I paid 20$ for full service and here is what I got! They didnt even wipe the car inside, everyone else could do a better job on their own! And once I told them my car it’s not clean they told me to leave and keep saying that I need to paint my car, worst experience ever! Don’t go to this place!

Ask for Rock or TJ they are great; it’s a great place but when busy they don’t have the time for a good detail. 9 times out of 10 I am very impressed. Been going there for years. Make sure to tip well. The guys work hard cold or heat.

Had a great experience! Price was great for what you get. The guy that did my car, Nito, needs a raise, I tipped but felt it wasn’t enough.

Scheduled a quick wash and vac. My car came out fine for the price that I paid! Crew inside the waiting room were good company. My service took just over an hour which was actually quicker than I planned for.

I get my car washed once or twice a year whether it needs it or not. These guys always do a great job despite how nasty my car is when I bring it to them.

It was a first come drop in type of appointment. But James did an awesome job. Ill definitely give them repeat business.

The roof of my wife s white van was very dirty. I asked Raleigh Auto Spa if they could clean it, they said no problem. Well, they cleaned the roof, but left behind dirty hand marks on the interior. We didnt notice it till on the way home and immediately turned around. When confronting them they blamed it on us saying that the marks were already there. They made an attempt to clean it, but we ended up having to clean it ourselves. We asked for a refund but was refused. We will not be going back.

I hadn’t had my car cleaned in months and was embarrassed to take it to get cleaned. As bad as my car was, Curtis did a fabulous job at making it all shiny again. I have two huskies so the dog hair was out of control and everywhere. Curtis took the extra time and made sure all the surfaces were cleaned, vacuumed, and shining before i left. I was very pleased with the professional service.

This place is the best! They did a fantastic job cleaning my car and they did it in a very fast and reasonable time considering how dirty is was! This is the best place to come of youre looking to get a hand wash the staff is very friendly and the waiting room is very nice. Definitely will be taking my car there for any future cleaning!

Nice place to hang out and talk while you wait for your car. I got the $20 wash and was expecting better wash than what I got. A few bugs missed on the bumper. Interior was almost done right. My driver side door handle had black marks from the technician

$75 for wash and vacuum and wax plus some work on tree sap. Not a bad deal but not an amazing job. I still need to wipes dont some of the dash and get the crumbs out of the drink holder and side door.

To be honest they did a pretty good job on the outside of my SUV. However near the license plate it was still very dirty! The floor was vacuumed nice, but they didnt wipe down my doors or my instrument panel or any of that stuff. My windows were poorly cleaned and they had spots like the cleaner was spayed and not wiped off. I paid $30 including a $6 tip which was not deserved. 👎🏻

When I pulled up they directed me into the tunnel and immediately started washing my truck without knowing what wash I wanted. They then directed me out of the tunnel after wash and rinse didn’t clean out the bed. Didn’t get all the dirt off the sides of the truck . Bugs were still on the windshield and grill. They cleaned the inside vacuum job was decent the dash wasn’t wiped all that great nor were the doors. Windows had spots after cleaning. I could go on and on not to mention the wash was $28 enough said.

Ive visited Raleigh Auto Spa on multiple occasions and I thought they did an OK job. Not super impressed with their professionalism (the waiting room is a certified boys club) or the car wash but it always got the job done and was close to my house. However, all of my visits were prior to the pandemic. Today, not one employee was wearing a mask inside or out including the owner. I mostly ignored this until an 85 year old woman asked an employee to please put on a mask while she paid at the counter. He refused and said the owner doesnt make them wear masks and they didnt even have any on hand because its too hot out to wear one. After she left, the employees and owner joked about her requesting for everyone to wear masks. Im highly disappointed at the lack of respect that was shown to this woman as well as the lack of concern around the pandemic. Wont be returning here.

I heard about this place because they service the vehicles at my job. Ive taken my personal vehicle there twice and had Tracey both times. He is very thorough and does a great job. The prices are very reasonable. I will be going there on a regular basis and requesting Tracey.

Edited 5/2/19: Went back yesterday to get my car washed. They were really busy so an employee (Eugene) told me to come back in a few hours. No problem. When I got there, I was greeted by what I assume to be the owner or manager (large, caucasian male). He was so rude and condescending that I cant imagine giving this business a single cent. He responded to my questions with sarcastic answers (ex. about how long do you think the wait is? youve got eyes, there are 15 cars ahead of you.) With so many other businesses offering the same service Ill gladly find somewhere to get my car washed that AT MINIMUM treats their customers with basic levels of respect.Wash was fine but took 55 minutes (and no, they were not busy). Not impressed with the professionalism of the employees (cursing and excessively angry over a frozen hose) and inside attendant (owner?) never acknowledged or spoke to me (but carried on conversation with every male that entered) until I asked to pay.

If I could give a 0,I would. Very unprofessional and rude! My SUV was still half dirty after I pulled off. The manager told me oh well,we been in business 23 yrs,we done something right. Staff that washed my SUV had the worse attitude! I will not be returning. I could have got a better wash at the self serve.

Not very friendly, the unnecessary comment was made to my uncle and I. Didn’t give us time to read the sign but rather ask us what we need. Then ask if we speak English afterward.I wouldn’t recommend it.

They did a really nice job with a full detail. My only complaint was that the floor mats were soaking wet in the trunk when I arrived at pickup time. Im going to chalk it up to a fluke and give them another shot because the wax and shampoo job was fantastic. My car smells very fresh and clean.

Today was my first visit to Raleigh Auto Spa. Twas a rainy day and they were about to close, but they stayed open long enough for me to get there. Reasonable price and great service. Simple interior clean was more than satisfactory, and owner had a kind disposition. Thank you Raleigh Auto Spa, I’ll be back.

This is by far the best car washing place in Raleigh. It is affordable, close to perfection and supports a small business. My car was pristine and I plan to come back again and again!

I used to really praise this place! They used to do an awesome job. The last two times I have been my car hasn’t been cleaned to my satisfaction. Bugs left all over front bumper, the inside half cleaned, windows not being washed, nothing on the inside wiped down... etc the staff is not at all professional. I had an altercation with one of the guys becauseI told him my car wasn’t Clean and he blew up on me. There have been a couple of the staff members I really like but the turnover rate is so high every time I return they no longer work there . I’m very disappointed today will be my last time visiting this business

I just got a free outside car wash with a coupon. They were quick and did a pretty good job, all by hand, with a brush on a stick. The windows werent fully dried, but I cant complain for free. I didnt have the inside vacuumed and cleaned, so I cant comment on that part. It looks like a pretty low-budget operation. Just a couple buildings with men washing cars in one and drying/cleaning the insides of cars in the other. I was surprised that they didnt have prices/services posted or anything.

Russ the owner is a great guy but the manager of this place is the most racist rudest person. He treats blacks like they are nothing. I have been bringing my fleet in to get washed since December. Russ told me a set price to get my mini buses washed so I started bringing them here to get cleaned Every time i bring my bus here to get washed he is trying to charge me a different rate. When I tell him this he says so what and I don’t care He is unprofessional and not fit for this business. The big guy that is a manager is a disgrace

Ask for Rock!I’ve been here several times, and the length of time and quality can vary from wash to wash. Save yourself the inconsistency and ask for Rock. He usually works in Bay 1 (the first one closest to the office), and he is an absolute gem. He makes my car look like new EVERY TIME. Spotless. I’m not sure how he does it, but serious kudos. Thanks Rock!

This car wash does hand work only. They do good work, but it could vary just a bit depending on which guy does your car and how busy they are. Plan to spend 20 minutes for a hand wash, 45 for a wax. Prices are very reasonable. Tips are expected and deserved.

These guys take such amazing care of my vehicles! I have been using them for years I am very glad they are now backup in North Raleigh at their old location so convenient and quick turn around to pop in for a wash and vacuum job!

The price is GREAT!!!! The work is fair! I showed the guy cleaning my car all the water spots and asked him to wife them out and he had an attitude then tells me some of the spots are due to the water still running down on the car. If thats the case then you need to dry the car. The tire shine was the worse part - No shine whatsoever!!. You can do the same job they do yourself.

Worst car wash! Took my truck paid $16 the wash was ok but when time to dry they did it only for about 4min. They didn’t even wipe my windshield the guy who was drying it said we don’t dry windshield! Do not waste your money here go somewhere else!

Took an hour, seemed like they used dirty towels to wipe windows and car down, I had to go home and clean my windows outside and in, obvious residue smears over entire car. Theyre much better options in Raleigh, especially for $24 with a $5 tip.

After getting my car washed, I found out that they dont vacuum out the back seat. If you have mats that screw into the floor, they arent careful. They will rip them up and try to replace them

The treatment of the vehicle is average. I had to specifically request dirt removal from around the trunk. On return home there was still debris stuck in the windshield wiper wells. I was made to feel as if I was demanding too much to leave with a clean car.

The quality for the prices charged are not worth it. I have tried this car wash several times now and the windshield is never sufficiently cleaned as expected after just having a Car Hand washed. The car is not completely dried and still wet around the handles, gas cap, and grill. Not what is expected when you drop 30 bucks for a car wash.

The workers treat the customer badly. The car was not vacuumed. I had to argue with the one who washed it, and the manager or owner playing cards. Do not carry your car. For my zero stars.
