If you go here the service is hit or miss. A couple times I went through I received great service, and other times not so much. Depending on the time of day, you hardly get suds on your vehicle.Just water and brushes. Also, they have the cars pile up to close. someone almost hit my vehicle. Not to mention, the receipt states if it rains within 48 hours, you get a free wash. It rained back to back days and I called the store to see if they would still honor it. I was assured I could still get my car washed, but when I arrived I was accused of lying. A gentleman with dreads stated that I didn’t speak with anyone and since he’s the manager, he would know if anyone was spoken too. Imagine being a member of the armed forces just getting off work, and your accused of lying about a car wash.. regardless, the customer service could be better, and your overall experience depends on who you encounter. This should not be the case.

This is my favorite self serve carwash!They provide micro fiber clothes and spray to clean your car, inside and out. They have a dedicated vacuum for your floor mats to feed through.I love the detail tool that blows all the dust from those hard to reach areas in your car, as well as the large vacuum that are powerful. The employees that I have encountered are very friendly, respectful and helpful.

These folks did right by me - after someone dropped a 5 gallon bucket of white paint on Capital Ave in the middle of the day, I had white paint on my new car. Drove right over to Hugo’s and I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They worked hard to help me “save” the paint job on my car and get all the paint off. This car wash is absolutely the best around and I would drive out of my way to go here in the future!!!!

Pulled up for a quick wash 🧼 and was immediately helped at the drive up whom advised he was the local manager here! Very helpful and informative. I ended up purchasing the monthly service (great value & great price) especially if you have messy kids! Manager was very nice & personable. In this hot weather he was interacting with his customers! Makes a difference when you’re spending money. Car wash was great! She’s shining and ready to hit the road. Good experience. See y’all next week.

Awesome service from attendant. Was offered towels and spray for mirrors and windows. The parking lot was clean and vacuums suction stream was powerful. Baby look good.

Love this carwash. I have the $20 monthly deal. Its so easy, the way its set up. The camera scans my sticker and I can just go thru without ever rolling down my window. I also like that the vacuum is free. Awesome staff here as well

If you live near you must get the membership which is about 20 dollars or so for each month. You can wash your car once every day if you wish. Plus you get to vacuum your car for free. This place has wash clothes and spray bottles with blue liquid to clean the inside of your car. I would recommend this place

This place is decent for the price you do pay. Ive been there a few times and they do have towels and pray after you wash your car, you might have to actually walk up and ask..dont be lazy yourself. My wheels do repaint dirty but to be honest I would just clean it with a rag. Other than that, place is excellent.

Great service. After the wash a guy with the cool cross earing came around asking how the wash was. Some bugs stayed on. He came with a spray and took care of it. They have windex and rags to use to dry and wash inside. Vacuum had great suction. Air compressor to clean vents and small areas and an automatic floor mat cleaner. Very impressive.

The person behind me literally almost collided into my car and I almost crashed into the person ahead of me. They put way too many cars in at the same time!! I had to actually take my car out of neutral and drive ahead so that there wouldn’t be an accident. Never returning. The vacuums also NEVER seem to work correctly.

Have the unlimited top tier package. They advertise wash as often as you want but am only allowed to use once per day. I usually wash in the morning on the way home from work. After sitting in parking lot all day, my car is covered in pollen. Have to wait to next day to wash again. Most places have a fair use policy of twice a day. But not here, and for the price, thats just wrong.

The machines arent doing well with cleaning my truck. I usually try to go almost everyday. They dont put out cloths to dry. The vacuums do ok. I have a montly subscription and Im thinking its not worth the 29 pr so dollars a month at this time. It was better when not as many folks went. So maybe its the soap their now using or how often the clean the machines... but something g has changed

I love this place! It has changed my life. I’m a member of the unlimited car wash club, and this is the first time, in years, that I wash and vacuum my own car. I actually enjoy visiting Hugo’s. They have friendly staff who value customer service. The management is very knowledgeable and courteous. They are located in a great location. (Corner of Capital Blvd and Spring Forest Road) I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood as one of the newest businesses. I highly recommend this place. I’ve already been singing their praises to all my friends and family.

Make sure you check your credit card statement, I canceled with them from may and they been charging me until December I went there 2 times and called they say pring you bank statements I took them there and showed them they giving me the run around phone games, i was trying nicely they won’t help I called my Cc company to dispute the chargers .some kids there playing games .

I have visited this car wash many times since it first opened. The operators are very friendly and help you order your car wash. Please note tax is added to the car wash!! After the wash they offer you spray cleaner and unlimited rags to clean you car!! The vacuums are great! 😁

Be careful. When you join, you agree to have auto draft from your bank. However, if you dont watch and you dont use the car wash, they still charge your card and CAN increase the monthly charge without notification in writing to you (they just have to post it at their site 30 days prior). Good customer services would say that if havent used the wash in months that in good faith, they would refund you a couple of months. TERRIBLE customer service. Will go out of my way NOT to use this car was again!

I like that its not touchless and actually has scrubbers, it cleaned my car very well on the cheapest one! I also like that they offer window cleaner and towels to use for free (must return) in addition to free vacuuming. They also have a machine that beats the dirt loose on your floor mats. The only thing I dont like is either there are no vending machines or I couldnt find them

I drive 20 minutes to come to Hugo’s just for the great vacuums. I made the trip tonight at 8pm like usual and everything was shut down. I asked the attendant why the equipment was off and he stated they just closed. Both Google and Hugo’s website show a 9pm closing time.

I bought the $20 car wash. Top of the line- the whole shebang. This included getting the bug spray which would have gotten that off the front of my car. It didn’t- hardly at all. My windshield also had all the bugs on that too. But the part that really ticks me off is now my wheel has curb rash! It’s clearly from the thing they put your wheels in because it even has yellow residue on it which, surprise, the drive through wash has a yellow thing you drive your car into. Mind you this is my drivers wheel too, so it wouldn’t be from parallel parking since that would get my passenger wheels.Overall I’m unsatisfied and feel like the effects I got from this $20 car wash I could’ve gotten with a hose in the back yard, and I wouldn’t have a rashed wheel either.

Great friendly staff. Between the soap and the crazy lights that change color its kind of like the boat trip in the original Willie Wonka with Gene Wilder. Worth the money just for that.

This car wash has caused me to lose 2 wheel hole covers. I was lied to that I probably lost them before running my car through the wash but that was a lie because I checked my car out before I ran my vehicle through the wash. I was told they would check for it after the wash closed for the day however I was called about an hour later saying they didn’t find it—of course you didn’t find it because no one looked for it. I was at the car wash around 8:30 in the morning!! Will not take my car back there again.

This car wash is good if your car isn’t really dirty. If you have bug guts on the front this car wash will not get them off. I spent over 17.00 for exterior wash and the bug guys are still on my windshield and mirrors. The staff tries to sell you their unlimited wash packages for the month for what? A Wash that’s not getting your car clean? Then after the wash you have to finish towel drying and clean the inside yourself? Save your money and go elsewhere or wash your car at home.

I wish there was a way to tell if theyre open or not before you go there. They dont answer the phone. I went at 2pm today and the lanes were blocked and everything shut down. On my previous trip I left my antenna up on my older car and forgot about it. They didnt remind me to lower it and it got damaged.

I was there yesterday after paying $20, water in pre- wash was very dirty, it was no towels to detail. Finally we found one and was full of silicon from tires. Management had a sign saying no towels This place is bad and I will not recommend you to go there. i WILL NEVER BE THERE AGAIN.

I have been going a few months, got a new car last year and I would like to keep it clean ! Well here we are a few months down the line, the attendants and office staff is very unhelpful and rude, my car has scratches, I would have to constantly go to the attendants after a fresh wash nd show them the dirt nd bugs still there ! Dont waste your time, money or jeopardize your car being scratched! I am speaking of the Raleigh location

Vacs available for customer use are powerful and free (included in the price) and staff was super friendly and helpful. My car antenna was ripped from the roof of my car. When I asked the about how this problem would be remedied, tht attendants had no idea how my car would be repaired.After filling out forms for them to submit to their insurance company, its been 7 days and no word from this establishment or the insurance company. Out of my own pocket, Ive had to have the dealership do a temporary repair to protect my cars electronic components. Even after all that extraness, my car and the antenna that was torn off and found inside the car wash, with other emblems/parts (if your wondering where your Ford F150 emblem is the car wash has it), my car was still dirty. Go figure

Wash is good but space is crowded and hard to navigate your car out of the lot. Feels like in a training course. Need to have less vacuums and improve the speed of getting cars in and oit of the wash.

This place is fantastic. Granted it is a brush car wash so if you prefer the touch free type and are concerned with scratches maybe this isn’t the place for you. But for $7 you can’t get a nice car wash and dry. Then they have 24 bays with free vacuums that are crazy strong. The kicker is they have other nice little amenities as well. They have a floor mat cleaning machine, a cart with glass cleaner and microfiber clothes, and an air compressor hose for blowing dust off the interior or getting dirt out of the hard to reach places. All of that is included in the $7 wash. They certainly have more expensive washes as well and a club you can join with unlimited washes. I’ll definitely be coming back to this car wash going forward and hope that they offer some discounted washes in the future.

Back in October I was going to sign up for their Unlimited wash package but when I realized they would put a huge sticker on my car I told the representative to discard my information. Fast forward 6 months and I noticed a charge on my Amex so I thought it was fraud. Called Amex and they said youve been charged every month since Oct. I researched my bill and they were right $214.14 to be exact. So, I went to the site and luckily caught the District Manager Brett who assured me this would be taken care in 24hrs and hell give me a call back. A week went by and no call. I went up there today to speak with the manager and he was told by Brett, District Manager, that theyre not giving me a refund! I was livid! This was a service that I immediately cancelled before they had the chance to enter it in system, they did anyway charging me for 6 months, and then after agreeing to refund me and confirming that I never received a Fast Pass to wash my car to turn around and say you cant refund me! Unacceptable, Unprofessional, and STAY AWAY unless you want to be ripped off. But thats why attorneys are in business. Unsatisfied Customer!!!!

Came here yesterday to get my Jeep washed and it couldn’t have been easier. You pull up to a machine and select what type of wash you want and pay with credit card or cash. This car wash even offers monthly washes (all you want) for $20 a month!When you pull up to the wash tunnel two guys hit the car with soft brushes to get off bugs etc before you go in, think ore treatment.The car wash really cleaned my car well (I have a black Jeep) and it dried all the water off.My Jeep has over sized tires so it’s nice it fit in this car wash. I have this business five stars because everyone was super nice and it did a great job cleaning my Jeep.

Vacuumed my car and got a wash for $7.51. Very reasonable when you just want a quick wash.

Didnt know it was a drive thru, but great prices, friendly staff, free drying cloth and mat shampoo. Air hose for interior. Just be extra careful with sports cars etc with low profiles etc.

My car wasnt all too dirty, just a bit of mud, and a few bird droppings haha. But I went through once, for the full $20 wash and wax.. you could clearly see where dirt still clung to the car, now mixed with a spotty application of wax. My brand new black car looked like someone just took a hose and sprayed it down then told a 5 yr old to spray some wax over it... disappointed.

I wasnt as impressed as I thought I wouldve been. I chose the $16 car wash. When everything dried etc I noticed my car wasnt completely cleaned (ie bugs still noticable the ring on my trunk from where I had laid a cup was still there). I tried using the free mat cleaner but it didnt really clean too well. I had to end up vacuuming them again...
