Very good service, technician is professional in cleaning my car.

Well, this experience was disappointing! First, I want shout out the workers drying, shining and vacuum the cars work hard and do well.The service at the car wash was not good. The service women you meet at the entrance told me they could not put on the protective shine because they were so busy and all the staff was new and it would not look good. Really!!!For Mgt., now they have you drive yourself through the car wash. Thats is like gas station car washes. We go to Auto Bell for more detail and service but now they dont do both. Very sad☹️

Normally my experiences here are good, but today these guys were really dragging their feet. After riding thru the wash, I sat for 13 minutes and these guys were still wiping off the same car! I wound up just driving off. I couldnt wait any longer

The guy Emanuel was very nasty. I was trying to purchase the unlimited washes and instead of him trying to assist me he pressed me out for my money and said Ive already keyed it in. Well delete it. Ill back up and purchase it. This guy really hates his job or his life.

I almost gave this location a 3 star due to the confusion or rather the wash operation unlike other locations (i.e. stay in your car during wash, not good direction getting in, and not knowing exactly how and where to leave my vehicle once through the wash)... however, the guy that vacuumed and dried off my vehicle was really on it, and very good. The wipe down process by this attendant exceeded other locations..was happy to provide an increased tip to the attendant. Now that I know the process, I will go back.

This was my first time at Autobell and I wasnt sure what to expect.As you pull into the parking lot, there are signs that instruct you how to proceed. Before pulling into the car wash, there is a pull-off area to straighten up the interior, retract your antenna and mirrors, secure any valuables, and anything else you need to do.At the washing bay, an employee will come over and prepare your vehicle to enter the washing area. At this point, you exit the vehicle and pay for the services you want.When I told them this was my first time, they clearly explained the options and sales they were having. I didnt feel they tried to up-sell any services.They have several services ranging from a basic wash all the way up to full washing, under carriage washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, armor-all, etc.After your vehicle exits the washing bay, an employee will drive it around to an area where they finish hand drying the vehicle, washing the windows, vacuum the interior, and do any other services you purchased.The day I went out was extremely hot outside (95° in October!). The employees were always hustling, pretty much running from station to station. This doesnt mean they rushed through cleaning the vehicle, just very efficient.When I got my vehicle back, I was very pleased with how clean it was. Exceeded my expectations.I spoke to Josh, who I guess is the manager. I told him how pleased I was and how impressed I was with the employees attention to detail. He said if I noticed something wasnt up to my expectation to bring the vehicle back.Easily ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!I will definitely be back to have my car cleaned. May even purchase a monthly package.

I was disappointed in my last visit to Autobell on Capital Blvd. but I’ll try to give businesses a 2nd chance when things are not up to par. Well today I paid $45 for the Armorall special with a tip. I will not go back to Autobell again. The only part of the service that seemed good was the car wash. The interior was terrible. Clearly visible areas where they did not wipe off the dust and then with in the areas they wiped down you could tell where the armorall was and was not. Brutal effort!! I completely believe I got a $7 value for $45.

Outside looked great could have spent some more time inside.

Instead of $5 tip only gave $2 because too many areas missed by inside vaccum. Also didnt wipe down door jam of suv bumper. When I pointed it out there was no urgency in fixing it.

Ive always had great service at this location. They all work very hard to make sure our cars are clean. Especially grateful for them taking care of my wifes van as she, and the kids, can make quite a mess in there. It usually takes them a little extra time to vacuum all the crumbs, leaves, dirt, crayons, dog hair, etc. and they are always apologetic for taking so long and not getting it perfect. When I take my wifes van there I tip more than usual because they have certainly earned it.

I didnt wash i was looking for a bath and I guess my channel changer got scanned to another device im a tcl roku with 4k graphics added a cisco box two modulatora 27 porch chewn geese and the gay hockey league channels

I left the windows down in my car for an hour and it turned green inside from pollen. They did an excellent job getting rid of it and cleaning up behind 3 kids and 3 dogs. Looks and smells like new!

Car was clean & vacuumed ok but was missing an accessory I use frequently when I left. Nobody else has been in this car so it could only have disappeared at Autobell. I suspect another serious issue but without proof I can’t say anything. For your own protection STAY AWAY!

Amazing service, attention to detail and all at an unbelievable price!

I went to have my car detailed on yesterday. Upon they announcing they had finish my car I inspected my vehicle to see if they did a good job. I noticed my tires and rims was dirty and see did they vacuum my back out. The young man acknowledge that the rims and tires was dirty and they didnt vacuum in the back. He attempted to correct the issues but when I left I stopped at a store down the street and notice mud was still on my tires, rims was still dirty and they didnt even apply Armor All to my tires. When they started to rectify the issue, one of the employee yell across the lot and told them another area they forgot to wipe initially when I was there the first time.

Every time I come here Im happy with the job that they do. Its in a good spot too. When they are done with my truck, I pull out to the street behind them and wax it in the shade. They make sure everything is the way you want it. I wont go anywhere else!

I truly consider the & $28 I spent a waste of my hard earned money. Would have been happier if it was given to a beggar. Explained to the attendant that I needed to clean a portion of my carpet that had some meat water spill. He nodded his head only to come back after completing the task that he only had the area vacuumed and sprayed heavily with fragrance when asked if that area was shampooed. He also added that they no longer shampoo and recommended I take it to a detailer. So why agree to take on the job knowing what you can do and cant? The dash board wasnt cleaned. Vacuum was half done. Windows barely touched and I paid for these services. I had to get home to complete the miserable job. Never going back there.

Autobells quality has decreased, but yet, the prices steady rise. Sometimes staff spray my car prior to the wash and others times they do not. Sometimes my car is cleaned and sometimes it is not. Also, the diversity of staff is limited at this particular location. I do not recommend.

Horrible service for $40 dollars ? 4 out of 6 windows still the same way I brought it, poor vacuum, I paid for armor all inside and look horrible with dirty seat still, I think they need an inspector before the car gets return to the customer instead of the customer pointing at the dirt

Feel like they could have done better the exterior was fine but interior they didnt do as well the didnt wipe everything down as well Ive been there before and had better service the girl that worked on car acted like she didnt w servicesant to be there definitely not one of the best

Ticket #4388. I brought my businesss shuttle to have it cleaned. The salesman I spoke to told me the value of the Super Polyprocess was the best considering the fragrance and tire gloss were priced better and were included with this service. I drove off and when I returned to my place of employment one of my employees pointed out several dirty spots on the back hatch. I grabbed a towel and cleaned the spots off on my own because I did not have enough time to return to Autobell. I am not one to complain but I feel like the value was not there on this particular visit. Needless to say people cant tell when I Autobell!

I took my 2012 Rang Rover they just did auto wash and dusted of from inside and charged me ($39.67), I could drive it to any drive through wash for $7.00 .

Great car wash and customer service

I paid for a service and didnt get the full service. The car was returned to me and wasnt even vacuumed we had to point out the fact that it wasnt vacuumed and he took the car back and did a quick vacuum when we got in the car they missed a bunch of areas while vacuuming.It truly was not a good service!While they were cleaning the front dash they broke a CD and the remaining part was stuck in my CD player and when they filled out the claim papers they basically wrote on there that they were not responsible.The whole experience from start to finish was a nightmare..If I could give a rating of less than one I would...Just an update as of January 18, 2021.Per the owners answer to my review they have not reached out to me at all regarding what happened at their establishment.

Great service! Chick up front (I heard someone say her name is Hailey) has a bit of an attitude, but could be because of the whole mask situation and not being able to see facial expressions.....either way, the other employees always sound chipper and are kind. If all employees sounded the way the chick did, probably wouldnt go back. Luckily their manager Nick is always kind and says hello! Thanks guys for your hospitality! 👍✌

Came by just to get the exterior washed. As soon as I leave I go get gas and my trunk is still very much dirty. I did a wipe with my hand and it came off so the effort just wasnt there.

Exterior wash with hand drying and tire dressing ok but alot of steaking.

Horrible job. I should have known when I asked the young man what their Super Poly-something was and he had absolutely no clue. There were 2 young men doing the outside of my car after it left the wash and the sun did most of the drying. The picture is after the SECOND time I had them go back and vacuum.

They did a good job...there was dog 🐕 fur everywhere!

Needed to clean up the car to trade it in. The wash was fine but the interior wasn’t vacuumed very well completely missing the back cargo space. The dashboard was not thoroughly cleaned, the inside of the windshield wasn’t completely clean and the areas around the inside of the lift gate weren’t even touched. I’ve had much better results from other locations.

The young men where very nice and accommodating. They did a good job on my car also.

They just don’t clean your car. I always have to go back and ask them to clean btw the seats, the cup holders & dash. They half vacuum . What a waste of $30!

I bought the $30 package and thought to myself for $30.00 i should have gotten a lot more done, atleast wiped my doors and front dash board. I went back the next day and they made it right by rewashing my entire car inside and out. Thanks guys!

Smh! Saw car lift up off the track wheel on the line. Cause no one had the car ahead moved off the line. I let it go, like wow. Went .5 Mile home got out looked at rim on wheel I saw go in the air and it is chipped. Jeez....Im done hand free here on out.

My vehicle was still very dirty and the price has gone up to $10 for basic exterior. They are just trying to get vehicles out of there as fast as possible.

Went there paid for the top service they had didn’t vacuum dirt everywhere got home notice there is dings all over my truck. Peeled off my pin strip on the back of the tail gate. Dirt still on the truck. Won’t be coming back. Just all around disappointed in the service

Not as good before during my other visits. They missed a lot of small things that used to be done for the price.

This autobell is the best one I’ve been to yet and I believe it’s because the store manager, Nick, was attentive and involved. He paid attention to everything going on and was supportive of his staff. I even watched as he helped detail my car. I will drive out of my way just to come here again!

Good service but I dont like the process of how they vacuum. Never had it done right on the first go around. Still a good place overall.

Got the Supreme wash with the Armor All package come out to my truck they didnt wipe any of the door jambs mirrors are still dirty the car does not look like it was detailed I wish I can attach pictures to see the poor quality will never come back to this place again

Ive used Autobell for car wash services over the last couple years. I went to the Capital Blvd. location today and my experience was not great. I was approached by Drew and it was not a friendly experience from the start. I felt rushed and didnt have the opportunity to compare the packages. I selected the $23.99 package. He seemed to have no interest in meeting the customers needs. I requested to have my exterior and interior done. The interior of my car looked no different to what it was before I even came to Autobell. I was very disappointed and Drew was not willing to make it right. I had to ask another service associate to try and clean my interior but felt it wasnt up to standard. Overall bad experience today and I will not be back unless something changes.

I love the service I receive from coming to this Autobell. Every employee their runs to the next car and the Manager here is amazing. I offered him a job if he was interested. They did not miss a spot my truck was clean and shiny. I called the customer service line to brag about my experience the first time but I after returning many times I have found it to be the standard.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The service was terrible. I had to vacuum and wipe down my own car after paying for the second highest package. All they could say was I’m sorry ma’am. Terrible customer service!

They do not give attention to detail. Youre better off washing the car on your own. Dont waste your money. I paid almost 40 dollars and they did a very poor job cleaning my car. I will not be back

Ive been here numerous time and have had good service. This time was different. I really needed the car super clean and I told them that. I purchased the managers special. When I was told it was finished, the interior floors had been poorly vacuumed. That was it... The center console hand not been touched, nothing has even been distracted, much less Armor-alled. The young man who took my order was very nice, apologized, said he would take care of it. I went to waiting area again. When told it was ready a second time, I had to ask that the back hatch area be vacuumed. This is the first time Ive been disappointed her, but for over $45, I expected more.

Went in today, and the guy asked me to upgrade my free coupon, the “48” to the managers special, that included tire gloss, Rainx, fragrance, etc. I paid for the upgrade. Got in my car and the drivers side door was still filthy. No fragrance, and nothing on the drivers side door was cleaned. It took them less than 10 minutes, for everything. Please don’t ask me to upgrade when you don’t deliver the upgrade.

Paid for super polyprocess. Extremely disatisfied. Im glad I inspected it before I left. Several spots on the outside not clean. Didnt bother to vacuum beside the seats or any of the rear hatch area. Tires shined on one side only. Armorall was completly missed in spots (very obvious). Weather mats dusty/muddy. Console and radio area not wiped at all. I asked the young man to redo several things and eventually got so frustrated I left.

I went today and got the managers special. I also added RainEx, tire cleaning/shine, fragrance, etc which brought my total up to $52. When I got back in my car not only was the fragrance not put in my car but the console looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the driver side door still had dirt and crumbs in the handle, the windshield looked dirtier than before I brought it in, and the passenger side seat looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. I had to go back home and clean the inside again myself. For $52 this is unacceptable.

So I brought my 2017 lifted Tundra in and they had one guy working on it while at least 15 other guys and gals kinda stood there. But like always they ended up doing a good job. And my man Brad Herdon done an amazing job. Thanks.

Not worth for the money. After spending $28, I just got automated car wash and some interior vacuum.They mentioned so many in the list. But we wont feel anything other than wash and some vacuum. Not detailed vacuum.Instead you can go for some regular car wash where you vacuum yourself for free. That would cost just $5.

Very thorough especially if you are on the go and dont have time to wash your own car, they take pride in making sure your car is spotless, highly recommended! Will definitely be coming back to have my other cars washed with them for sure.

Very reasonable and thorough... needed to get dog hair out of a rental and they spent a lot of time even for the basic wash package.

This place is great! Very detailed. I always have issues after a long trip getting all the bugs off the front or our car. The guys here spend extra time drying and removing all the gunk after car goes through wash.

The last THREE times Ive gonna theyve never vacuumed. I saw them vacuum. But when I got in the car I still had crumbs and dog hair on the seats and mats. The first two times I didnt look to see if they had vacuumed because i was in a hurry. The last time I said something. I paid the $26 car wash. I looked at my car. The mats hadnt been touched. The back seat hadnt been vacuumed. There was no scent. The rims were cleaned but they still were very dirty. I gave them THREE chances. There was three employees. I didnt bother getting their names. But only one was actually willing to go back in and clean it. The other one that was cleaning my car from the start walked away as soon as I said something.

Excellent service and a very clean vehicle. The manager and staff are motivated, energetic, and courteous! They are truly head and shoulders above the rest of the car washes in the area!

Got my car detailed today. Outside looked great. The inside looked like a blind person had cleaned it. They had to vacuum it three times. And on top of that, they lost my key. It took them over 20 minutes of looking through my car to find it. And it was broken. Luckily it still worked after they put it back together. I did get a free full wash out of it but the time the manager even spoke to me was when they told me they found it.

Went to Autobell today with a coupon I bought from them a month age, all I wanted was to add Armor All. So I paid $10 for them to do the Armor All in the interior and exterior. When I got home, I had to redo it.Always something with these guys. Don’t think I’m going back there.

The staff is friendly and I appreciate how everyone hustles but maybe theyre going a bit too fast. I got the Super Polyprocess and they didnt put the fragrance in my truck, didnt clean my wheels, and only put armor all on three of my tires.The $4 ride through wash they offer is a great value.

I paid for the most expensive wash they have, cause I cant clean my car by myself lately due to an injury, no matter what I said, the car still not clean, I know its hot outside, believe me I know, I work outside as well, but Ill put the car on for you, set inside and clean it in the AC if you have to!!!! Then what really killed it for me is putting the floormats on the seats to clean them!! Now my seats are dirty again, isnt that wonderful! I know some people will read this and be like whatever, but my cleaning standards are very high, and am so disappointed and didnt have the time to stay there telling them every 4 min to clean it again, wont be back for sure, not to them, or any other car wash

The only place I will take my car to get washed. Great staff and they use excellent cleaning products. Never had a problem and I have been going there for 5 years or more.

I usually got great service here.But recently seems like a rush job and not done correctly.Yea I know its a busy place... But I still expect to get what I pay for.

I went there after work one day and they were pretty busy and only 3 people working there, but they were moving and running from car to car, they were hard working. The girl that cleaned my car did the best job I ever got there. Usually they ignore the cup holders and dust but she really got everything. The only bad thing I have to say is that the vacuum cleaner had a bad mildew smell, I could smell it just standing by the entrance. And my car had that smell in it. And even after 2 weeks i still get that mildew smell. I didnt even get any hint of the new car smell that I picked out.

Their interior cleaning effort was average. Should have inspected the vacuum job more but didnt clean my trunk and they avoided all of the hidden spots and hard to get to spots. It took them like 10 minutes to clean, would recommend putting a little more effort in vacuuming.

Wife bought me a Charity Benefit ticket from the local high school for a wash ($14). I used it tonight. No money out of my pocket but they did try to up-sell me an $8 undercoating wash. When I was summoned for my truck they asked me if I wanted to look it over. As I did, I noticed there was still brake dust on the front rims. One guy worked on one rim while I grabbed a rag off the hood and worked on the other. When we were done I get in and notice that the interior still has fine dirt around the entrance kick panel. As we were driving home my son asked me if we had any interior cleaner. I asked him why he needed that and he swiped his hand across the dash board revealing that they had not cleaned the dash. Very disappointed.
