My husband asked if they do military stitching and he was told yes. The patches that were stitched were not centered and the velcro wasn’t even taken off. He went to back to address the issues and was told to come back another day because the lady who does that wasn’t there and there was no charge, which was considerate. However, when he got his uniform the second time around everything was still so wrong. The stich was a different color, some of the patches was noticeably not centered, and she sewed over the zipper! He can’t even zip it up otherwise he cut the thread and the patch comes off. He asked if they can sew on military patches and they said yes. Why say yes in the first place. We our not satisfied with their work. It’s really frustrating that this was done, especially to a service men.

My first and last time visiting this place. I went there today for their dry cleaning services, and the first thing that took me aback was their meager customer, super poor, customer service. The lady that took my items was complaining to me for my not having my items in a bag. She mentioned something about her not touching anything without gloves due to COVID, but there she was handling my items and still complaining.My second surprise was when I picked up my items, their prices are exorbitant in comparison to other places for the same service and same items. I dont make the same mistake twice for sure, and I hope I can help other fellow shoppers take their hard-earned dollars ELSEWHERE.

I will not be going back! To pay almost $40 to have clothes cleaned and to get the back in the same condition is unacceptable especially when the item is white. The cashier tells me that they can hem my clothes to correct the issue. If I wanted hemming, I wouldve asked for that smart one. I wanted them cleaned and they couldnt make that happen. KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely overpriced! 2 casual jumpsuits cost me $38 to be dry cleaned. These weren’t formal jumpsuits, no fancy beading, no pleats, just an everyday outfit.Secondly, I arrived at 15 mi after the cleaners closed. The sort was still unlocked and the people still in building. They would not retrieve my clothes. I had to come back the next day!I would not recommend Popes Dry cleaners in Raleigh, NC to anyone. With the price being so high the quality of service should have been better!

Over priced, took 3 coats to be cleaned and charged me $57.60. I personally think is way to much because a few weeks before I took one and was charged $7 and some change. This will be my last time.

$105 to dry clean a few blouses, a blazer and two dresses!!! $105 is absolutely insane. Theyre reasoning is that they charge by the length on dresses which is again, ridiculous. I could of paid $30 next door and had a much better experience. You should tell people up front that you charge an insane amount of money to clean clothes. Also, I believe the owner was there who so conveniently walked away when I was upset with the experience. I dont recommend this place, go next store, save your coins!

Very high fees! I ask for heavy starch on my dress shirts and they leave them with more wrinkles than when i brough them in, i tell them to re do the work and they give me an attitude, they damaged one of my nicest shirt, i dont recommend this place
