Please ensure paper is in the pump machines when your business customers gas up. A hand written note from your store manager means nothing to my finance and accounting manager. Oh and heres a thought maybe place a sign at the pump advising customers no receipt no paper fill up at your own risk or this trips on you not your company. And by the way, there was plenty of paper on your bathroom floor....go figure. And dont think for one minute the manager did not know the paper was out, he was the one that told me.

Didnt know Sheetz was going out of business. Figured theyd be killing it with the gas shortage. Think I may have had a choice at maybe 10-20 drinks where there would normally be 100s. Looked like the grocery store right before a hurricane. Well, I guess Ill have to go to Circle K or some mom and pops because this is the third time Ive visited this Sheetz and there was almost nothing inside. Hope it reincarnates as a 711 or something better. Please

As a previous employee of sheetz. This place is horrible. The store is horribly understocked. Drinks cups snacks etc all the employees seemed flustered and scatterbrained. The workers take no pride in the kitchen either.Ordered a loaded tots with bacon. But I guess they dont even get proper training anymore. These guys can even take the extra 2 seconds to cut the bacon.Shame on yall

Great gas station and convinence store combined into 1. You get gas, can do car wash discount with buying gas also if your tire needs air thy got u coverrd an also vacuumin yur car. Thy also got a car charger 4 the electric cars. Everything is good inside. Thy have the new freestyle coke machinez 1 of reasons 2 come bac 2 this location because none of the other 1z i have gone 2 evn new 1 on glenwood ave. Doesnt have it. Only 2 things that the store can work on is cleaning by the fountain machinez counters always sticky or the floor is vice versa. Second is slow in stockin items. Some times shelves are stocked very low an. The ready 2 made order stuff is ok just depends on employee bac ther making it .Besides that great place 2 come bac 2 only unless Wawa comes into the triangle market it will give Sheetz a run 4 itz money until than Sheetz is the gas station to beat in the triangle market.

Drink cases or coolers are never filled but when you look through to the freezer area there are carts filled with beverages but never on the shelf. And its not due to a shortage of people because theres 10 people in their working in the morning so why is it so hard to stock beverages..

I had two .05 rewards from what your app said, I went to pump 12 and it was refusing to read my tap chip. After the second try, the pump rebooted itself. I waited for several minutes before finally backing up to pump 6, where I was not prompted about my points.

Their breakfast burrito is the biggest burrito on Earth!This is one of the nicer Sheetz and all-around best gas station / convenience store in all of North Carolina. Easy access from I-40 and Cary and Raleigh.

Sheetz is a magical place full of many delicious and fun food options, both made-to-order and ready to go. Best gas station food Ive ever had! I highly recommend the iced salted caramel lattes. The people that work there have always been pleasant. Curbside pickup service has been prompt. I just noticed today (June 2020) that they got a 100 on their sanitation score. The only negative to this particular location is that the traffic flow in the parking lot can get a bit nerve-wracking with cars coming and going in multiple directions without slowing down or looking out for others, especially when it gets busy. Other than that, the service is great!

I love sheetz but when I’m out late at night I can never find a either a warm cup of coffee here or fresh creamer it’s like nobody drinks coffee at night I guess

Its nice of Sheetz(this location, not all)--an equal opportunity, all-are-welcomed employer--to allow people to loiter in an effort to spread their self-absorbed message.Ive come here occasionally over the past year, and nearly every time, every single time regardless of the hour, this guy has been here soaking up the free WiFi....his vehicle parked where everyone can see his leaders emblem, his seat chosen and laptop placed strategically so that everyone can see the message of hate plastered on his laptops cover. Im guessing that buying a drink every hour means that it isnt loitering, or that this location agrees with him.

I love to bring my wife here for date night. ❤️❤️❤️The gasoline is not too expensive here. They have a good selection of candy. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with paper goods.The hot dogs are mediocre, but there are a lot of ways to customize them. One issue is that Sheetz likes to play around with the computer interface for ordering food to encourage you to order more and to upsell. One time I found that I had accidentally ordered nacho cheese on my hot dogs although I did nothing to elect nacho cheese on them. Luckily I noticed this quickly on my receipt and they were able to correct the problem before I paid extra for the nacho cheese.The pizza here is mediocre, but it comes out hot.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive seen some come and go but its always good to see Micheal Jacksons face. Hes been with this store for years and always provides stellar service. Definitely one of the harder workers and more friendly of the staff. Though the service can was and wane with employees, Micheals work is second to none.

Great place to stop and get gas, snacks, drinks, or even lunch.The gas prices are low, not the best gas you can put in your car but you get what you pay for.They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Basically any drink you can think of, they probably have. I love when they have the Oreo hot chocolate.They have a lot of snacks to pick from as well. From fruit at Debbie cakes. Or you can order something from their kitchen as well.I went through the car wash. The car wash is well priced and definitely gets your car clean.Great place for basically any need. Came here last week with my mom to get ice cream for my grandma who was in hospice. The cashier, Michael, could not have been nicer and literally made our entire week. If only everyone could be as positive and friendly as he was!! He deserves a medal.

Im a Sheetz fan - but this particular Sheetz has one thing that is different. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine - so you can customize your beverages - and you can still get them with your Sheetz discount. Never had a bad experience here. I go to this Sheetz even if another one is closer to me. :-)

I enjoy coming to this Sheetz location for my gas and snacks when I want them. I do wish that like many other locations I have been to, that this one had a drive through, because its sometimes annoying to stand around inside waiting for my order to be ready. Other than that, none of the employees have ever been rude to me any time I have shared any concerns with anyone there, it was followed up on quickly and any issues were successfully resolved.

Ive been going to this sheetz for years. Beyond perfect customer service. Today I bought gas and drove off by mistake. I came back an hour later and Trevor actually remembered me at the register, knew what I purchased, and David spent 10 minutes digging through receipts to help me get the gas I paid for. It meant a LOT to me and I dont remember ever feeling so valued as a customer.

I recently moved to Raleigh three weeks ago. I have stopped here for late night dinner orders and it was either not done the way it was ordered or items were missing. Good to say I will just be stopping here for gas from now on

The gas is cheap and I can get my car washed at the same time. Theyve also got food snacks coffee alcohol pretty much anything you could want!

This is a pretty new Sheetz, and if youve been to one, youve been to them all. I love how this one has a seating area to sit down and eat (like a real fast casual place), but as mentioned by other reviews, their prices are a little higher than other Sheetz.In addition to the higher price, their parking lot design is an exercise in frustration when theyre busy.

Friendly staff, good food, inexpensive gas! Pretty good beer selection, especially for a gas station. The car wash isnt bad. By far the best thing though is the FREE air for inflating your tires. It also is automatic; just set the desired PSI and it will do the rest!

Havent been to this Sheetz in a few months with HOPES they had improved. Not surprisingly, they havent. By far one of the dirtiest unkept Sheetz Ive ever been to, and dont even think about ordering even the simplest food item unless you have about 35-45 minutes you want to kill. Im usually impressed by Sheetz, but this location makes me wish we had a WaWa or a competitor close by.

Its a convenient store. In that regard, its pretty nice. The prices are a bit high but they have a good beer selection, so thats nice.

By FAR the slowest Sheetz Ive ever been to. Food is good and selection is great but it consistently takes 20 minutes for them to make your food while others never go above 10 even during rush hour.

Their soda machines are always out, they typically only have one cashier no matter what hours of the day and the line gets super backed up. On a positive note, their food is delicious and their drinks are very refreshing for an affordable price. They also always have good combination meals.

Line moves pretty quickly, employees are competent enough to open more registers when it gets busy. Always organized and fairly clean. Plenty of parking, about 16 or so pumps. It is close to a major road/intersection so there are people there all the time, but it does slow down considerablly after the rush hours.

Good Sheetz. I have ate here a few times, so far everything has been good so far. Drink machines are usually out of syrup.

For a gas station, excellent... the food, not so much. Im not sure how you can ruin bacon cheese fries, but Sheetz manages even that. The burgers are dry and tasteless. Stick to any other actual fast food chain if youre hungry, or pick up some munchies from the great assortment of groceries (for a gas station), just stay away from their kitchen.

Good selection of food that is a several cus above what you would find at most convenience stores. The made to order food is cheap and usually served quickly. Wish they had frozen yogurt at all locations.

Love it that they have free air with a pressure meter that can be preset. Finaly some service back in gas stations. I hate to be nickel and dimed. Will give them more business because of that than I otherwise would.

The Kernersville store is the worst one in the system. The truck diesel pumps are broken more time than they work which cost drivers time. The restrooms are dirty most if the time. If I had another outlet for diesel fuel closer I would use it

Usually the gas price at Sheetz is slightly higher than the others. But Sheetz offers free air pump, and you can get your car washed here (by machine). Also, they have a grocery store for a quick bite. So, you can do many things at one place.

Love this sheetz. Hiphop place to get gas and a wonderful convenience store with everything you need. Sometimes the air machine (which is free) does not function properly, instead of filling air it lets it out, so might want to be a little careful with that. Great place overall!

I go here everyday. The people are always friendly and they have a large selection. Gas prices are competitive and car wash is good too.

The made to order menu is great. The food is fresh and delicious. Everytime Im on a time crunch, or my late night hunger kicks in, this is where I head to and have never been disappointed :)

I am a Sheetz fan! Not only can I get $.03 off for gas (with my Sheets card), I can get what I want to eat. You can order hot food, smoothies according to your taste (I usually get the wings). In addition, their snack options are very nice (fruit, chocolate, muffins, donuts, etc.). I can always get what my stomach desires at Sheetz.

Go for the food food food! The menu choices are so different and interesting!!! And the food is terrific, Sheetz is changing the way we think about gas station fare, and theyre killing it too; check it out!

Tested the flex fuel and found it to be about E80-85 (4/22/17).Other than that, everyone in the area knows what a Sheetz is. Huge gas station with surprising good made to order food and tons of snacks and drinks.

The employees here rock! They know me and my fiance by name and even have things ready for us we buy regularly sometimes at the counter before we ask some days since we frequent this location often. Restrooms are always clean and they are very promt with food service as well as cashiering. Love Sheetz but particularly this location.

Convenient place to get gas off of i40. Often it is very crowded and there is difficulty getting a pump. Expect to wait to get gas. The car wash is broken sometimes. The line to get in the car wash is often long. Id recommend getting here early and expect to stay a while.

Sheetz gas stations are usually top notch, clean, and have a wide selection. The made to order grill is very convenient, and not too expensive, and they usually have adequate people there to handle the busy times.

Dont order food or drink here!!! Takes FOREVER and they either burn it, dont follow directions and make it taste nasty or give your order to someone else. Just ordered my usual frozen mocha and the guy made it taste like straight up chocolate syrup, no coffee in it at all. Had to throw it out, waste of time and money. I usually have good experiences at other Sheetz locations but this one is a BAD EGG. Youll just regret coming here, trust me.

The gas station was excellent the inside was very clean the only problem I experienced was the cashier did not put all the cash I put on the gas pump I had to go back inside to get the rest of the money put on the gas pump.

The floor was sticky, couldnt find lids for the cups...this could be more due to the customers but it was frustrating
