Overcharged me for a $2 vac charged me 7x that ($14.50) twice. Called the business after hours to leave a voicemail so the company can get back to me. The owner called me at 1:50am to tell me not to call him late (keep in mind I was under the impression that this is a business and my call would go to a voicemail) & ask me how much money I wanted.I informed him it’s not the money that’s the issue it’s the concept that he’s running a janky car wash. Half the machines don’t work and the ones that do take $14.50 per vacuum. He tried to convince me that the $14.50 is just a hold but that’s not the case. It’s been almost a month and I never received $12.50 back into my account

Great self-serve power wash place. All the bays work and it takes credit cards. The best part of using your card is it charges you by how much time you use up to 15 mins and you don’t have to stop and reload quarters. Highly recommend.

This is a gem in Raleigh! First, I would advise anyone using this service to have cash and quarters -preferably singles. If you do end up using a card you will have a card hold of $14.50. This place does provide that info as a heads up. I had cash on hand so I had no issue using their machines. Second, its easy to use their services. I myself wanted to rinse off the dried up pollen and debris, and mainly used rinse and soap settings. Would I go back? Yes! Should you use this self service car wash? Uh yes!

Just for the record, yall be lucky to be able to wash your hands much less your car at this place, keep driving right on by youll find another place!!!!

Definitely needs a little updating... sometimes the soap doesnt work.

Been coming here for years, always clean and well kept. All equipment is in good working condition

I don’t know why I continue to try to wash my car at this place. I’ve lived here 7 years and only been successful washing my car 3 or 4 times. It is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS broken and out of service. I don’t know how they manage to stay in business. Don’t waste your time....

In need of maintenance! Tried three different vacuum machines. The first two would not accept my credit card nor cash. The third finally accepted my $5 bill and turned on, but suction was (at best) a 5 out of 100. Wasted $5.

This place is horrible. Vacuums want suck the loose dirt from the floor. Don’t waste your time or money with this rip off place.

Clean and spacious bays to hand wash your car yourself. Three stars because it costs $3.50 for just over 4 minutes of water. I go there anyway because these kinds of car washes are dying out and I prefer to hand wash it myself.

Good value! You can get a good wash here for half or what they charge in bigger places. The washes all work but they dont have all the options that are on the knob.

Do Not use your cc or debit for services. Cash only! Ran out of cash and decided to use my card to finish vacuuming. Ran it only at the vacuum not at the car wash, watched the screen count to $2.00. Get home to pay some bills and notice $14.50 charge from the company. May just be a temporary hold, but thats crazy! Once it processes if it doesnt clear for only the $2.00 my bank thankfully will refund the charge and report the company. Its self serve and vacuum worked better than some Ive been to, just make sure to use only cash. However the hold fee is unacceptable for a two dollar charge, especially without notification.

I came here after the fact of seeing that a $2.00 vacuum was showing up as $14.50, when I checked my account. Hopefully on Monday the money will be put back. I will never use my credit card at a machine like that ever again. Why is their a $14.50 hold for $2.00. Thats crazy and of course I wasnt able to contact anyone at this company.

The autowash works well and is much cheaper than next door. The self wash is also good. Always seems clean and maintained.

Somewhat hidden spot, good prices, was there while maintenance was on site, definitely a friendly knowable group.

HORRIBLE! Dont waste your time or money. Used a self service bay...and soap spray which seemed to work well. Turned dial to rinse and attempted to rinse the soap off. For a full 5 mins small amounts of soap was still coming from the wand and I couldnt fully rinse my car. Finally turned dial to spot free rinse and the soap issue seemed to stop. By the time I was done I had been there for 10+mins. I used my CC which I didnt realize doesnt have time limit so you are continuously charged. This horrible car wash ended up costing me $15!! Wont be back!

The actual wash isnt terrible but it does leave something to be desired. The parking lot however is riddled with pot holes that hold standing water for days. One such puddle directly at the end of carwash tunnel ruined my $10 wash.

Place sucks horribly. They didnt give me my car wash and when I called the number (the one in cary) it was someone total unaware of whats going on. I will get my money back and will be also compensated for the inconvenience. P.s. they also place a hold on your account when using credit or debit. Do yaself a favor and stay away!!!!
