I used to love the one near Capital, but they got closed down. This one, however, could use better customer service. My wash cost me $30, and I had to come back, because they missed *several* spots. I couldnt even watch them like I usually do, because it was cold out, and the bay was crowded.
This place has definitely gone down in quality. I took my suv in there last week, paid for the elite wash + extra to have the rubber floor mats washed. When I was called out to pick up my car, I noticed the rubber mats were not washed. No problem, they moved my car to another lane and washed the mats. The next time I was called over, it looked like the entire rear wasnt even washed. No problem, the guy sprayed some cleaner on the rear and wiped it down. Finally, when I got in the car, it looked like the center console wasnt even wiped down. It was just as dusty as it was when I pulled in. I simply dont have time to micromanage these guys, so I just pulled out and have no intention of going back.
I went here recently and my car came out scratched, and badly washed. We went out to get the car and drive away when I noticed that there were multiple scratches on my door and on the trunk, the front, and all doors except one. They say this is a “touch less” car wash. When you go inside, you automatically see there are 2 big brushes with hard, scratchy bristles. I saw the brushes and thought, I hope my car doesn’t get scratched. They are not just tiny, little scratches, they are white, big ones. We spoke to the manager and he did have an employee “detail” it but there were still scratches.Thankfully, my car insurance will cover the scratches. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to get your car scratched up, do not go here.
This is the only place I will get my car washed in Raleigh. Jeff is the manager he has been there for years he is always very helpful and greets me by name every time I come in. He goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are satisfied. He does not cut any of his employees any slack he has a very high standard. They offer multiple different car washes at great prices however the wash and wax for $30 is the best value
I have always liked this place, and believed they provided a good service at a fair price. However, my son just had an experience there that will prevent me from frequenting this establishment again. Today the girl who was greeting the patrons as they pulled up in their cars took issue with a political item that was on his back bumper. She began to verbally berate him and told him that she would not be doing any of the pre-wash tasks normally done before the car entered the wash. Is this what we should expect from a business? I dont. Im paying you a fair price to wash and clean my car. I dont need to take any verbal abuse because one of your workers doesnt support the same issue or politician/candidate that I might.Following up on the reply from manager/owner ... After speaking to my son again, it was not at the entrance of the wash, it was when the car was in the drying/vacuuming area. It was an African-American girl with orange hair who approached my son in the outside waiting area and asked if that was his car with the political item on the hitch. My son was driving a large white SUV. I suggest you check again.

Happened by this place and love it! The staff were professional, fast, and did a great job. The pricing seemed quite reasonable for the work done. Only thing would be nice if they were open later on weeknights. Hard to get there with enough time for the more thorough treatments before closing.
I went and got my new Honda Civic 2019, mind you this is a leased vehicle and only 2,000 miles, washed inside and the outside. When I got home and inspected the Car, they had ripped one of the buttons off the back seat. I immediately called and asked them to find the button. The owner the next day gave me a call and said he had found the button. When I went in to get it the manager handed the broken button to me and was very rude saying he had not broken it nor would they pay for it. When I asked to speak to the owner he said that the owner was not there. So I went and got my boyfriend who is a Ford mechanic. Same day we went in and the same manager was there and my boyfriend said a few things to him and asked for the owner. The manager then threw down the pouch of cash he was holding and got the owner. Now to find out the man we spoke to was not the owner this was the owners son. The owners son told us to get the quote for fixing the part. Now I found out I have to replace the whole backseat. Which costs 870$. I cant afford this at all. I call and tell the owners son the price and he then says I need to speak to his dad who is the actual owner. So I was lied to as well. The owner was very rude and said they didnt break the button even though they handed me the button and said they had broken it! Do not go to this place they do not own up to their mistakes and will ruin your nice new car!
I can’t even give this place a one star rating. I went this morning and paid for the ultimate wash. I watched when the car came out and nobody cleaned the inside of side or back windows. When I asked that it be done the girl rolled her eyes at me and ran a dirty clothe over them. The rims were not touched. The cup holders were not cleaned off. The carpet beside the seats was not vacuumed. I wish I could post pictures here because I took them. Very dissatisfied with this place. Obviously they could care less whether they have return customersI would like to add I have been offered two complimentary car washes to make up for the problems
I’ve used this car wash for years and it was excellent, but the entire Hispanic crew is gone and so is the quality and speed. I’ve tried a few times with this new group. It’s time to look for a new car wash!Bring back your old employees!!

1* because you cant give 0. If you like your wheels left covered in dust and dirt, if you like huge bugs in left plain sight, if you like your mirrors left dirty, if you like spots and streaks on your chrome, if you like your windows left streaky - this is the place for you! I pointed the wheels only out to the crew, they went back and cleaned them again, barely. This is NOT the first disappointment here, but it will be the last. Id post some pictures of the debacle that was theft of my $27 but I have to go outside and wash my truck now. Its a shame that it is so difficult to find quality and get what you pay for these days, this place is a prime example of poor quality, no quality control process whatsoever with only a concern for taking your money.

This used to be a 5 star review. Came today to get my truck washed and I have been here twice in the last year and each time I come they raise the prices. Air fresheners are no longer free. The manager and staff are nothing less than shady, which I dont remember years back. Theres better options around this area.
I called to ask if I could get in for a car wash today and they said I would be able to if I came before 5pm. I came before 5pm but they had already closed even though I was standing outside.EDIT: Geoff did a superb job apologizing and addressing my concerns. He said he completely understood my frustration, that he would have been frustrated in my situation as well, and he turned a negative experience one day completely around into a positive experience the next day. He is extremely professional and customer service oriented and I am impressed at the operation he is running. Thanks again Geoff, keep up the great work.
I wish there was an option for zero stars.I have a RAV4 so its a standard sized vehicle. I paid for the Ultimate Wash. I went home and when I took a closer look at the car I found water streaks on the outside, spots missed on the trim, and nothing wiped down on the inside. The rear mats had never been touched. I drove back to talk with the manager and all he offered to do was to shake out the floor mats. Thats the last time any of our family will get a car washed there.Dan B.
Well, I really try to he fair with reviews, on the 03-20-2018 was rainy day but it was the only day of I could find, my car in the inside was in a scale of 1 to 10 y was a 5 inside, after the wash the car outside the started to clean de inside, I noticed the left a lot of spots and I asked if the can finish and I offer them tips, between only 1 guy and I we started doing the final touches to the car when the manager came over to tell me they dont support to do the final detailing touches, I toll give I gave tips to the other 2 guys that and to the one that is helping to clean my car, he manager said just because is it a slow day, really? a $25 dollars car wash plus tips and I can tell them no clean my car right? Last time I will come here...
I just left this car wash not even 5 minutes ago, but I was so impressed with the service of the manager I just had to make a review right now. I purchase the Ultimate Car Wash, and thought that the service would take care of some stubborn dried on ice cream that my son spilled on my dashboard. However when I went to get inside my car I saw the ice cream was still there. I went to the back to ask if the ice cream removal should have been included in my service and was told that they would get the manager. The manager came out and looked at the car, and informed me that the ultimate package normally just includes wiping items down but in order to remove ice cream, which to be honest was stuck on and very hard to remove even with his finger, that that would have required additional detailing that was not in the package price. He informed me if I needed extra detailing in the future to just let the service person now and they would take special care for the area. But in the meantime for the ice cream that was on my car the manager personally took my car to the detailing center and to try to remove it. He came back and the area was spotless! Wow! Great service! I just had to leave a review right now, the service and dedication of the manager is something that you dont always find with companies and I am so appreciative of his personal work and getting the ice cream removed. I will be coming back and also will be telling as many people as possible to come to this car wash!
Really enjoy bringing my car here. They do a great job cleaning and the facilities are nice. There can be a wait, but they usually move you along rather quickly. If they would only focus on that last little bit of detail, even on the busy days, I could give them 5 stars. This wont keep me from coming back, but it would be the cherry on the top of the sundae if they would just slow down just a bit.
The wash was great but I had a bunch of change in my cup holders and they had been cleaned out when I got my car back. Its only change but for me it just puts the whole company into question. I wont be doing businesses with this company again and wouldnt recommend them.If you need your car cleaned and dont have a choice I would at least remove anything you dont want them to steal.
I have been here over 200 times I would guess and never have I been disappointed. My cars have never been damaged and the get super clean very quickly. The most amazing thing is there attention to detail every time they wash my car and the wait is minimal and the price is very reasonable. I recognize many of the same faces over the last 7 years which means the staff is happy and is treated well. I dont go anywhere else.
They dint do a thorough job.i think I could have cleaned my car better than they did.i could still see dirt on the cup holders .not worth it..they have too many customers..not much attention to new customers.
Ive been here multiple times and have nothing but good things to say! Autowash Express is cheaper than most places, always does great work, and is very quick. The workers are nice and helpful, and I love that you can get cash back inside to tip them. You can join their mailing list for coupons which come about once a month. If youre on the fence, come here! You wont regret it
This is my go-to car wash. They are thorough and efficient, and offer great prices. Pro tip: use the coupons in the City Pass book/app! Ends up being $19 for the ultimate wash, which includes vacuum & undercarriage wash.
My 16 year old VW had headlights that were badly impacted by film. Really reduced the light emitted at night. . So, after a couple of totally unsuccessful attempts to clean them myself, I had Autowash Express do a headlight restoration. The results were impressive. The headlights looked as i f they were brand new. Excellent service to boot. Highly recommended.
I want to start off by saying that the car looked very nice when all was said and done. For that reason Ive added the second star. My issues are outlined below:1) Innacurate price estimate - I called a week in advance to give them the information about my vehicle and make an appointment, and they said the services I requested would run about $90. When I arrived the day of, I was given an invoice of $192 before they even began work on the car.2) Not thorough - There were marks on the roof of the car where it clearly had not been washed thoroughly, lines of grime around the base of the drivers seat, and the sun visors and mirrors thereon were not touched.3) Wet car - The seats and carpets in the car were very wet when I picked up the vehicle. The clothes I was wearing were soaked through by the time I got home, and worse, the car smelled badly of mildew the next day. I had to air it out for several hours and use an absurd amount of air freshener to try and get rid of the smell.4) A mouse - I dont know how it happened. But there was no mouse in my car when I dropped it off to be detailed, and there was a mouse there when I picked it up. It ran across my dashboard that night, and I ended up trapping and releasing it yesterday.All things considered, I do *not* recommend this establishment. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

So i went in on Saturday morning for a interior detail. My truck was in bad shape. Lets face it. Im a working man and my truck showed it. Well to my surprise they brought back the shine of my truck!! Took longer than they said, but considering the condition of my truck i fully understand. Geoff runs a tight ship and only accepts the best his crew can do and nothing less. They have a new customer for life.
I have been going to Autowash Express for the past year and am very impressed. I was particularly satisfied with my most recent visit. I removed my bike rack from the top of my car in the car wash line prior to getting it washed and mistakenly left the box with the keys to the rack on the top of my car before going through the wash. When I realized what I had done following the wash, they immediately searched the wash bay and quickly found all keys. The car wash was great as always and the staff pays close attention to detail inside and out of the car. The staff and quality of the wash has and will keep me coming back when its time for another wash. Thanks so much Autowash for helping to save my keys from my mistake and doing a great job as always.

I drive past another car wash on my way to this one. Always great.Update: removing one star from my review. I took 2 vehicles there today and wasn’t as impressed as a few years ago. The door pockets still had dirt and in one case leaves and pine needles so they weren’t even touched. I was told that this was included in the price beforehand, just didn’t do a thorough job. Used to be much better a few years ago.

Do you want a detail? Try a half-*** job and damage to your car instead while you pay top dollar.The wash was alright, wasnt impressed with the interior work. But the thing that didnt jive with me was that my model identifier was broken off. Instead of notifying me, they tucked it inside a side compartment. I got home and knew no better. I spotted it after a walk and next time I got in the car, found the ID thing. I called and they wanted me to drive all the way back so they could try to put it back on but couldnt guarantee they even had the stuff to make it stay or buff out the sticky residue of where the logo used to be.The correct response would have been at LEAST a refund. I went to get my car cleaned, not to get a half cocked job and then have my vehicle damaged then told it couldnt be undone. I appreciate the supervisor telling me I could come back...but Im not driving 30 minutes for an uncertainty. Sorry.Geoff, from the other reviews its clear that you believe bucketing water out of a boat full of holes is more efficient than plugging the holes. Well, its not. When people spend good money, they expect good service. You took good money and gave me and many others shoddy service. Thats pretty poor.I will live with it, learn from it, give my honest review for these fine folks online, and tell friends and acquaintances to avoid this place like the plague.EDIT: No, it was this location. Ive never been to the one on capitol blvd. Granted it happened several years ago, but thought Id still share the experience. Im sure I can dig up the text messages if you really want me to but feel that will just be a waste of time.
Horrible customer service! I rushed after work and came in at 5:15 today. There were several people who work there sitting around doing nothing. I asked for a wash and wax and was told they didnt have time to wax my car. They dont close until 6:00 and I was the only car there! I asked again as nicely as I could and left. Lazy and uncaring. I will not go back!
I went today to bring my 2016 Volvo XC90 to be washed and was turned away. The attendant told me that an XC90 put itself in reverse while in the car wash (with no one in the car, mind you) and backed into two cars. For that reason, they are refusing to wash any of that model car. First, I would like to say that I have had this car since November 2016, and it has NEVER “put itself” into another gear. Yes, the car is very smart, but it requires a human to drive it and change gears, leaving me to believe whoever the attendant was who put it in neutral actually left the car in reverse. The car does park itself, but it requires the driver to push the breaks, change the gear, etc. It cannot change gears on its own. Additionally, the gear shift actually has different positions. It isn’t one of those that you tap to go into different gears, such as the BMW. All of this to say, they are turning away good business based on an employees mistake and instead blaming a certain car type. FYI, all the new Volvo’s have the same technology, so I guess that means they are turning away all Volvo’s. Ridiculous, blaming a car for a persons mistake. Therefore, if you have a Volvo, say yourself a trip.
I am very happy with this place. Last week in took my car there because someone vandalized it. I accidentally left my doors unlocked overnight. My big bottle of hand cream and hand sanitizer was used up. They splattered it all over my dashboard, seats and ceiling. It was a real mess. The manager Geoff and the team put a lot of time into cleaning it and making it look like new. I was really impressed. I will definitely go back there again and again.
They did a great job with the interior detail cleanup on my Versa. It looks brand new. Very courteous and helpful staff. I will definitely use them again.
When I first arrived I went inside to find out if they offered shampooing of seats and carpets. The girl at the register told me it shouldnt be a problem and had me pull my car around. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was told I needed to make an appointment for that service and was forced to wait another 15 minutes to leave.
Owner: My wife and I are far from a liar . We spoke to the owner and his wife and they were rude and now my wife is being called a liar. We have been going to the same location for five years theres no way we have the wrong location. We will not be returning unfortunately but being called a liar will not be tolerated.
Update: After contacting me, the general manager asked me to bring my car back to look over what was done incorrectly. He agreed that everything I had listed was not done up to their standards, and was willing to do corrective work free of charge.While I would have preferred the work be done correctly the first time, I appreciate their honesty and willingness to correct their mistakes, and I am bumping up my rating accordingly. Like I said before, its hard to beat AutoWash Express for exteriors -- my car still looks amazing even after over a week. Their interior service (when done correctly) is a good value as well. One note: make sure you call ahead of time to make an appointment if you want any of their interior services.I am leaving the old review below.===Old review:I had the Express Detailing package done on my car this past week after a passenger spilled sweet tea all over the carpet. The exterior washing was very good and left my car looking spotless. The interior detailing was another story:- There was a fine film left on the front and rear glass.- Some sort of spray residue was left on the center console.- Obvious debris was left on the floor and carpeting, which the vacuuming evidently missed.- The carpets were not even close to what Id call acceptably clean. There are still several areas of carpet with tea stains, and the drivers floor mat still had dirt on it. Additionally, the still-wet floor mats were placed on top of the still-wet carpet; if I hadnt noticed this the carpet would have stayed wet for several days. 48 hours later, some of the carpet is still not completely dry.- My car still smells like industrial carpet cleaner (not pleasant) even after 48 hours of leaving the windows and doors open.In short, Im very disappointed with the service I got here. While the exterior of my car looks great, the interior (what I came for in the first place!) still has tea stains, and now smells like cleaner too.
Paid for the top wash but back bumper and rear trunk lid still dirty . Touchless may not get the rear clean but that doesnt mean that it couldnt be wiped down afterwards by the crew while car is still wet. Pretty easy to see and do. Too bad I didnt notice until after I had left. If I bought the cheapest maybe understandable but this was supposed to be the top touchless wash without a wax job.

For me personally its hit and miss, some times its a good job some times not so good, never excellent, at least not with my vehicle! Interior cleaning it most often sub par. The exterior gets a quick wipe down post auto wash, interior windshield is always patchy as is the dash dusting removal, drivers floor mats are never properly reinstalled (clicked in). Given they use two separate crews on each side of the vehicle you very often get two very different results, back to the hit and miss. I now only use this service out of necessity and wash the vehicle myself when time allows or hire a mobile detail unit. Doing it myself takes longer and its a lot more work than watching it go through the auto wash bay and then getting dried but I know the job is done properly and consistently! Plus I get a good work out! My suggestion, use this service as an emergency but not if you want a throughly clean car.
RIP OFF! When you pay $25 to get your car clean and still dirt on doors and seats you wonder why you wasted your time. I was told it was extra to wipe down door panels and seats. What I received was a $10 carwash. I am not sure as a company you pay attention to the product you are putting out there. Manager was nice enough to reclean but only because I showed him the crappy job.

One third of half a passenger seats shampooed and the stain has not reappear so I would highly recommend this establishment
Just left this place...felt like I could have done this myself. I was told they dont have a solution to wipe the interior with, Im assuming theres an upcharge for that; I should have asked instead of assuming cleaning interior involves more than a dry cloth. Ill take that loss.But besides that, there were heavy smudges in the window corners, there was some weird substance that must have rubbed off one their towels on my gear knob. Just really disappointed in the results for the money paid. Customer service was fair, which is what the stars were for.
Worth every penny!!! I took my filthy 2005 Ford Taurus to Autowashexpress for a interior detail and they did a phenomenal job. They washed the floors, seats, mats, dashboard, center console, removed all the stains, armor all on everything and a ozone treatment. The car looks 1000 times better like it just came out of the dealership.
Today (8/09/2018) was probably the worst wash I’ve had here! Paid for the Ultimate and Boy-what an Ultimate rip off! What a rush job!! Inside of all doors stiff had dirt on them, front inside windshield was streak (as was front instrument panel and monitor, lint all over from the “stinky” rags...time to look for another car wash. After today’s sloppy job I didn’t want to go argue my case (again!). They’ve been slipping for quite sometime-time to look for a new car wash.Geoff.August 20th.Not the response I expected but adding insult to injury. I know my fault!! Didn’t read the fine print. Think of it this way-I already paid a premium for the Ultimate where you did a crappy job and now you’re telling me that by paying “ a la carte” I can pay MORE to get the doors cleaned while the rest of the job suffers as well. This should be a customary practice of wiping the interior of the door. You failed to address and acknowledge the recurring issues.Managers own up to customer issues, try to address them, and don’t cite blame with their own inadequacies or failures. Good day, sir!!

Great carwash. I didnt like job done on my windshield but overall the car came out new. They can get full which will take some time.
I always go to these guys for a car wash, cause they have really customizable options and do a great job with interior cleaning in addition the the exterior.

I have been coming to this particular car wash for 5years now . Theres a new couple that owns the place now and I am highly unsatisfied with their attitudes. The man is rude and so is his wife. I asked for corporates number and they both said I am corporate .I am not subject to come back to this location again.

The last time i brought my car here for a good wash, it was 7 years ago. I wass here an entire sunday afternoon, but it was well worth it. The car at the time wqs immaculate. It looked so good. I wanna try this place again. I have a nissan now and it looks brand new. I want it looking better, inside and out.

Went to get my car wash and felt so uncomfortable when I ask the manager can I ask you 2 question he said yes....I said do you all offer police discount he said yes and I said why dont you all over military discount and i really took his answer in racist way....I will never go there again.

Ok service yet when I brought my car in they handed my car over to an elderly lady that did not realize that it was not her car. Had to wait 15 min for her to return. Manager blew it off yet it was an inconvenience and is eye opening that they workers do not check claim tickets.
Hit or miss always purchase the $27 wash and sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not too good. Today’s wash was a rather poor effort.
I have used their services several times now and have been very pleased with the results, the booking, the customer service. Ive tried other places and never been satisfied so Im pleased to have found a place I can keep coming back to.

Ok, paid today November 16th 43.92$ for car wash+hand wax, and guess what? I had to rewash my car... Windows inside or outside of the car wasnt wiped/cleand truly ... inside of the car idk if they wiped it at all, not very well vacuumed either well everything was done not good... so i didnt want to bother or even waist my time to go to make them re do everything because they supposed to do they job well at first time, But i will not go to clean my car at they Carwash ever again.. 1 star wish i could put 0 oh well..
I had my Audi A4 detailed here through the two-step process they offer about a year ago, and the work done at that time was good. However, I recently brought my car back here for another full exterior detail with a different detailer who performed the work, and later came to find out he chipped a large chunk of paint on my trunk with the machine buffer and didnt own up to his mistake. After filing an incident report, the store manager reviewed the 3+ hour video footage in less than 30 minutes and said theres no proof the detailer did damage to my vehicle, when it was clearly them who caused the damage. They couldnt even reimburse me from the damage they did to my vehicle. Their staff is full of liars. Never again will I bring my car here again. Be aware!
Damaged my Lexus IS 250 and were unwilling to repair. After getting in my car I discovered that my Leather steering wheel had been gashed. After filing an immediate claim on Saturday the General Manager Geoff Grant called Tuesday to tell me they would not fix it. They said they determined that the gash in the steering wheel was by a ring and that non of their employees where rings or jewelry except for me (Geoff). I am not married and don not wear jewelry my self. They would not own up to their damage and would prefer to loose a customer.
Husband and wife of management fight entirely too much in front of customers and staff. You guys wont make it far with those two!

Clean and new location.***-----------------------------------This comment was for another location which is now located at Six Forks and Wake Forest Rd. Any and everyone who goes to the Six Forks and Strickland Rd location knows they have a tip box which has been there since theyve been in existence which Ive used for years. This post was placed under the wrong location which my apologies are offered. Geoff your staff is 💯 percent professional and Ive never felt anything other than that. Wish you could have called me when you seen this review. So sorry about the mix up on location but Im certain their company name is close to yours thats how the review got here and I didnt look closer at the review site Google asked about leaving a review and I had just been to that car wash.
I’ve been going here for at least 10 years and now they say that they do not wipe down the interior of the doors. Is that crazy? Pay top dollar ($36) for a car wash and I would have to pay extra/ for a detail job to get my doors wiped down? You’ve just lost a long time customer.
