Had a membership with Splash around 5 months now. Nothing but a great experience so far. Love the way my truck continues to shine!

Getting my car wash is a rare treat I allow myself. I was surprised that people who were members got their front and rear bumpers washed before entering the carwash. I am not a member, so they didnt wash my bumpers. When I was finished with the car wash, I went looking for towels, I was told only members were allowed towels. If I had known this, I would of brought one. The car wash, did a pretty good job, but it missed the passenger side front panel. I had a napkin and tried getting the dirt off. Like I said, this a treat to spend money to get my car washed. I have used them before and was very pleased. I will not be using them in the future, because of not washing the front and rear bumpers, side panel not washed and not being able to use towels.

This is my go-to car wash now. A lot of other surrounding car washes have declined in quality! This one remains the best- they always have staff available and ready, vacuums always work, car wash is always top notch when I roll out! Thank you!

Paid for the ceramic wash, and when I left, there was residue along my front windows and windshield. The body of my car had residual dirt all over it. I had to basically re-wash my car when I got home, rinsing didnt fix it. Dont waste your money.

I got the 20$ car wash, the employees were super nice and the concept is very awesome! Towels available to use, vacuuming, compressed air. I was able to get the inside of the car super clean. However, I did have to do a fair amount of detailing on the outside. For the max car wash level I do wish the outside was a little cleaner and did not need as much detailing. I would be back however would get the lower level wash for a quick touch up.

This is the best car wash I have found in the area. Employees all did a good job prepping my truck for the wash. The only improvement would be the tire shine.

Decent prices, clean facility and parking lot, friendly employees, and a nice sized parking lot to accommodate for busy days. Did not encounter anyone playing loud music or smoking, which is a plus!!! Also, they offer vacuums and micro fiber towels for drying off.

A good place to get a quick wash. Their system rinses better than most and they have the air nozzles that work great for blowing out the crevices.

This was the worse car wash experience I’ve ever had. My car was not prepped or had any kind of scrub even to the front bumper to remove any bugs. The car wash didn’t get any of the bug debris off the front. You could not tell my car had even been through a wash. A complete waste of money.

8/22/2021 I was vacuuming my car and 2 young men came out to tell me that their boss had told them to cut the vacuum systems off at 8:30 pm. I apologized for being so late and told them that I had 2 minutes more of vacuuming left to do. They cut the system down anyway and laughed amongst themselves.I thought this was very unprofessional and childish. Lynn from Apex

A great car washing service! Lots of options and I appreciate that the automated system still uses the felt brushes instead of just water jets. The vacuums are free with any purchase, which is a deal in and of itself.

Interesting experience. Just bought a new truck and wanted to try out this car wash. The carwash cleaned the car well, but pulled my side mirror in the wrong direction and pulled rood rack liner right off of roof. Easy fixes, but things that should not happen.

Amazing service with wonderful staff! Though, my car was still a bit dirty within the small cracks. Overall, just a wonderful car wash at an okay price.

The monthly deal is a great value. It pays for itself after the 2nd wash. The people are friendly and the machines do a good job.

$10 for the basic machine wash. My car was still filthy after. They try to upsell you or get you to buy a membership a lot. The vaccums are great but no rags or wipes offered anymore.

I enjoyed going freely when I needed to wash or vacuum, but sadly canceled once I started noticing scratches. Going laser from now on.

Im normally not a fan of automatic washes, but this one is the exception! Gets my car super clean, free vacuums, towels and cleaner for me to do the interior too! The wash club is awesome and allows me to wash my car frequently for one flat price! My only suggestion would be to keep towels stocked better (I often have to go inside to get them) and sweep or blow the parking lot off. Nothing worse than vacuuming your car just to step in dirt in the lot and track into your clean car.

This is a great car wash! My car was spotless after the wash - much cleaner than numerous other car washes I have tried in town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The free vacuums, microfiber towels, glass cleaner and compressed air are all included in the price of the wash. The facility is immaculate. Can’t beat the price or quality of the wash for what you get.

Great place. Its not touchless but I havent noticed any dents/dings on my 2019 F250. They pressure wash any built up dirt/mud/debris from your vehicle before you enter the automatic portion of the car wash. You must clean inside and wipe down yourself but its great value, especially with the monthly pass!

This car wash is top-notch. Vacuums work like no other place Ive experienced. Really get a deep cleansing for exterior wash.

A little over priced, but still affordable

Very nice car wash. Costs a good chunk of change but does the job well. The flashing LED lights are kind of a novelty but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Quite disappointed that there was no signage indicating that the self wipe down and final cleaning is no longer available due to the virus, though how wiping down ones vehicle spreads the virus is beyond my understanding. The wash has always done a marginal job on my pickup - bugs in front, back window, tonneau cover, and rear bumper/tailgate, and crevasses in wheels, not to mention door and frame posts. However, Ive accepted finishing those areas myself after the truck is wetted and partially clean.I would not have wasted full price for a deluxe wash that leaves out getting the truck clean had I known beforehand that the self services were not available. If I have to get out the buckets and hose at home to finish the second half of the job, might as well have done the whole job at home and saved the $21.

Full car wash with automatic tire gloss, free vacuuming anytime as many as you want for a low monthly fee......priceless!

We had a problem at the kiosk. There is no other option but to go up into the wash area. We waved over one of the staff members to ask what to do about the $22 dollar charge when we wanted a $7 wash. First she threw her arms up and approached us with an attitude. Then when we asked he how to correct it she got snotty and said it was on the menu and rolled her eyes. Never have i been treated so poorly when patroning a business. I will NEVER go here again and neither will you if you dont want to be treated with disrespect.

Hands down best car wash in town. Eddie and the rest of the crew are fantastic. Always go above and beyond their daily duties. You cant beat the price and the customer service. And most of all you cannot beat the way your car comes out of the car wash . No more auto bell for us.

Splash car wash is quick and does a good job getting car clean. During covid time it is frustrating that they have their vacuums open but are not providing towels they provided precovid. Vacuums are more likely to spread illness than a towel you use and discard.Repsonse to owners response: Thanks for your response. I can see the problem with people placing dirty towels with clean. Be a little creative and find a way to dispense towels in a different place than where they are discarded, like in the office behind the counter and one has to request. Post a sign to this effect.

Best car wash for miles and miles

I used to enjoy coming to this car wash but I had a horrible experience September 2018. The camera showed damage to my vehicle and I was told by management that my vehicle would be fixed. It has been 9 months and now the manager is saying that he will not fix my car. He was supposed to call me and update me but he has not called me back or responded to my email. I understand that accidents happen but poor customer service by management is the worst! I love the concept and services offered but I will not be returning until there is a new manager. The manager is Rickey Stewart and unfortunately he still works there. My glass was damaged and rear windshield arm was taken off. The camera showed it and both managers agreed to get me a new arm and fix it. It has been 9 months and now Rickey Stewart who provides poor customer service states that he will not do anything. While I have chosen not to come back along with some other family members there are employees there that have to work alongside him and were very apologetic for his unprofessionalism. This is my first time writing a review for a company and I hope the owners value their customers and employees more than this.

Love this place. The car wash does a great job cleaning the car and the employees are quick and make everything easier. Even when its busy their is plenty of parking and vacuum stations. The vacuums have good power as well and they have plenty of micro fiber rags for everyone.

I have the monthly pass and love that I can zip in there on my way home from work and never have to stop. They also have nice vacuums and microfiber towels you can use to clean your car. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I got a new car shortly after I bought my pass and they happily transferred it to my new car.

Free vacuum, spray, and rags to help you finish up after the wash. They have a machine for washing floor mats and if you have rubber mats the staff will take them inside and spray them off for you. They also offer a monthly package that I may look into.

Great car wash, incredible customer service

First time going today. We took both our vehicles to be washed and got the $20 wash. Our little girl loved going through the wash and watching the lights. It did a good job to be automated. Both vehicles had some spots that the auto wash missed but thats kind of expected. I really liked the vacuum and detailing spots to polish everything off after going through the wash and the provided towels help a lot. We will definitely be back.

Always have a good experience here and the whole process is a breeze and if you go at certain times there have happy hours which you can get a deal on the more expensive washes. I go about twice a month definitely a great place to wash your car. They also include a place to vacccum and wipe your car down. Staff is friendly and helpful as well!

As a thank you for borrowing my Moms SUV I took it to Splash and got the $20 automated car wash. Childhood memories were conjured of sitting in the car while the car is going through the machine with cool lights and loud noises. I am left with a vehicle that looks excellent for the 10 minutes it took for the entire process to be completed.The staff was friendly and professional. The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend and will be visiting again the next time I need a car wash.

Love this place. Friendly staff. I have a small SUV. Car Wash never gets the back of my SUV clean. I have to use a towel to clean the back. Love the Early Bird price. I am happy with this place.

Stopped by to get a car wash today, and was pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. Towels and Windex were available after, along with vacuums and a blower. Vacuumed out the car and used the provided floor mat cleaner. Very nice, and Ill definitely be back again.

I went for a complimentary car wash today, and Im so glad I did!It was by far the best car wash I have ever gone through, even the one where you get out and let them take it through and wipe it down.I vacuumed my self with the most powerful vacs Ive ever seen, AND they have a machine to put your carpeted mats through at no additional charge, which did a superb job!This is my regular car wash, for sure.Please try it, youll love it, and then I know it will stay there for my future washes.Also, very friendly staff who were happy to show how to use everything for my first visit.Oh! I forgot to say how FUN it was going through the wash with the lights! Didnt expect that! I will bring my grandsons next time for an adventure!

I am a Fast Pass member and Im very happy. The crew is friendly and efficient. The wash process removes the bugs from my windshield and hood and leaves my car and tires sparkling. A simple wipe down inside and out, a quick vacuum, and a pass of my floormats through their mat cleaner and I am ready to go! Very glad that you joined our community.

Prices are aligned with most automated car washes and it does a decent job. Definitely wont replace a hand wash but worth it for larger cars. Id come back as its convenient and saves time.

We have a membership now. My kids LOVE it and the lava excited them enough that they help with cleaning the car. Great way to get kids to help with responsibility.

Car wash itself is good, the customer service however is disappointing. They had a special for $12 a few months ago that gave you a full spec wash, little did I know this was actually a subscription service. I immediately asked one of the workers to cancel the subscription, and he assured me after running inside that there will not be a recurring charge.3 months later I’ve been charged every month for a car wash service I’m not using. I’ve had to chargeback on my card and they’re still charging me every month, ended up having to order a new credit card to prevent them from leaching $12 off me every month.Be careful that you do not sign up for a subscription. The advertising makes it seem like a one-time-wash for specials, in reality it’s a subscription that is very difficult to cancel. I’ll be washing my car at home from now on.
