Time before last, no soap was dispensed and sprayers were not working properly, so I had to go home and wash truck myself. Reported it but got zero response. This last time, empty fuel cans blew out of pickup in front of me. They landed precisely where my front wheels would run over them, one on each side, so I dared not run over them. Id already paid for my wash, but couldnt get one. Of course, theres no attendant to help. Ill never go back there again.

One of the wash bays was non functional. The pull in to stop controls were funky and it told me to stop and then told me to pull up more after it thought about it some. Also kind of a rip off where the basic wash does not include a blower dry cycle??? Like what??Wash looked decent for a touchless wash though. Didnt quite remove a bird poop though.

$13 rain x. I understand “no touch”, but this just didn’t come close to cleaning car. Modest dirt finished with wet modest dirt. Sudsy and muddy is all I got.

Go / stop indicator lights barely functioned entering the wash which should’ve been a red flag from the start. Water pressure was inadequate, like someone lightly spraying a hose. The soap did nothing, then the poor water pressure couldn’t even remove the bubbles completely. $13 down the drain and we had to go to a different car wash down the road. Save your money and go to Sam’s Express not this scam of a car wash.

No brushes to clean dried-on dirt. High-pressure water blast car washes are for “shining up” clean cars only.

Not sure what all could be said about a car wash. I use this one because it is touchless. Last week the stall I was in broke which I reported via email. Not a week later and the owner sent me a GC for a few free washes for my inconvenience. Great customer service!

Disappointed. Did not remove road film. Paid for $15 wash but didnt get expected results. Had to go to another place to finally get car clean. Not going back.

First stall is not working. I payed for a car wash last Friday. I got charged but the wash was not working. I have emailed twice no response. I have tried calling and the phone line is disconnected.

The car wash miscalculated the size of.our mini van and didnt wash the back of the car. I have sent 2 communications to the company with no response. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the service and lack of response.

Put a 5 dollar bill into the vacuum, the machine kept pulling it back and forth then ate it. Nobody answered the phone number, it had a busy signal.

Total waste of money. All it does is rinse your car off no matter what level of dirt. There’s no scrubbing just spraying water at it.

Although the first vacuum I used ate my money the second was good. And they give going a decent amount of time to vacuum.

Wash is under new management. New chemicals and upgrades. Got a great wash today. Back to being the best touchless wash around for us who don’t like brushes beating out cars.

Love using the vacuums to clean out the inside but my $13 car wash didn’t clean a thing on the outside. I take my dog on car rides and he left tends to drool all over the windows. The windows looked just as dirty as before and there were still bugs and dirt stuck all over the front of my car. Maybe it was just my wash but it’s a little disappointing :(

Ive never used a brushless carwash before, so I have nothing to compare my experience to, but for $13 (top package), my car wasnt very clean when it came out. I clean my car often, so it wasnt that dirty. Bugs were still stuck on the front of my car, there was a film on the side windows, and my car had a fair amount of water left on it. I can see using this in the winter as a quick way of removing salt, but I dont think Ill be back.

I dont like to give a poor rating but, I purchased the ultimate wash for $12. First, it didnt give me a receipt, second, it didnt dry my car !!! I tried to reach the office/owner; I cant even leave a message !!! Id be willing to try it again if by chance I get a response to this posting as Im sure things break from time to time. Well see what happens next.....

Poor wash, and vacuum hose wasnt attached. I can wipe my fingers in the wet dirt left on the back of my car. I paid to vacuum, there was no suction, the hose was detached, I was able to cram it back in place a couple of times, decided Ill do it at home with a better vacuum and a part that can get crevices better. I called the #, got some recording with loads of static then a busy signal, twice.

Does a typical job at cleaning but most of the time the CC reader is down and the price is for sure high considering Autobell wash charges $4 baseline rateRoll up to the control panel and select a wash package from the four choices. Swipe a card and roll up your window. Wash quality is okay but should be better for the price. Dryers are fixed so you have to drive out slowly for the best dry.

Bad experience like many others, wash didnt wash, just sprayed water several times leaving dirt, pollen, bird doo, etc. Called the number for the business listed on the wall at the establishment, no return call. One time I called, mailbox was full, but later took a message so someone is clearing out messages, guess nobody cares. This was used to be good, what happened?

I used the second bay, paid the $11 for the wash, for it not to work properly. No water pressure, and left my car covered in soap! I tried to email, and they were sent back undelivered, so I tried to call the number which was not accepting calls at this time. Terrible service!

Waste of money. Wish I read the reviews here. Im confused how this place is still in working order. It took my money on one machine and didnt give it back. And I called about 3 times, and I didnt get an answer. Then I use another machine and it didnt clean no dirt off of my car. Shouldve went to autobell.

I have lost money at least three times. Finally learned my lesson. The contact numbet dosent work.Stay away it will take your money at vaccum or no suction.Shut it down.

After visiting the car wash a few times, I decided to enroll in the membership program, where you pay $35/month for unlimited washes. Its been a month now, and I havent received my membership card in the mail. I e-mailed them a week ago, and havent heard back. Today I called the phone number on their site, and it appears the number is disconnected. So, basically I paid for a months service and was unable to utilize it. The wash does a somewhat decent job, but DO NOT sign up for the membership. You will be ripped off. Im going to the BBB about this.

Best touch-free car wash Ive ever seen.

First bay said out of service so I went to the second one. I selected my wash and swiped my card. All was accepted and pulled forward to find out that bay was not working. Called number provided on machine to get mailbox is full message. Emailed email address provided to get bad email address reply back. Card got charged the $10 and no way to contact Wash and Roll on their malfunctioning car wash. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Very shady!!

I just got a car wash 5 minutes ago and only have cash so I put in a $20 bill for an $11 car Wash and only got four quarters back in change. When will I get my $8 overcharge back?? Your customer service phone number for this location is inactive.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I went for service yesterday only to be scammed and my money taken from me. The machine took payment but no car wash ! I’ve tried calling their office number and no one reaches back out. I’ve sent an email only for it to come back as a fake email account. I’ve already notified the BBB. Completely unprofessional!!

Good car wash and great vacuums

Their express wash is an insult. Hardly any soap was sprayed onto my car. The low pressure water didnt remove the dirt. Not even the courtesy to dry my car. I threw away $7 that day. I do not recommend this service at all!

Didnt half wash my little truck and no one around to resolve the issue. Never again.

Left bay does NOT dry your car. No receipt. Called the number listed on Google, left a voice mail but no reponse. Happened months ago as well but figured they would have fixed it by now, but I guess not.

I washed 2 vehicles there. The first was my wifes Honda Odyssey. Hardly cleaned it at all. The back of the van looked like it wasnt cleaned at all and the wheels were still very dirty. The roof was also very dirty. Today I figured Id try it again on my Chevy Cruze (figuring maybe its just not good on minivans) to wash off the crap from the recent snow. The wheels were still dirty, The machine didnt rinse the suds completely from the car before applying the wax, and afterwards, I saw that the lower portions of the door panels still had dirt on them. I dont expect perfection from an automatic car wash, but Id like my car to look like it was washed.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! It sprayed soap on my car and didnt wash it off! I called the owner 3x and left 3 voicemails and have still not had a phone call returned.

The place is a rip off. The phone number posted gets no answer after multiple calls and has no voicemail. The email address comes back undeliverable. Beware to all and shame on the owners.

Purchased the 12$ wash. Didnt do the clear coat or the triple foam. This was the left side when you pull up.

Dont get any package with triple foam. Barely covers the car on the front and back of vehicle. Not worth the extra 💵💰.

My husband just took his car here and it took his money but didnt wash the car just the undercarriage! Called number and no answer, dont go here.

Purchased a $10 Deluxe wash. The right arm did not dispense any soap and the Spot Free Rinse did not work, based on all the spots that appeared after my car dried. Contacted them twice via their email and called once, left a message. Im still waiting to hear from them.
