If you’re doing a quick google search to find a car wash, i do not recommend westgate car wash. I Went in for a simple car wash. Asked the middle aged white attendant if the wash could get off bird poop because it is an mechanical car wash (people are not washing it by hand) and he said “it’s a car wash”... not answering the question and in my opinion not being professional. After the car wash, there were two other attendants at the end.. there’s no communication at all and I had no idea where to go after the wash, so i left... I’ve never had a bad experience at a car wash. Called the dealer right after and told a sales person what was going on and he was happy to try to get some help but i was eventually transferred to a line where no one answered... oh, through it all, i still have bird poop on my car..

I went here on July 5th to get the 30 dollar wash/vacuum/hand finish etc.I Thought the outside looked pretty good, and noticed when I was driving away that there was water on the inside window of the car.I Thought this was pretty weird so I stopped and looked, and it looked like they had taken my all weather floor mats, sprayed em down, and threw them back into the car, still wet. I assume they did this with the trunk open, which would explain why the inside of the trunk was wet.I got home and removed the floor mats and left the doors open so my carpeting throughout the car could dry!Dont think Ill be going back. Kids were nice though.

Absolutely Love the quick and detailed service here. My truck looks great after every wipe down. Under 15-mins and under $11… being able to stay in my vehicle is the Best Perk.

I just visited this car wash for the first time. I paid $19.95 for an exterior wash. I was told that the exterior would be done, including windexon my windows and a full dry off of the exterior. Well, what a waste of $19.95. My car wasn’t dried off thoroughly, my mirror is still dirty and my tires/rims weren’t cleaned thoroughly, which is the main reason I decided to pay $19.95 today. See photos. A waste of money for what I received. I could have gone to a gas station car wash for this. Don’t waste your money or the drive.

Great place to get your car washed. Their prices were great and my car looked brand new! They even washed my floor mats! Very friendly employees who made sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely bring our cars here from now on.

Incredible service! I had all of my four kids with me and they were so great and helpful with them. They even helped carry my car seats inside so my seats could be vacuumed. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend!!

This place is the worst car wash in the triangle. First they have a contract with Westgate auto so they dont even care about your biz. I got the full 30$ package. The outside was decent but they forgot to put the shine on the tires. The inside still looked like it was when I brought it in..no care about vacuuming anything! The dash was dusty, for still had twigs and sets looked even more dirty. I had to take my care to a vacuum machine and clean it myself. They put a tip jar in the front before you pull in and I had nerve to tip before I saw the car. I wanted to go to the jar and take all of the money out of it..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME go somewhere else or do it yourself..they are THE WORST!

Any place that advertises that they can do multiple things, they cant do even one of them right. Windshield repair and headlight restoration and paint chip and washing and exterior trim repair....? No. They cant even wash a car right. If you want either/or any of those services, go to a specialist that does just one of those services right. For windshield repair, go to McConnell Auto glass. Theyre the best. For headlight restoration, go to A&G Headlight Restoration Mobile Svcs, they are the best. For a good car wash, do it yourself. These guys are not good.

Great wash inside and out! I was particularly impressed that they were able to wash my all weather mats so well. Nice guys who work hard.

Today was my second and last time coming here since the quality of service isn’t improving. Each time, I paid for the full service version of the Extreme Shine Wash (most expensive besides getting a full detail) but the interior was barely vacuumed, the inside wasn’t wiped down and the car mats are left soaked, so within hours it becomes a muddy mess. I’m starting to think they should only service dealerships since there’s no way regular customers get the same quality. Two stars because the people are friendly and the exterior is clean but this is still unacceptable. Pictures attached.

I will never go to another car wash!!!! Best quality and best prices I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised when they pressure washed my rubber mats in my car instead of just vacuuming them, like other car washes. Highly recommend. Also, the waiting room is spotless!

Loved the way my car looked brand new again after they were finished. I live in Maryland and each time I come to visit my daughter..once a month, I come here to get my car cleaned and washed. I love this place!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years. The change in management has brought a marked improvement in the quality of the work...which has always been pretty good. Now I feel they’ve “stepped it up” by doing a more thorough job with the interior treatment and better QC at the end of the wash.

Paid for extreme car wash and left with spots all over my car. The guy was very rude since my first time here I didnt know which way to exit the wash. Just to let you know they dont wipe your car off at all when you come out of the car wash. I had to pull over and wipe all my windows down to get the spots off. Tires dull looking also. I could have went to a self-serve car wash for half price and got a better deal.

It’s hard to find service this good, especially compared to Autobell! They pulled the floor mats out, washed the windows, cleaned the door jambs, everything I wish other car wash places would do. Best wash for the price!

I have never been to a full service car wash where my car left in worse condition than it arrived. I paid $41 for everything they had in terms of cleaning and left with a car that was disgusting, had the things in the back seat thrown around like they were toys, and had absolutely no interior care done in the slightest. I had to wipe down my vehicle afterwards and then go as far as ArmorAll my whole car just to do what was clearly ignored. The pictures are in the middle of my cleaning. DONT GO HERE.

The staff are super nice and do a fantastic job! My boyfriend and I went here because his car was super gunked up from pollen and sap from parking under the trees, we couldnt even see out of the back of the window. We washed the a little bit ago, but couldnt get it all off. They got the whole car shiny and clean, and we enjoyed going through the tunnel.You just pull up, then someone will ask you which wash you want, then they will powerwash and scrub your car before sending you through the tunnel. They even do interior detailing too, which is awesome.

I had an issue that needed resolving with my car after having it washed and the manager Bill and his manager, Metdi were so helpful to make sure that things were put right. I was very impressed and will be giving them future business. They have a good and fair work ethic.

I paid 29.95 for the full service extreme shine wash. They tore off the sticker in the back of my car and left the residue on there. They thought it was a magnet. It was a Marine Corps sticker. They left sand in the back of the car on the left side. They left break dust on the wheels. All in all I should have done it myself. I was curious how this company had great reviews but they post signs in the building stating if you leave a 5 star review, you get a free car wash.

I swore I would never come here after the last 3 experiences of waiting 30 minutes for them to keep running dealer cars through...however, i stopped in today and it seems the management has changed for the better. The individual now managing the establishment is friendly, knowledgeable and trusted in the community from his previous car detailing business endeavors. Assuming the quality stays this way, I will give this place another chance.

Good exterior wash. Poor interior cleaning. Basically ran vac hose through middle and washed windows but left everything else undone.

I was looking for a new interior/exterior location and had saw good reviews of this location. When I got there, Jose kindly helped explain all of the options to me and walked me through Their process. I love that they pre-vacuum your vehicle ahead of the wash (I hate vacuuming and getting potential dirt everywhere after a fresh wash)! They had a nice little lounge with restrooms and vending machines to wait in while my car was getting cleaned. They offered my favorite black ice fragrance and my car got the attention it needed after months of not having it cleaned. Thank you so much Westgate Car Wash! I will happily be back!

We came to this place excited because we had seen pictures that seemed pretty appealing. the prices seemed VERY good for what was being offered. however, upon arrival, NONE of the employees were wearing masks. this made me extremely uncomfortable and i feel as if in a public business like this where they are cleaning cars, they can respect policies and wear a mask!! following that, the drying job was terrible - there were still wet spots all over my dashboard, window and FLOOR of my car! alongside that, i feel like the inside of my car wasn’t even cleaned besides it being vacuumed. all the trash was still there and the vacuuming job still wasn’t even that good. i payed $27 for it to basically just go through the car wash. doesn’t interior cleaning include cleaning the car? definitely do not recommend. highly disappointed.

Drove away quickly with a sparkling clean car.

I went on Saturday 4/17/21 for a car wash. I purchased the highest / most expensive wash because my car was filthy from pollen and travel. I believe it was $32. The vacuumed and cleaned nicely, however, the cup holders and center area were completely neglected. Also I have dogs that smear the windows and I saw (when looking in the rear view mirror) that the very back hatch window had not been cleaned. Upon further inspection I saw areas on the back of the car that did not look clean. I would have turned around and gone back but it took an hour (it was a Saturday, so they were busy) to go through all of that. Highly likely that I won’t return any time soon.

I prefer to not have to come home and wash my car again right after I leave the car wash. 10/10 would not recommend. If the dealership takes it through the car wash, it is great but other than that, horrible job.

My regular car was has closed and I was looking for a new place to go. What a find. Hidden away on Westgate Road in North Raleigh. Best place I have found. Excellent quality, professional, extra possibilities like detailing, fix rock chips on front bumpers, leather repair, and pointless dents fixed. Highly recommend!

They did a pretty clean job with my car last time I was her. Got the extreme shine exterior wash and it was perfect. Still need to try the full service wash though. Highly recommended compared to Zips which is nearby.

Car was cleaned well on the outside by machines, but the interior was not done well and the wipe down to exterior was minimal... left a lot of water spots on windows and mirrors.

Greta experience. Speedy, great attention to detail and high quality work. I love the waiting room and if it weren’t so cold outside, I love the option to sit outside!

I have been to Westgate Car wash several times and have been pleased. I usually purchase the Supreme Clean because I don’t want any extras on the exterior. Just a good clean inside and out and that’s what I got. HOWEVER today I was told they will no longer include a good interior cleaning with the Supreme. You have to purchase the more expensive washes to get that. I explained I don’t want all the extras on the outside and that I just want a good interior cleaning with my wash. I also pointed out that their board and literature all says interior cleaning included. Rep said it wasn’t his decision but that’s what he’s been told to do. He said he would do it today one last time. I guess they will no longer be getting my business.

I have been here several times and they do a great car clean, there is no doubt. However, today (8/11/20) not a single employee is wearing a mask. I have counted 7 employees, and not a single one is wearing a mask, or even has one on their person. They do not sanitize before getting in your car or touching the interior. I watched one employee touch his nose and his mouth, then touch the steering wheel. I understand not everyone cares about this, but some folks are high risk and I am a bit disappointed they are not at least doing the bare minimum.

Not impressed. I paid $32 for a subpar job. The outside looks good and my tires are very shiny. However, I asked for the works. I was under the impression that the full service $29.95 deal included interior vacuuming/cleaning. I was wrong. These boys were unprofessional and unmotivated. I sat in my car while they let 2 lot jeeps go through the wash without even acknowledging me. When someone did approach me, all he said was “have you been helped yet?” Well obviously not as I’m still sitting in the car. No personality, very rude acting and seemingly annoyed that I was there. I intentionally left a gum wrapper in my cup holder. A sure sign that if the interior had been touched or even acknowledged, the gum wrapper would’ve been removed. What a waste. $32 and not even close to what I asked for/what the sign said it includes.

This was my first time at Westgate Car Wash and I’m pretty sure it will be my last. I had know clue were to pull my vehicle and when I asked the tall young man that was on duty at the time, we’re to pull my car he completely ignored me and went back to staring at his phone. I asked a second time he rudely asked me to pull my car forward. Then proceeded to look back his phone. Terrible experience!

We used the wash, dry and interior wipe down and vacuum out, with washing out the rubber mats. Will definitely come back!

They did not clean the inside properly. the INSIDE is wet. the trash is everywhere and they were not wearing masks which made me very uncomfortable. we payed 27 for something worse than what we could’ve done ourselves. i do not recommend.
