This place is a joke! I thought going to a hand wash would be better than a traditional brush car wash. These are nothing more than a place with lots of buckets and a water hose. They have absolutely no experience in detailing cars. Save your money, do not patronize this place. They use one dirty rag on the entire car, the inside they claim to have cleaned and clearly they lied. The DONT care about satisfying the customer. They have no customer service skills and only care about the few dollars they con you out because the service they tell you about is not the service they provide. The DONT have any signs posted about what services they offer. I had to give a one star, in reality they dont deserve any stars. People read the reviews, dont waste your money, the owner and staff are all IGNORANT and do not value the customers!

Spent 40 bucks on a car wash that for 40 I would expect the car to be spotless well that didn’t go as planned. Car windshield was dirty the bottom of all my doors never got touched my seats still dirty like my 7 year old daughter could’ve cleaned the inside of my car better. Won’t be wasting 40 bucks there again.

I wont lie. I was a bit worried leaving my car here for a wash, detail, and hand wax, but it turned out great! This place doesnt look like much, and appears to be mostly ran by some teenagers hanging out, but I have a feeling the owner runs a tight ship. The guys were polite and did a great job. It would be nice if they offered a military discount though; especially when someone buys the most expensive package. Also recommend having a package that includes the wax as opposed to making it a separate item altogether. Would make things simpler.

I went and ask for the top dollar clean because the price wasn’t a concern. He explained everything so I went for the $50 clean which included inside and outside cleaning. The vinyl the dash vacuum carpet and seats. I didn’t expect it to be perfect but they literally only washed the outside . Do not waste you money here .Fred, I expected better!

Very bad cleaning the inside of the car, with the same cloth that clean the doors, clean the dashboard, in the seats did not pass well the vacuum cleaner you see a straw in the car seat. They didnt clean anything back. I definitely wont be back and I dont recommend you not to go ...

I had to tell them to go over the vacuum cleaner again and clean the inside again because it was dirty, they are good but they are not detailed to see if something is wrong

I had my wagon detail here, leather cleaned and condition, shampooing of my carpets. My wagon had heavy oxidation, Flat Rate Finish was able to bring my wagon back to show room level, not bad for 12yr old paint job. I thoroughly surprised, but very happy for the end result.

I PAID $80 FOR THIS DETAILED JOB AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB BUT WHAT THEY USED TO SHAMPOO MY CARPET SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING DEAD IN MY CAR IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND S T ILL IT WILL KNOCK YOU FLAT OUT WITH THE SMELL!!! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AS I TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT DETAILED FOR SELLING.

I took my 2011 grand jeep Cherokee to be cleaned. i like this place because they handwash your vehicle making it look extra clean and shine. I had my interior and exterior detailed and it looks great!! the price is reasonable..... thanks!!! i will be going back!!

Their website says that the cost of inside and outside is about $20. When I went there they told me that the website is wrong and the cost has gone up to $45. They probably do a good job of washing the car but I did not want to spend that much money. They should update their website. I wasted much time. AutoByTel probably does a worse job but they cost less than $20.

I recently moved just a few miles from them and got a nicer used car. Saw the good reviews, so thought Id try them out since it had been too hot to do it myself. I had coupons from Entertainment Book, and also saw them on Verizons myrewards site. I gave them the coupon on my phone, but the guy knew nothing about it. Called the boss and 5 minutes later said there mustve been some mistake as they never signed on to do coupons and havent done it in years. Somehow I doubt that, but even so Id expect they wouldve honored the coupon once. Ended up paying full price ($20). The wash came out ok, but once I got home had to re-dry it as there were dirty streaks in several spots...assumedly from water around the mirrors. Doubt Ill come back.
