If you want to treat yourself on a Saturday, go get some coffee, hop in your car, turn on your favorite radio station, and make your way to Sams Car Wash. Its simply a good vibe as soon as you get there. The staff is incredible and make it their mission to put a smile on your face. The car wash is great, but the free vacuuming is what really puts Sams on top. Aka, the vacuums WORK! There are two different heads to the vacuum hoses, and they provide micro cloths + glass cleaner so you can really put the finishing touches on your windows. Honestly, going to Sams is one of my top 5 things to do. Im not sure what that says about me but I dont really care.

The experience was underwhelming. I tried this place over Hugo’s on capital because they have a $6 car wash with add ons versus the 12 at hugos. You get what you pay for. Hugo’s got my car clean last time. Sams even had guys scrub your car ahead of time and my wheels looked terrible. You also get free mat vacuums at Hugo’s.

Free vacs, yay. Seems like you get one attendant that might be facing a hangover at the entrance of the wash, tho it was a pretty hot day, may have been the heat. They forgot my wiper baggy! No worries.

Helpful staff, great mat cleaning machine, car wash machine may not get your undercarriage really clean, but the rags and spray for cleaning windows is handy. Take your kids to help get er done! We also love the come back within 4 days for another wash, so we wash another car and just pay 2.00 for a coin for the may machine.

I like this place a lot. Dont mind driving a little ways to get to it. Good variety of wash options, pre-scrub is a good concept, vehicle is actually clean, free-always on vacs are great! Location is clean, well maintained, and theres always staff presence. The free clothes to dry car is a nice touch! Wish they had someone to clean interior for a fee. Love the gas station being on site but separate as well!

This is the best drive through car wash. It is cheap and the vacuums are free. The free rags and spray are great. It is like every other drive through tunnel car wash and doesn’t get absolutely everything, but it does a good job. I was spending a lot of quarters on vacuums at other places so it is worth it. I like they have both styles (pointed ones and the wider ice scraper looking one). Also- the mat machine is so worth $2. I can run my mats a few times and it gets them super clean. It does not fit my big back mat in my SUV, but all floor mats.

Our car came out sparking clean. Membership may be a good idea if you plan to get your car washed more than once a month.I love the idea of putting your car in neutral and the track taking you through the car wash building, but our car has been acting kind of funny every since we went. I hope “they” are experimenting with this technology for the highways; that would be awesome.

Best car wash in town. The free use and return microfiber cloths add a ton of value to the experience. Not only can I get the car vacuumed, but I can also dry the car and clean the windows. The car always leaves looking really good. Don’t forget that you can get a good discount on gas there if you buy a wash. Oh and they have a free (yes FREE) air station to top off your tires.

Charles, one of the employees here, may be the nicest guy in Raleigh! He is always friendly and helpful and makes you feel so welcome. As an older person, sometimes all the directions are confusing, but Charles helps out and never makes me feel like an idiot! He is the best!!

The first one I went to the track was broke, Knightdale so They gave me a ticket for later use, I call the company and told them Im going out of town tomorrow for a while, so they told me to go to one of the other two Sams,I went where I was told ( wrong one a nice man told me that its 2 miles down the road, the one at Spring Forest and Atlantic Ave. Did a good job for both of my vehicle.They get a four star.

I spent $23 and my car still had dirt on it. I spoke to an attendant who had me go through again, which is the only reason Im giving this place 2 stars. The second time around the dirt was a little less visible, but still not clean. Definitely Not what I expect when spending that much on a car wash. I do not recommend and wont be returning.

First time here but have been to many car washes in Raleigh. This one is the best I’ve seen for a quick wash, they even did a complete job scrubbing down my car before it entered the wash, which was a reason to come back in itself. The guys working Sunday afternoon were quick and thorough. The price is great for service received. I’ll be back!

Excellent service and equipment at the Raleigh Dixie Forest/Spring ForestvRd location! I arrived with a free Top Level coupon. The young man was patient and helpful when he wasnt sure how to redeem it at the pay machine. He kindly cleared the coupon with his manager and returned to explain what all it included.I drove through the wash, and when I got to the vacuum, another employee checked in with me. He asked if I was okay and if I need anything. With his big smile, he assisted me with the mat machine.I proceeded to vacuum my car out and wash the windows. The car next to me died and needed a jump start. Another employee asked me if I had jumper cables and used them to help the other customer jump their car.I encountered four helpful and positive young men in one business-- over the course of just one hour.I will definitely be back. This car wash location with the timeless strong vacuums, cleaning supplies, and customer service is the best car wash Ive been to in 21 years of living in Raleigh.My only issue was that the free air across the street near the Sams gas station didnt not work. The computer screen was blank and it didnt fill my tires.I will return soon! Thanks Sams Xpress!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location on Spring Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC. Jordan was one of the young men working today. He was very helpful to me. My car wasn’t completely clean. I wasn’t gonna sweat it. He came over and asked was everything ok, I let him no that my car was not completely clean. He went and got a sponge and took care of the dirty spots. He washed my mats. I forgot my receipt to begin with. He found me and gave my my receipt for a free wash. I will continue to use this location!

It was my first time going there and the staff was very friendly. A staff member stood at the self-serve machine and assisted me. The car wash was quick and cleaned my car nicely. I had to use the vacuums for 15 minutes but it was okay because the vacuums there are free. Great experience, great staff, and great location!

I been going here a few times a month since they first opened. After the last 2 times I am no longer impressed. We got back from a long out of town trip that resulted in bugs splattered all over the front of my vehicle and windshield. Went through this car wash and bugs spatters where still on the windshield. Went back the next day thinking I would take another pass through the was but ask attendants to scrub the windshield good beforehand to get bug splatters off. I attempted to get their attention by waving my hand out the window for an attendant as I was lining up to the track. They just looked at me then continued about their business. I tried to get their attention a second time, the gal with the sign in her hand just threw her hands up in the air at why I was not moving forward then turned around and went inside. One of the attendants as he was scrubbing the side on my car acted like he could not see my hand waving at him out the window. I said sir 3 times to get his attention but he kept doing what he was doing. He finally got to my widow as he was scrubbing and I asked him to make sure they scrub my windshield real good because of the bug splatters that was still there after the last wash. He said yes they will make sure. When they started scrubbing my windshield it was no different from any other time I had been there, they made no extra effort to get the bug splatters off my windshield. At that point I was on the track and started to move into the wash. When I got through the the other side the bug splatters were still on my windshield. I understand they are trying to keep things moving but there were no other vehicles behind me. Its as if their focus is entirely on getting you through as fast as possible and not addrees any of your concerns. I would expect for the price of a car wash at this place the bug splatters on your windshield would get cleaned off, but nope they were still there after a second run. I end up going to a self service car wash to use a power sprayer wand on the windshield. So I end up paying for this wash and then another to get bug splatters off the windshield. I have gone through gas station car washs and had no problem with bug splatters still on my windshield. I am no longer impressed with this place due to inadequate washing and poor customer service.

Good place to get an exterior wash if you are in a hurry. They also have a monthly plan where you pay one price for unlimited washes only. Downside is you have to clean and vacuum the car yourself. Competition will do it all for almost the same price. Your choice.

Best car wash free vacuum

I have been watching this location being built. They are having a free car wash this weekend. The Top Wash is offered for the free wash. I thought it was a great wash. Towels and spray are provided to clean your car. The vacuum does a wonderful job. The attendants are attentive, even though they were extremely busy. Hats off to Ryan! He is very helpful and makes sure you have a good experience and you leave with a clean car!

I love the free vacuums, and if you need gas and buy it first at their pumps you get extra off your gas price. People are friendly as well.

I had problems in the beginning and they were very accommodating. I tried other car washes afterwards and found myself returning. The staff is good and always on site. Before you ask for anything it is someone available to assist you with any issues. After explaining my issues to one of the managers I was giving a free car wash as an apology. I would recommend them as opposed to others in the area.

Place is always ready for me

Went for the first time yesterday after receiving a coupon in the mail for a Top Wash. The wash was great. The pre-wash staff really scrubbed the front bumper and tried to prep the bug problem areas. What really impressed me was Jorge at the front. He didnt ask me to leave a review but I had to let management know that he really went above and beyond. He was knowledgable and friendly when I drove up. He even made sure to check on me after the wash while I was in the vacuum station to see if I needed anything. He thanked me as well. I genuinely had a great experience and will go back as time and budget allows. Thanks Jorge and Sams!

I Love that they provide towels, and cleaning spray, vacuum usage is free. I get the soap and water wash, with tire shine added. I noticed the hot wax was started to damage the paint on my car. No matter what car wash I use.

I went to Sams Xpress to get my car washed a few hours ago, and unfortunately had a bad experience. I paid for the top wash ($20) and as soon as i pulled my car around, I noticed that the top of my car was still COVERED with dirt. The sides of my car were somewhat clean, but the gentleman asked me to pull my car around again. After the second time, there was still lots of dirt. Finally, he had me pull around a THIRD time telling me that he will pay for it (which probably isnt true, because it is THEIR JOB to make cars as clean as possible.. nobody should have to pay any extra other than the original price) and yet it was still dirty. The guy didnt even bother to come back and ask If i was satisfied. I ended up leaving, and figured I would try somewhere else next time. Very rarely do i feel the need to leave a review unless Im really impressed or very unpleased. In this case, I felt like they were unprofessional and i felt I wasted 20 bucks.

A gentleman- African American-gave me a real attitude when I requested he put on a mask.I didnt appreciate that.I hope management will rectify this behavior.

Not happy with this new location at all. I have a membership for top wash and I received a basic wash at the location. I also noticed the lobby seems to be an unattended hangout for the local high school students. I dont appreciate payment on a membership to supply free coffee, cappuccino and Wi-Fi for the kids to make social media videos of themselves dancing in the lobby. I have been a member for over a year and was waiting for the new location to open because it is closer to our office. The new location has not impressed me at all so far and I am considering cancellation after just two visits to the new location.

Sometimes exception service sometimes poor service. Unprofessional employees. The machine folds up signs on the front of your vehicle. The machine is too ruff on my car, My car windows still looks dirty. My car mats get suck in the mat machine all the time.
