I am really disappointed to be writing this review as I’ve used this company 4 or 5 time’s before, but it seems they have changed employees and the service has taken a nosedive.To begin with my sun roof is now broken after dropping my car off and they are insisting it wasn’t them. I don’t know how else to explain the fact that when I drop my car off the sun roof is fine and when I pick my car up it is torn. The only explanation is that someone was cleaning it and pressed too hard. This wouldn’t be a huge deal if they just owned up to it and offered to fix it. I would be fine with that, mistakes happen. It’s the fact they sit there and act like it wasn’t them when it so obviously was.On top of that, I paid for detailing and wax and when I picked my car up today there is dried wax on the window, bug splatters all over that they didn’t seem to bother cleaning, and caked wax in 10-15 spots all over my car. It appears that they are rushing through jobs to get all of their cars done, skipping the quality control.I will never be back to this car wash and I will recommend to all of my friends and family to stay away from this place.

Only complaint is he didnt clean the inside of the rear window very well, I could see streaks after I drove off and got in the sunshine. It was closing time and a hassle to turn around by then. Other than that very nice detail job for a fair price.

Bought a new Lexus, Googled hand car wash near me, and Bens popped up. Called, and he had an opening. Drove there, and left my car. An hour later he called to say it was ready. I walked up, and it looked just as clean the day I drove from Johnson Lexus. Ben pointed out a scratch, and said he would take care of that the next visit. $35, the inside and out was cleaned, and looked brand new again. Thanks Ben!!

Had the best experience at Bens! I have been to several car washes in the area and nothing does as good of a job as a hand wash. I have a small SUV and the cost was $40 for inside and out. I left feeling like I was driving a new car the interior was so clean.I dropped my car off and he called when the car was ready in about an hour. I definitely would not get detailed of a wash often but it turned my day around to have such a clean car.

Ben is a great guy and the work he does is fantastic! His car wash is hand clean only, which means all the nook and crannies get cleaned! They clean the inside and out while taking care of anything you may leave inside.Whenever I had my car cleaned, I forgot a few papers that were on the floor. Whenever I came back to get my car after they were done, even the few papers were stacked neatly on the passenger seat.One of the best things about the location is that you can shop while you wait for your car to get done being cleaned! You can get something to eat, buy some new clothes, or walk around and look at the beautiful surroundings and come back to a completely cleaned car!

Got a basic wash for my kia soul, and it was the best $40 ive ever spent. My car was FILTHY when i brought it in, and now it looks better than ot did when i drove it off the lot! 10 star service.
