Shelton did an immaculate job on my Tesla Model 3! Not a speck of dust to be seen (and with white seats, I see everything!). Prime Time Mobile Detailing is such a treat. Instead of driving your car to a car wash, waiting around awkwardly for your car to be done, they come to you and detail the car while youre at home/work! UpdateDetailing finished and results were very good. No complaints about work done. He gentleman that came to do the detailing was very professional and thorough. I would try using them again at this point.-------------------UpdateGot a call back for scheduling. Seems my order slipped through the cracks so to speak. They were very apologetic and offered to even get someone out the same day or next.Owner contacted to follow up and assure I was taken care of. Still not sure what was going on with their phone but Id recommend adding another means of contact to be safe if possible. Will update further once service is done.-------------------Phone number seems to be canceled, redirects to TMobile collections or something?Ordered service online and havent heard back since. Worried may be hard to get deposit back now. Did this business shut down or something?

I did a quick Google search for local car detailing, and Prime Time was a top choice. Detailing selections and scheduling the appointment was a breeze. David and Shelton were professional, asked for areas on the car they needed to focus on, and reviewed with me what they did at the conclusion of the appointment. This is the cleanest my car has ever been. 10 out of 10!

(edited) AM NOW BEING HARASSED and threatened bc I chose to try to get a refund.Ischedule my service over the weekend while I’m out of town. They cancel initial appointment to weather asked to reschedule the following week. I said I’d like it done this weekend while I’m gone. They come out Saturday around lunch and finish up later that evening. My dad calls me Sunday after returning home ( car was left at parents house ) and the cars driver side window is down and the motor in the door panel isn’t working. I drove 9 hours home from Florida to a messed up car that worked before I left. The car had not been moved. I called the detailer to try to ask what the situation was. Was Adamant he hadn’t messed up the car. Caught him in several lies, and told him I would be taking the car to the mechanic and if the mechanic says it’s messed up I want to be reimbursed. He doubles down says he did nothing of the sort and has pictures to prove it... not something you can prove with a picture. The argument escalates and the detailer (who I assume owns business) start talking down to me bc of the car I drive and trying to claim he has a bunch of money by sending my screen shots of his sales (ONLY PROVING HE MAKES LESS THAN ME) and said “do you really want us to sue your family” since he claimed he was so much better and richer than me and insinuated he would beat me in a physical altercation, i offered that solution but he wouldn’t do it unless I came to his shop (loser wants to call cops) could lawyers have been contacted. Will update review after dust settles. Dude can clean a car but isnt worth the scum under your shoe as a human being.* response to owner: 1. I never demanded you pay me back. I said that if it is found that you damaged my car I would like to be reimbursed and for you to keep any additional money left over for your time.2: I have screen shots bc you were stupid enough to text me derogatory comments, and graphs or your less than desirable sales.3: already spoke with credit card company about getting my money back if you damaged my vehicle. Will gladly let your insurance company come look at my car after I have the damage assessed.It was 553 dollars to fix my car, have pictures of parts and receipts. Credit card company will be refunding me 395 dollar initial payment for the detail.

Shelton did an amazing job of cleaning my ever so gross mom-car today! I am so impressed. I booked online and was pleased with the ease and cost transparency. I received an appointment via google calendar shortly after. Shelton arrived on time to the appointment after sending a helpful e.t.a text. He was friendly and high professional. He clarified what he would be doing and asked about any areas I was concerned about. He worked for four hours. My car is now spotless. You would never know that I haul around a kid and a dog, it looks better than it did when I bought it. I was able to pay via square invoice, which included the option to leave gratuity (great for those of us that never have cash). I highly recommend Shelton’s services, you won’t be disappointed. They did a GREAT and THOROUGH job! I wish I took before photos because my car was nasty. A hand-me-down ~15 year old car that has seen babies and animals and sweaty post-workouts and long road trips- this thing has never been detailed in its life and I figured it was about time. The guy took an extra half an hour to really do the job, and the car looked and smelled amazing! Ive never seen the carpets or cup holders so clean in my life, and when I sent the after photos to my dad (originally his car) he said he didnt even recognize it. There were some stains on the cloth seats, but the guy explained nicely how next time I would want to ask for the deep shampoo and conditioning add-on to get rid of those, but that he did the best he could. He also neatly arranged anything left in the car and clearly moved stuff around so he got all the spots. For car detailing it was pretty cheap, AND the quality was fantastic so Im extremely impressed. It was a couple weeks ago and my car still smells fresh. Overall, absolutely wonderful service in all areas. Definitely recommend!

Great experience! Easy to schedule and pay online. Kept me informed of his arrival. Did a fabulous job on my daughter’s car (Bday present). 2 toddlers can do a number on a car. I got the car seat cleaning, extra but well worth it.

I am a very picky when it comes to shine on my car and tires. This company was the first company i never had to say “can you put more tire shine” or “can you redo this or that”. Cliff made the car look brand the inside and outside of my car shine like new. It looks like it is BRAND NEW again! Awesome services! And Lamar had great customer service.

All I can say is SHELTON!!!!! He gave my Buttons (2012 GMC Terrain) life. She had her COVID-19 dirt pounds on her, LOL. Now, she looks and feels light as a feather. You can see your reflection in her!! The leather is all soft and supple again. Interior free of dust, dirt and makeup stains. We can see some thangs with the headlights now. He did an amazing job!! Already marking my calendar for her touch up and he just pulled off. I couldn’t thank him enough for making my girl look so beautiful.

Great service they were on time and my suv looked amazing. Shelton was polite and took amazing care of my vehicle the only thing that came as a surprise was the cost was quoted without tax and a pet hair charge was added so it was about $60 more than i expected but by the way it looked i wasnt bothered with it. Cliff came to detail my car while i was working so i didn’t have to be without my vehicle while it was being cleaned. He did an amazing job on a full size expedition and the price was super reasonable. He worked for hours making sure he cleaned my car as best he could. There are still a few spots on my cloth seats but i have small dirty little children that make a mess so i kinda expect that. I only gave 4 stars because the technician was 2 hours late and i was t told until i called asking when to expect someone. Being at work all day it wasn’t as bad waiting since i couldn’t leave but i would not have been able to wait that long if i were at home. The company was very responsive when i called about the tardiness and did speak with me about rectifying the situation. I would 100% use them again and Cliff was exceptionally professional, very hard worker.

I had a mouse get into my car and needed a deep cleaning after getting rid of it. Shelton came out and cleaned up my car the following day, first thing in the morning. He did an amazing job! If the packages arent what you are looking for they will tailor something specific for you. I got my carpets shampooed, car steam cleaned, car seat cleaned, vents, everything! My car looked brand new. Its a little pricey, but when calling other places this place was lower, but just knowing aint cheap. I would definitely recommend this company and Shelton himself. On top of that its a black owned company!! They will always get my business!

This was my first detail experience with a professional company and I was extremely pleased. Not only was booking simple and easy, the staff was helpful and very polite. When Shelton came out he was on time and very diligent in detailing my vehicle. I had a coffee spill in the front seat and after the detail my seats looked brand new! Cliff arrived on time at our home bright and early in the morning and made my civic look new inside and out! I wish I had before and after pictures. All the stains came out of my cream colored seats and removed the smell from an unfortunate dog puke incident. I would highly recommend and we will be using them again for my husbands car!

Had a 2017 Nissan Rogue that I took on a 2 month cross-country camping trip. The suv was dirty, inside, outside, and the engine. I never had a vehicle detailed before and I just don’t own those kind of products to do it myself. They were running an awesome deal, 35% off all vehicle details AND they come to you. I went for the Prime Time option and Lamar was the guy who came out and did the work.I’m very happy with the end result. Nice job on the wash and wax. The shampooing of the seats is totally worth it! He took the time to get real deep in the carpets and there were NO dirt or grass particles stuck in it. I had a pre-existing stain in the drivers seat that came out!! Amazing work. The engine literally looks brand new. The wheels are done very well.I read some other reviews about people complaining if they show up a little late and I don’t understand why this matters. The work is phenomenal and who really cares if they arrived a little late because they were finishing up someone else’s car? That means to me that they’re committed to quality and won’t leave a job early. I’m thoroughly satisfied with this company and would 100% recommend to others and hire them again.

My appointment was set for 7:30 - 11:30 am. He called saying he was running late and arrived at 8:00 am. Overall I think they did a decent job. My car is a 2014 so once you do a detail you will notice EVERY imperfection. Keep in mind this is why the detailers struggle with customers. In our mind, we are thinking of a “New Car” look and of course, the reality is you have your 2014 with a lot of imperfections. I also want to stress the I received multiple texts wanting to address my issues/concerns. However, my luck it was a day full of errands. With that being said paying for the highest package they offer (Prime Time Detail) was surprised they missed so many items included in the package.1.) The headliner was not clean.2.) 3 out the 4 wheels were clean. I was driving around until I stop at Autozone to purchase tire cleaner & shine3.) driver side mirror had a huge smush where I couldn’t see.4). The back rear window (inside) was dirty could see the fingerprints5. The carpets that were in the trunk were only vacuumed and not “Shampooed Carpets & Seats Twice As Aggressive“Overpaying for the highest package and missing these items just seem odd. Maybe they saw since it wasn’t a bad shape not a lot of effort was required? Maybe this is the quality of work? Either way spending more money to do the work after paying a large sum - just felt ...Idk yucky feeling.Be quick but don’t hurry. I know he offered to re-do but with all these basic items missed where the car wash drives thru offer. I feel like I will be taking time from his other clients that will be happy in his quality of work. Now, I have to wait and pay a different detailer - I plan to be more specific in my request
